Welcome to Sycamore Villa II outfitted with all new furnishings, beds, linens and towels! The bedrooms carry the promise of restful sleep, courtesy of new memory foam mattresses. This 2,200 sq ft home displays a contemporary open-plan living space with neutral tones and soft furnishings that will make hanging out a breeze. It's light and airy throughout the day, thanks to the high ceilings and hardwood floors, and come evening the dramatic skyline will add extra sparkle to your night.

But that's if you can peel yourself away from the decked terrace and picturesque tranquility towards the backside of the house. Ascend the stairway to your secluded haven with 2 outdoor balcony areas, complete with a BBQ Grill, create the ultimate spot for morning coffees and sunrise stretches in the crisp canyon air.

Outside your little hilltop oasis, you’ll find yourself at the very heart of the Hollywood Hills, a stone’s throw away from Hollywood Boulevard. Plus walking distance is the Magic Castle and the iconic Yamashiro Hollywood restaurant, a sushi & Cal-Asian fare served amid gardens & a koi pond overlooking the city.

Please note ** (1) Small garage parking available ideal for small cars only. Large SUVs, vans or trucks will NOT fit inside the garage. We also provide 1 parking permit pass for overnight parking, be mindful of parking signs. Residential street parking available. No RV's, trailers or hitches permitted. Hollywood Hills roads are very well known to be narrow and windy.

Please note we have security camera's throughout the perimeter of the property for the safety of the home.

HOUSE RULES:

It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us! This is a permitted vacation rental with the City of LA. We also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation.

* Minimum age to book is 25 years old. Valid photo IDs will be required from all Adult guests.

* Check-in is after 4 pm | Check out is at 11 am.

MAX NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS 8 - includes infants. Extra Guest Fee applies

The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - due to the City of LA's strict ban of parties of large groups we need exact head counts of your guests at all times.

A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip in writing prior to the arrival date.

NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS

Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $250 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.

CITY OF LA NOISE ORDINANCE - QUIET HOURS: 10 pm – 8 am. No Outdoor Music or Loud Voices during this time.

NO SMOKING Smoking is allowed outside only. If any trace of smoke is found inside the home, there will be a strictly enforced $500 fine and the cost to eliminate residual odors.

* In the event of an emergency to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, we reserve the right to enter the property.

Gorgeous house with absolutely incredible views of DTLA. Perfect for a group, we loved sitting out on the balcony at night and watching movies on the couch. Great location in terms of proximity (max 30 minutes to everywhere we wanted to go). Neighborhood was mostly great, aside from one isolated incident with a man who seemed to be on drugs wandering around the house (pales in comparison to the things we have seen staying in West Hollywood so really didn’t phase us much). Owner was incredibly responsive and communicative. Great amenities (the snacks were a lovely touch)! Thanks Lilly and crew!

Wonderful accommodations and incredible views! We had a great time enjoying the balcony for sunrise breakfasts and evening relaxing after a busy day. Lilly was a great host and communication was great! Beautiful place and space for all of us to relax. Would recommend this to anyone!

In HOLLYWOOD for a long weekend and our group had rented the Sycamore property . Got there late at night and WOW the first view is unbeleivable ! We loved the house and the area in general . House is a little up and down if you are older but otherwise superb . It's very convenient to all area's of LA . We loved Santa Monica Pier/ Malibu / Venice Beach and especially had a great time at the National Championship Game - GO DAWGS !
