We absolutely loved our stay! The home was very clean and all 3 floors have been recently updated. It was very quiet and we did not hear our neighbors at all. The walk to the beach was shaded and not too far. We enjoyed the less busy Alder Beach.

Cute, cozy, clean place—-good private yard with a nice and clean hot tub. Literally one road away from an awesome beach. We stayed in seaside last year which was great but the walk to the beach was a long uphill battle, and the seaside beach is deceivingly big—this place is super close to a much more accessible beach! We didn’t get to bring our dog but it would have been very dog friendly as well, the whole town is. Definitely a worthwhile place to stay, great hosts!

This cabin exceeded our expectations! We have stayed at many vacation houses and this was the cleanest and most organized. It was easy to find, but still private. We had easy communication from the managers of the property. It was the most seamless experience we have had with a vacation stay. Pagosa Springs had so many fun things to do and was a short distance from the town. Our family had a blessed time and got the rest we much needed! Thank you for great service and a great product in this wonderful place to stay!

The Sea Life house in Lincoln City was very nice. It was well stocked with supplies. The Kitchen was amazing stocked with all that was needed. We were able to watch the large storm and the beach, through the many windows. We had a wonderful weekend.

My family of 4 stayed at Aqua Vista with another family of 3, (4 adults and 3 teens) and we found this to be a comfortable and welcoming place. The pool area is nice. A great view of the beach and ocean with a quick walk to get there. The balcony was nice to sit and have morning coffee or an evening cocktail while enjoying the view. Kitchen was pretty well equipped with dishes, pots and pans. The location was quiet (even though there was construction on the complex next door, it did not bother us). We would stay here again! This property exceeded our expectations and was a great value for the rate we paid. Of course, the best feature of this property is the incredible view of the ocean. In the morning when the tide was high, it looked so close that we almost felt like we were on a boat. We loved the hot tub and the ability to sit and watch the waves and the stars. It is actually a really great hot tub with a comfortable layout for soaking and though not obscured from the vision of neighbors, it felt quite private. The unit itself was clean and comfortable, practical and well stocked kitchen and working gas grill. Appreciated the fully stocked spice rack for cooking, the washer/dryer and the bath products in both of the clean and comfortable bathrooms. There were plenty of towels and linens, and unlike most rentals even access to a throw blanket in the living room. There were beach towels handy by the sliding glass door and though we didn't use them, we saw plentiful beach toys for use and beach chairs that could go down to the sand. It is a cute and quiet little neighborhood and there is an easy walk to a little cafe. It was closed when we were there, but it looks like it would be a great place to grab a pastry and coffee in the morning. It's a short drive to a grocery store and also to Depoe Bay and my favorite restaurant, Tidal Raves. We had some questions when we arrived, but the hosts were easily accessible. We had no problems at all. The only recommendation we have is that it would be helpful to have a list of what we should do at check out. I started the towels in the washer before we left, but as we drove away I was worried we might have thrown off the cleaning process by doing so. We will definitely be back!

Last minute girls trip before school started. The room was clean and comfortable, convenient, and really didn't have any issues other than the bathrooms were not ADA. The view from the Master and living room was splendid.

We loved our stay at 309 Windsor Place. The condo was the perfect place for our family of four. It was beautiful, spacious and had everything we needed. The ocean and pool views were beautiful and we loved the walking/biking paths throughout Palmetto Dunes and beyond. This was our first trip to Hilton Head Island and we had a wonderful week. Peter was great to work with and always very responsive with any questions we had.

We have stayed in rentals up and down the coast and this condo was, by far, THE BEST place we have ever stayed. The condo was so comfortable and cozy, and it was clearly professionally designed. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, and the views were amazing. I wouldn't change a thing - the owners have thought of EVERYTHING! The location was perfect - a short walk to the boardwalk and many restaurants/bars/coffee houses. When you go, be sure to spend some time on the Top Deck - a feature only available on these top floor condos.

Location is great, just right outside of town, easy trip up to the slopes as well. House is a great size, plenty of space, clean, and felt like home! Kitchen was fully stocked, not one thing we needed that wasnt already there. The Owners Having the Christmas tree put up for the holidays was the best part walking inside; my kids loved seeing a tree away from home! We would go back!

We had a fantastic weekend playing in whistler! The condo was well appointed and beautifully decorated and the shuttle for both upper and lower villages literally stops right outside of the parking lot. The owner and management desk were also very helpful and responsive. We look forward to next time!

We rented this beautiful house during the "week" of elk hunting season. My daughters, daughters-in-laws and a few grandchildren stayed here while our men braved the mountain elements, While they roughed it up on the cold snowy mountains; we enjoyed ourselves at this very accommodating home. Everything was clean and tidy upon our arrival. The kitchen was stocked with everything (cookware and etc) for cooking and baking. The living room was cozy especially with the fireplace going while outside it was snowing and blowing. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfy with warm blankets. The bathrooms were very clean and also spacious. The whole house was exactly as written about on the website. We really wanted for nothing. The hosts were very helpful with the parking for our rather large group and for that we are extremely thankful. Overall, we would all stay here again. It's just a wonderful place!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was in excellent condition and the views were amazing. Fripp Island is a great place to visit. The beach is very nice and Hunting Island state park is very scenic. There are two golf courses and plenty of activities in and around the island. We look forward to returning for another visit!

We loved our stay here! The backyard was so relaxing - can’t beat floating in the pool with a view of the mountains and palm trees. The sunsets and sunrises were incredible. The home was big enough to house our group of 4 but also cozy and had everything we needed to host dinners in. On the days we didn’t want to cook, it was a quick drive to some great spots in Rancho Mirage for sushi, pizza and Mexican food. While some of Palm Springs' best hikes are only a short drive away, the surrounding neighborhood was also perfect for evening walks with mountain views and your quintessential Palm Springs mid-century homes. It was overall a great landing pad for our desert vacation. We’ll definitely be back!

My family of four loved this rental! The decor is beautiful and the condo has everything you need. The views are just as pictured - absolutely stunning. You can not be closer to the beach! This unit was extremely clean and the pride of ownership is evident everywhere you look. Nice beds, beautiful art work throughout, a great toaster and kettle, nice dishes, Tupperware and all kinds of glasses, great beach towels and bath towels. The pullout couch has a memory foam topper ( stored in one of the closets) that makes it wonderful to sleep on! Two good beach chairs and boogie boards were provided. You are about a 15 second walk to the pool from this unit and the other pools are very close too. There are four pools total so if one is too loud you can simply walk to another. They are heated nicely. We never found the pools to be too crowded. The complex itself is maintained beautifully - very pretty flowers and great landscaping. The beach is simply amazing. Very wide at low tide and shallow water for a good distance so it feels very safe and it’s still fun for jumping waves etc. The sand is very soft The area also has amazing restaurants. I never saw one bug the entire week in the unit. Not one... and I’m the type who looks in every dark corner and under every cabinet. Parking is right outside the unit. You do need to climb one flight of stairs as this unit occupies the second and third floor. We are already planning our next trip and will book this unit again. The only things that could be improved - and this is being very picky- would be to have a few throw blankets around and maybe a pizza cutter :).

The resort and rooms were beautiful. Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay. The condos had everything that we needed. I do recommend renting both 4914 A & B units. It was enough room for a family of 5. One problem that we did have was that the toilet paper holder in the bathroom fell off the first night. That, however, was not a big deal.

This duplex feels completely private, set against backdrop of wooded mountains and mature trees all around. The duplex does not share a “party wall,” so feels more like a free standing house. Outdoor spaces on three sides with much room for a private hot tub and fire pit. The property itself is spectacular. The two upstairs masters are the largest and brightest. We loved the master with the fireplace and view of the woods, and the attached office/den. The modernized kitchen is lovely, full of every cooking gadget you could possibly need. We cooked every dinner in and used the grill on the patio. Couches and sitting areas are very comfortable. Lots of games and toys in a closet for the kids. Decor is just the right feel of cozy mountain retreat, and also fresh and modern. We love Eagle Vail and it’s proximity to both BC and Vail, and this property is a stand out. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

The house is sparkling clean, newer, maintained well, and iTrip offered us great customer service. They are easy to communicate with and are very responsive. They helped with my booking process, and I appreciated the fact that they live locally and actually know something about the rentals they manage. The house is on a well maintained dirt road with homes on either side; many are new construction. Most of the windows in the home are small and face the open area to the side of the house--no picture window views here, with no inviting outdoor patios, either. But we enjoyed perfect weather--just right for outdoor activities, so we spent much of the daytime hours away from the home. Meals were easy to prepare in the large and well stocked kitchen. With air conditioning for hot weather, the home is comfortable and clean.

We’ve traveled to Gulf Shores annually, for the last 16 years. This is experience was by far our favorite yet. This lovely cottage was far enough from the traffic, but walking distance to all of our favorite restaurants. Also, the cleanliness exceeded our expectations as well. We loved staying at this home. It is beautiful, perfectly clean and incredibly well appointed. Everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in and we had plenty of space to be together and spread out as well. We were also grateful the home allowed our dog to join us! The house is generally very convenient to get to Portland and close to easy shopping. We would definitely stay in this home again.

Great accommodations, nice decor, nice size bedrooms each with balconies, lower-level room has twin beds that are not very comfortable, kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and bathrooms are nice sized and very clean. The only complaint we have is the front door lock is a little challenging to open but once you get it then you have it. I would recommend putting the exact locations of the pool and gym (which is not open yet but will be soon). Overall, I give this property 5 stars. I would recommend this property to everyone and can't wait to stay again.

We had an amazing time in Charleston. It is one of the most beautiful and amazing cities we have been to. The house we stayed in was very clean and inviting. I had such a lovely time during my stay! The place was clean and well stocked with everything I needed, perfect for a group of friends. Just a short 10 minute walk to Steamboat resort and there is also a bus that comes very regularly which makes it super easy to start your day skiing ASAP. Also close to restaurants and bars for a good time!

This was the second time I stayed here which says it all. Large, clean, comfortable, easy ski on/off. Heated outdoor pool and hot tub hit the spot all 5 days after skiing. Everything about staying here is easy. Only complaint is the sauna did not get very hot which was annoying. Also, iTrip was easy to deal with and checked in throughout the stay to see if I needed anything. An easy 5 stars

Booked this unit for a 4 day vacation. Great, adorable and VERY clean apartment. Sweetly furnished, it has a full kitchen with new appliances, very, very clean. Laundry room has state of the art full washer and dryer. The laundry room, also has 4 foldable beach chairs, small cooler on wheels, 1 small tote cart (VERY USELFUL) to lug all your stuff to the beach. and water boogie board and even - a small pop up tent. This unit had 2 bedrooms - the master bedroom has a King size bed - super comfortable, a large dresser with 6 drawers, and 2 night stands with 2 oversized drawers. The walk-in closet has hangers, extra pillows, and sheets. A pet bed, a small playpen (for babies) and a inflatable bed. The master bath was a good size, had a shower with glass doors, nice size linen closet and full vanity. They thought of everything (AMAZING blow dryer). The second bedroom had a bunk bed with a full size mattress on the bottom - good size closet - hangers included in there as well. The 3 televisions were good quality and clear picture. Parking was great. Both Mark and Sarah were amazing - and QUICK response to any email within nano seconds. I loved this place and definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay close to the beach.

We loved our stay on Marco Island!! We had 8 people for the week. The house was fantastic. Loved the bunk beds and pool table. Plenty of towels and beach towels for all. Everything was clean. 4 bikes with locks. All the beach stuff we needed. We could walk or ride the bikes to south beach. The pool was great. We loved our time here and would definitely recommend this house to others!!

We recently stayed at 47 Oyster Bay Dr. and it was absolutely perfect. VERY well-equipped and EXTREMELY clean. I've been vacationing in Fenwick for the last 30+ years and this house had the absolute best sunset, hands down. Wonderful deck space whether you enjoy sun or shade. Watched the herons fish every morning while enjoying coffee on the deck. The outdoor shower was massive and a wonderful addition. Water pressure and temperature were spot on - which is something that other houses have had issues with. The neighbors were very friendly and happy to share fishing supplies and tips. There was a fire pit with plenty of wood in the yard and 3 kayaks available for use. If you have little ones, the yard is fenced in which is really nice as well. Honestly nothing that I would change about this house. Definitely plan to return in the future!

We were celebrating the wedding of our daughter at the beach house. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised with the spaciousness and appearance of the house. There were 14 people staying at the house and we had plenty of room. It was obvious the house had a quality renovation within the last few years. There was stone tile flooring throughout, 3 well equipped kitchens with stainless steel appliances, 3 full bathrooms and an outside shower. We visited the week after hurricane Irma and were not sure what condition the property would be in. Fortunately there was no damage and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. There are a lot of good restaurants in the area and plenty of activities for all ages. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

We really enjoyed all of the extra fun activities at the house. The lake was very enjoyable with a paddle boat and kayaks. We had a blast with the air hockey! A great place for a reunion with children.

Great location. The condo we rented was on the first floor easy to get to pool & beach. Clean & quiet. Plenty of restaurants near by. My husband likes to fish and it was near the marina. Only issue was the 2 queen size beds in bedroom made it difficult to get to closet.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hoosier Hideaway! We have 3 kids from 7-13 years old and the basement full of games was perfect for them at night. The adults enjoyed it too.. The home itself was very nice, roomy, and located on a secluded lot, could only barely see two other properties through the trees, so we really enjoyed being in the middle of nature and feeling like we had our own home away from home for a week. Home is also close to Breckenridge (20-25 min) and Fairplay (5-10 min), which have lots of fun stuff to see and do. Would definitely go back and take friends and family!

I stayed in a unit at the Commodore for a last-minute trip. Having no time to research it, I wasn’t sure exactly what to expect, but it did not disappoint! The location was wonderful!!! There were great restaurants and plenty of activities within walking distance, the pool was clean and well-maintained, the beach was beautiful, the units were spacious with large balconies, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a great trip and I can’t wait to return!

No stone left unturned with this home! Kitchen is equipped with anything you need or want. Gas grill and hot tub on the patio we’re great! Just steps to the ski lifts and ski school. Two roomy well decorated master suites downstairs. Upstairs has 2 doubles for 4 children. The massive stone fireplace and wood staircase in the family room is such a gorgeous statement to the mountain homes well appointed decor. Elevator and enclosed parking garage.

We stayed at 54400 Avenida Montezuma in La Quinta Cove for three weeks. It was very comfortable! The kitchen was easy to cook in and we loved the grill. The pool took a little initial adjustment, but iTrip management was truly responsive and this issue and a couple other small ones were fixed the day of. I would not hesitate to book with iTrip again! La Quinta is quaint and a fun little town. Loved being off the beaten track a bit!

We just spent 5 nights in May. This is a fabulous place to stay. The unit was clean, lovely and stocked full of everything you need. It also included beach towels and beach equipment which was a bonus. We just loved facing the bay. So beautiful to see dolphins. Also, the Gulf is just across the street. Publix grocery store is just next door. Everything was so conveniently located nearby. You will truly enjoy staying here. We truly want to return!!

What a fabulous house and area. We stayed there for the first time when the house was brand new. We have been back two more times because that is how much we enjoy staying there and it still feels like it's still brand new. Just a very comfortable home where I get a better night sleep than in my own home. From the beautiful clean, quiet beach to the roof top deck and gourmet kitchen, you really don't have to leave this home. If you want the night life or just want to walk and shop, the village is a short drive away. I am sure you will enjoy staying at this home as much as we have.

We rented The Gardenia Cottage for a week and it was an absolutely amazing stay. The air conditioning worked wonderfully during such a hot week. The home is beautiful inside and updated very nicely. There are three large bedrooms and one smaller bedroom with a trundle bed. Although those two beds weren't super comfortable they were great enough for our two teenage boys. The bathrooms were really nice and everything was very clean! This home had absolutely everything we really needed including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, laundry pods and dryer sheets. It even had a few different oils, mayo, spices, salt and pepper, coffee filters and all the cooking utensils we needed. Although we would have liked a crockpot it was not necessary for us. The hosts thought of everything we needed! It was like moving into a fully stocked home for the week. It was awesome. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and close to everywhere we wanted to go. The original home we rented had a water main leak and we were forced to find another home within five days of leaving. This home was an amazing find and we couldn't have been happier with it! Thank you to the host, Jeff, who was prompt and helpful in his communication!

Great condo with great view! Minor issues were the shower is SO small, plus only a small soap dish in it, so everything else has to be on the floor of the shower stall. The jacuzzi tub's jets are not very strong, no matter how we turned them. The remotes didn't work correctly, but the list of channels helped immensely. Kitchen is well stocked from what little we used it. Could use better quality sheets and a firmer pillow option. All of these were minor. The bed was comfy, the property was quiet with plenty of parking. We were there for the jeep invasion and did not worry about leaving our jeep overnight with the doors and top off. Clean property, wildlife around, no noise from the strip. Already rebooted for next year!

This is a very nice 3BR space, with a very cool courtyard in lieu of a porch. There are televisions in each bedroom and nice kitchen appliances. The neighborhood is very nice and the amenities: massive pool area, beach and fitness club are excellent. Location has great access to Barefoot Landing.

We recently stayed in Ocean Ritz 2101 for our annual girls trip and had the best time. We had to contact Itrip as soon as we had gotten there b/c Ocean Ritz changed their parking signs, the lady I spoke with was so helpful and just knowing that having contact and immediate answers to our questions was great. The only thing we wished about the condo was that the living room furniture was more comfortable, but I still give the trip 5 stars

We worked with iTrip and rented Strait Chillin for Spring Break 2024. We traveled with 13 people- 6 adults and 7 children between the ages of 5 and 13. The house was perfect. We all fit comfortably, it had great indoor and outdoor space, and was so close to the beach and both Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. Having access to the pool right off the porch was fantastic too. My daughter left her phone at the house and needed to contact someone to have it shipped back. They were very responsive and had it shipped immediately. The only thing I would add as an improvement to an excellent stay, is the etched could be equipped with a few more items but only as a convenience, not a must. We would definitely rent this home and through iTrip again!

My wife and I scheduled a week in Conroe/Montgomery to take in several events that our 4 grandchildren had scheduled during the week. Multiple soccer and baseball games, a senior night, chorus and a birthday party. The unit was well laid out, tidy, clean and convenient to all of our events as well as restaurants, shopping, golf and water access. The gated community at April Sound gives an added sense of security. Our host Michelle and her property manager were both very helpful. We needed to have a Roku unit replaced and the new one arrived within a couple of hours of being notified. Our communications with them both were very helpful and friendly. We ended up needing to stay an additional night and received our extension immediately. The unit has two nice size bedrooms, both with baths and a full kitchen with all of the essential utensils, a large dining table and comfy living area. The porch overlooking the tennis courts is sizeable and includes a patio set. We highly recommend this unit to any and all who desire a peaceful and stress-free stay.

This renal home was a blast. It was very clean upon arrival. The view was beautiful, plenty of space at the top of the driveway (very steep) to accommodate 6 cars and two motorcycles, and lots of entertainment (pool table, hot tub, smart tvs, fire pit, etc). Would definitely stay here again.

If you are looking for a place to stay and this unit is available, grab it! This is a lovely accommodation, close to everything, but an out in the country feel. Very homey and comfortable and the bottle of wine upon arrival was a lovely touch. We will definitely come back and stay again.

The view was amazing!! It was the perfect place for a family getaway. It's 15 minutes away from the Pigeon Forge attractions. We all enjoyed the game room, video games, pool and all the other amenities. We had a big group and everyone enjoyed out time there. The cabin was epic and looking forward to the next stay!

We had a very good experience with our rental of A Golden Retreat. The condo is nicely furnished, well maintained, and clean. The kitchen had nice quality appliances and cookware and was stocked with everything we needed to prepare and serve meals. Despite being a pet friendly unit, there were no pet smells or hair so don't hesitate to rent it if you are not a pet person. The management company was responsive and easy to communicate with. I have no complaints about our experience at A Golden Retreat and would not hesitate to stay there again.

I just recently returned from Florida after my third two week vacation renting a property managed by the staff at ITrip/Mainsail. I have to say that each year went very well and I attribute that in great part to the communications and prompt service I received from them. Every time I had a question, it was promptly answered. When I needed help with a feature of the rental property, a staff member came or texted right away to provide that help. My family had a wonderful time at The Hamptonion for the first family beach week we've been able to plan in years! The space was unmatched for a large family, like mine. This is a wonderful place to stay. The condo has great upgrades and all the beach supplies to enjoy the ocean just a few steps from the patio. You can walk to shopping and Kaanapali. We prefer smaller places like Makani Sands to avoid the crowds. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great smaller get away.

We love this condo! Second time we have been in 408. Hosts were very quick to reply to any questions we had. Stayed two weeks and hope to do the same next year. Also very impressed with maintenance man for the Sea Breeze. He worked non stop to sweep sand from main areas (elevators, pool, and surrounding areas).

This was my family's first time to Hilton Head and staying at this home just made us feel at home the whole time. I had constant communication with Peter who answered all questions in a timely matter. The house was spectacular! It had everything we needed and wanted during our stay. This condo was even better than we hoped for! It was so spacious. There was only 4 of us and we had so much space. My kids loved the bunk beds and having their own space upstairs. Everything was nicely updated and the inside was amazing. The kitchen and bathrooms were both stocked - they think of everything. Everything was clean. The only thing that could be improved was the freezer and ice - there was here frozen in the ice at at the bottom of the freezer. But not a big deal, minor detail. The hot tub looked brand new - it was so big and a great end to a fun day. My kids were both so sad to leave...as was I! We're already talking about planning our next trip to Steamboat but only if we can stay here again. And it was great that our dog was welcome too, not many rentals that were pet friendly.

We love this home. It is perfect for our large group of adults and kids. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking meals for a big group. We used the hot tub daily. Close to beaver creek, Vail and even Copper mountain. The only con is the drive way is only intended for 2 cars and cannot use the garage to park. This is tricky with a large group.

I never thought I would spend Christmas away from home! Our family agreed that it would be good for a change and IT WAS! Bald Head is beautiful even in the cold, windy winter! Hands down one of the best deals on Maui. The apartment was perfectly clean with gorgeous ocean views. The pool was wonderful for the kids. The grounds in general are nice and peaceful. iTrip also was simply incredible to book with. They accommodated a super late checkout for us when the airline delayed us till midnight. Condo is small but very nice . perfect for 3 -4 people. Overlooks inlet and faces the small causeway. Be patient with trying to get in the front door. Takes a few moments to register the numbers to enter. Take advantage of the Uber and charters out of Tampa. Dont rent a car...the condo is 200 yards from the beach and walking distance to everything. We loved this spot on the Oregon coast! Tasteful decor, large kitchen, and a spectacular view. The place was clean, had most everything we needed. We loved the backyard and beach access, and also enjoyed the fireplace. A couple notes: there was no dish soap (most likely just an oversight), and we recommend putting hooks next to the backdoor since that is the way to the beach. It would make it much easier to keep the sand out if we had a place to hang towels/leashes ( maybe some hooks outside and a few just inside the door)? We never did get the Cable TV working either, but we had fun playing games so it wasn't a big deal. We are already talking about this being our go-to spot for our coast trips from now on. I also appreciated the clear communication and ease of check-in and check-out. You are doing it right!!

We enjoyed staying between Christmas and new year. The apartment has amazing views and beach access. You will never forget this beautiful sunset. It is decorated with luxury in mind. Very welcoming and spacious layout. Both arrival and departure instructions were very clear. We also enjoyed the heated pool and tennis courts. The location is perfectly located for easy access from the main land so very easy even at rush hour. We would definitely recommend this magnificent apartment.

Had a great time skiing at Park City and staying at this condo. Cozy place with fireplace, wood available at 7-eleven across the street. Well equipped kitchen, I bought the condo a cheese grater. Only thing missing was a juicer for our limes. Jacuzzi was great. Easy walk to resort and ski lifts. Easy access to free bus. Grocery store 5 minute walk. Had 7 adults, 3rd bedroom has 3 single beds, a bit small for men. Would like to see double size bunk beds instead. Overall 5 stars.

We had a tremendous time in Miramar and at the property of 108 Miramar Beach Villas. We had stayed at this property the year prior and had another tremendous experience but it needed some TLC. Holly and her team gave it all the TLC it needed and then some and it is wonderful shape now. Holly and her team did a great job on improving the amenities of the property. Her staff was more than helpful and made for a fantastic stay!! We definitely plan to stay there again and would recommend to anyone looking for a very clean, quiet and near to the beach location! The layout of the home is great for multiple activities. Fully equipped kitchen is open to 6+ person dining area and fireplace. A screened patio area for morning coffee and evening chats is off the leather seating area with library of DVDs and books. There's even a collection of record albums and player for us 60+ year olds. The bedrooms are great and separated by living area. Children or teens have large area downstairs with games, video screen, laundry and bathroom. We liked that many supplies were there to get started! Shell Station House is convenient to all a 3 generation family wanted to do: sun, boogie board and walk beach, pick up reserved bikes and ride for miles on flat streets, walk to town for food and shopping, 25 min drive for a day enjoying Charleston, short car trip to walk Morris Island Lighthouse area, 3 mi to larger grocery and on way back pick up fresh seafood at Crosby's Fish & Shrimp for the new grill on back deck with large dining area. In this COVID-19 period, we felt safe. The town's homes are colorful and there's areas full of natural wonder. The people are really nice. Children's park, tennis, basketball, & dog park nearly. Folly Island County Park & James Island County Park are nearby. The owners of Shell House really thought through all the details to make your stay relaxing.

We stayed at Whale of Time for a girls weekend in April! It was the PERFECT space for all 9 ladies! The King master upstairs was stunning and all the other rooms were updated and beautiful! The living and dining space was perfect for a large crowd to gather and enjoy our time together! The 5 minute walk to the beach was gorgeous and we lucked out with great weather!! We went downtown one evening for dinner and it took no more than 25 min- Uber picked us up without issues!! We also walked the 10 min to the Wild Dunes 'downtown' and had lunch and drinks by the pool. Steven and Sarah were amazing at communications and answered all our questions before we even had time to think of any! Great hosts with a beautiful home!

My family was very impressed by this Riverfront Cottage I picked for our vacation. Every morning I would drink my coffee while looking at the view in silence. Their was enough space for the four of us and the pull out bed helped give us even more sleeping space. All the household appliances and cookware helped when we wanted to eat in. I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to escape and unwind without the hussle and bustle.

We just got home from our trip to Maui. The Maui Beach house was perfect for our two families. We had 5 adult children with us along with the three of us "more adult" parents. It was perfect. we had two cars and cooked quite a bit in the beautiful kitchen with an AMAZING view. my brothers family used the complete upstairs and my family the downstairs bedrooms. The common space was massive with an incredible view of Molokai. Within a mile we had a grocery store and several restaurants we enjoyed. Some of our favorite things: Reading in the hammock, morning coffee on the lanai looking at the water, playing games at the large dining room table and sleeping while listening to the waves about 50 feet away.

We live in Charleston but like to take long weekends out at Folly. This property is very nice, clean and well equipped. The views are beautiful. It’s quiet and away from the bustle of downtown. Took Long Beach walks, enjoyed the Morris Island lighthouse view. And the deck is a spectacular sunny place to read. Highly recommend it!

We had the best week celebrating our 40th anniversary with our children and grandchildren! The house was perfect for the 7 adults and 3 children. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfy. It was great having 3 full bathrooms plus the half bath downstairs. The use of the golf cart made it so easy to go to the beach, as well as the use of the outside shower once we returned. We were so close to the community pool and the kids loved using it! We will definitely look at the home and area again in the future! I highly recommend iTrips and this home for anyone looking for a nice beach vacation!

The cottage at 1106 Park was a great place to escape the winter weather in the east. It is not a posh stay, but it is very comfortable and charming. The kitchen had nice equipment and the grill made cooking fun too. We had a private little courtyard as well as easy walks to all the restaurants and shops. It had everything we needed to enjoy a month's stay.

The accommodation were not what we expected. The master bedroom was very large but the second bedroom was so small that it was uncomfortable for two adult children. Having said that, I cannot tell you how helpful Josh was. He responded almost immediately to every issue we had and even drove us to Keystone and back on Thanksgiving night for dinner because my son hurt his leg skiing and could not drive and I don’t handle snowy conditions well. He also loaned my son a pair of crutches and provided us with a website to check road conditions before we drove back to Denver to catch our plane home. The accommodations were not as nice as we had hoped but I would stay there again because of Josh.

My family loved how close The Spriggs Shack was to EVERYTHING! We could walk to the general store, bike or walk to the beach (our 3 year old twins rode their tricycles!), skip to the pool (ha!) and enjoy beautiful sunsets, shrimping and crabbing at the dock behind the pool! Deer were present in this community everyday. Our bikes were delivered to us and kayaking was easily accessible as well. My 9 year old got to watch (for free) the dolphins strand feed at the end of Kiawah, a manatee float by in the inlet, a hawk and a pelican steal fish from the dolphins, and ride the waves on his boogie board. The staff at Kiawah and the people choosing to be part of this community were just the best! My mom loved the porch swing under the home and our family loved the screened in porch (we ate almost all of our meals out their and the kids loved playing armies while listening to the fish jumping and the birds pecking at oysters. So many memories were made in our short 4 day stay, but they will last a lifetime!

We had a great stay at Shadowbrook in Snowmass. The location is truly the best at Snowmass. Ski right to your door plus easy access to the Mall and Base village. We have rented with iTrip several times before and they have been very responsive and helpful with any questions before and during the trip. They were also very flexible and generous with early check in and late check out which was very much appreciated. The unit itself was in good shape and very comfortable. Stayed at Bear lodge 311 for seven nights in January 2017. We booked this apartment with Bob from itrip. The apartment was fantastic and I will list the reasons why ; great layout , good location and walking distance to the gondola , internal washer /dryer, comfy beds, 2 bathrooms , good quality towels , good water pressure in showers, good size kitchen , comfortable lounges, helpful with checkin..... All up will definitely be back as this was a good choice in our holiday in Canada and our ski holiday in whistler .

Outstanding 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom condo. The unit has all the amenties needed for a wonderful stay. It is clean, beautifully decorated, and is only a short 5-10 minute walk to the beach. The hosts communicated with us very well and are extremely friendly. I would highly recommend this unit if you are planning a 2-4 person excursion to Hilton Head Island.

3 Bed. 3 Bath - very very spacious, wonderful amenities like a lake with 2 mi walk track, large pool, bar and music at pool, very polite staff. Only thing I would advise others who book is to bring your own supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent liquid and white trash bags as there are just 1 of everything to get you started. Looks just like pictures and convenient to everything. However, the room rate per night is appropriate for this unit, but added in to the final total is $105 Cleaning fee $44.00 damage fee,and a $40 processing fee which I feel is excessive using VRBO

We loved our stay here! It was so nice to be able to was a short distance into town and have dinner or explore. We also enjoyed the hot tub. We drove to multiple places to explore, too, like Blue Lakes, Pass Lake, Dillon reservoir, continental falls and Garden of the Gods. It was a great vacation, and I would stay here again!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this cabin and that right there should be review enough. The place is really on top of the world and has everything you need to unplug or not. It’s the best of both worlds plenty of cozy space indoors to relax by a fire or hang out by the fire pit in the back. Very private area. While we didn’t have snow this time it was just as enjoyable. For us this is the perfect spot for a winter getaway!

This condo is newly remodeled and contains everything one might need. The pool is great and the beach is very close. Comfortable beach chairs are set up on the beach every morning and umbrellas are available for rent. It is close to restaurants and shops. There are plenty of beach towels and bath towels and the appliances are high quality. Siesta Key beach is very beautiful. The elevator is very helpful.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary by enjoying Willamette Valley wine and food. The Bungalows at Bellingar Estates #3 Was the perfect accommodation to allow us easy access to the fine wineries and eateries in and around Newberg. The bungalow was the perfect size for the two of us, even allowing for workouts and yoga in the living room. The back patio made for a wonderfully quiet retreat to enjoy our new wine and food treats. For our daughter's wedding we had family stay at Merlin's Escape. It was so comfortable and beautiful! Our guests stated that they felt like they were being spoiled with such luxury. The home had everything we needed and more (a movie room, game room, spacious kitchen and multiple eating areas). The beds were comfortable and plenty of room for everyone. The grounds were breath taking. I wish we could have enjoyed the pool area but it was February. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend to anyone who would like to stay in a comfortable, quiet, spacious, beautiful home.

We had a fantastic vacation. The room was very clean, and the location was fabulous. The corner balcony and windows offered a breathtaking view of the sunset. We have visited Gulf Shores and stayed at many of the condo complexes over the years and this was one of the better ones. There was a shelf full of books, board games and cards to enjoy. The rocking/reclining chairs were much appreciated and so comfortable. Loved that these were a part of the furnishings! The decor was tastefully done. We will definitely keep this unit in mind on our next visit. It has been our fortunate experiences to have had previous guests/owners to thoughtfully leave behind salt and pepper shakers and other small items in the kitchen as a convenience; however, there was nothing of the kind at Crystal Shores West unit 1008. To future guests, we gladly left behind our salt and pepper shakers in hopes that you would enjoy the convenience of not having to think about every small detail.

Great cabin to rent! Very new! Bedrooms were great and loved how each bedroom had a theme. There were plenty of plates, cups and silverware for a large group. The only problem was that there were only 2 locked bear proof garbage bins and those were full by mid week. For a 6 bedroom house, really need a mid-week garbage pick up or more garbage cans. We did experience a problem with the TV in the family room and the management company sent someone out within hours to fix it. Movie theater was great and you could connect to your amazon prime/netflix account for movies. Each room had a TV with Roku and the remotes were smartly labeled for each room so they wouldn't get confused. We enjoyed the pool and the game room. Loved the old school multi game arcade and the Golden Tee plus the air hockey table got a lot of use. Overall a great cabin and we'd rent from here again!

We've stayed at Park Shore Resort before but in a unit that had not been updated. This unit is absolutely fantastic - updated down to the last detail - we loved it and had a wonderful time. Loved the decor - the colors were beachy and tasteful - and everything was comfortable and cozy - including the beds. Our feet were treated to plush carpet and we loved cooking in the gorgeous kitchen - it's been updated immaculately and even has a wine fridge. The location of the unit within the resort is perfect - it's close to everything while being far enough that you don't hear too much noise and you don't have as much foot traffic as you might in the sections closer to the entrance. We also appreciated that the screened-in porch was well furnished and we were able to sit and enjoy the daily showers without being eaten by bugs. :) The rental company answered our texts in a very timely manner and we were able to slip in a little early, which was very much appreciated. We will absolutely stay in this unit again if it's available next time we are down. The unit itself really made our stay at Park Shore Resort feel much more like a "destination resort" than our prior stay - which was just okay. We love to walk the grounds in the evening and always enjoy the pool - but having such a lavish unit to come back to really made it feel like a high-end stay. Thank you!

My family stayed at Steelhead in Blackhawk on the River for our second time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. This beautiful townhouse stands in a beautiful setting about a hundred yards from the river. It is very peaceful and serene there. The townhouse is only about 10 to 15 minutes from downtown McCall and far enough outside of town to where there are no disruptions from the touristy traffic and crowds. I would recommend that the owners or managers updated the cookware and flatware being that we fell short on servings for 7. We also fell short on storage containers. This was a similar issue from last year that we resolved via trips to the local Ridleys. The lodge was very limited in what it has to offer and we were sad to find that the movie theater in the lodge was locked and unavailable. We had even brought our own movie snacks and such in anticipation of using the theater. No biggy, perhaps next trip. Overall, Darlene and Tim with iTrips continue to be fantastic and the rates for this property are more than reasonable considering the beauty, space, and amenities provided. Thanks Darlene and Tim. We hope to return later this summer or next year and highly recommend this property to anyone. We also recommend Mile High Marina for boat and paddleboard rentals. Enjoy!

We had a great stay! Home was beautiful, spacious (bigger than expected), and fun! Game room was a bonus for our family. We also appreciated have a garage that our vehicle, with a roof rack, fit into. Lots of space in laundry room for ski boots and gear. Was a great setup. Place was great only a couple of minor issues, clothes dryer didn't work 100% and at times the A/C didn't seem to cool to the set temperature but it could've been that it was just too hot outside and the sun was too strong coming in through the glass wall which has no curtains. Also, the pool was a bit small. Overall great place, we would stay there again.

This condo was the perfect getaway for my wife’s birthday and a family wedding. Super convenient location with everything you need in close proximity. The condo itself was super clean and the perfect size. We will definitely be back

We loved this condo and the complex in general! It was super comfortable, great view, and great access to chairlift. The underground parking was very convenient and made loading and unloading our luggage and gear really easy. Management was always willing to honor our requests. I would highly recommend!

This condo is perfect! It is clean, spacious and so comfortable for four of us! This condo can easily fit 7 people. Short walk (1-2 minutes) to a quiet and gorgeous beach! The view of water from the living room, kitchen and all three bedrooms are amazing. This corner unit makes a big difference with spacious balcony. Peg Leg restaurant near by is so yummy with fresh seafood. Special thank you to Chris from iTrip for answering all questions we have before and after the trip. We will definitely recommend this beautiful home to friends and relatives.

The unit was very nice. Only issue was the Wi-Fi didn’t work well on phones… but it was vacation so we enjoyed everything else! The first two days we walked everywhere we went. It’s location is perfect!

Stayed at 408 Sea Breeze four nights on a vacation with three other buddies. Couldn't have had a better time! Condo clean, everything we needed, and the view as well as beach was awesome. The location walking distance to John's Pass for food and drink was just the ticket. 408 Sea Breeze met every expectation. Thanks itrip!

My wife and I stayed at Meadow Drive with our son, daughter-in-law and two grandkids. We couldn’t be happier with the house. It was just just as advertised, spacious, well kept and extremely well stocked with kitchen supplies. We had one small problem with the internet and the management company quickly responded to fix the problem. Th proximity to the bus stop was a real plus. We look forward to staying at this property next year

Over the last forty years we’ve stayed at close to a hundred rental properties. This was my favorite. Beautiful place, felt like home and was close to everything. I highly recommend Christmas in Southport, in this cottage.

Although my kids have stayed in Air BnBs before (I'm using the term generically), for my wife and myself this was our first experience. The unit we booked in Hilton Head was exactly as described. A lovely master bedroom, a second bedroom, a good sized living room/dining room with a table for 6, 2 couches and an easy chair. There was also a a small, but well equipped kitchen, which also had a washer dryer unit. We were 5 adults, and felt very comfortable. The unit is located a 3 minute walk to the beach on the sound; and with another 10 minute walk, one can arrive to the Atlantic-facing beach. The property management company, Low Country Rentals, was a pleasure to deal with. Peter was very responsive to emails and phone calls. (To clarify, we only had questions for Peter; there were no issues to solve.)

We had an incredible trip, not one bad thing to say. The location was perfect. Walking distance to the beach, great snorkeling in the next cove over with sea turtles everywhere. Gazebo restaurant is fantastic( prepare for an hour wait) the grounds were immaculate. The room seemed to be tastefully renovated with everything you need. Comfortable bed and awesome ocean views. great for families! We are looking forward to returning.

We really enjoyed our stay in this sparkling clean home. The location is right in the middle of Bluffton's promenade development, which is perfect walking distance from countless restaurants, bars, coffee shops & boutiques. We walked to FARM for dinner (great food & service - our girls loved the octopus), Sippin Cow for breakfast, Ben & Jerry's for ice cream, Corner Perk for coffee/breakfast, Local Pie for pizza and Agave for margaritas & tacos. All of these establishments are literally a short stroll from the front door of this beautifully decorated home. This is how we like to travel - great restaurants right outside! The townhome was perfect for our family of 4. The girls really enjoyed the large twin trundle bed (there were a few fights over who got the bottom bed!) and the home is very relaxing. Beds are comfortable and we all slept very well. It's so quiet in the morning you can listen to the birdsong outside the bedroom window! One great feature of the home is the smart TV in the living room -- we were able to login to our Disney+ and Sirius XM apps on the TV during our stay. This made the townhome feel even more like our own Bluffton home. Matt and Flip surprised us with a lovely welcome package and answered all our questions super quickly. We couldn't have asked for better hosts!

This location is very close to the slopes. No need to catch shuttle you can just walk a half block to the beginners slopes and up a short hill to PayDay. I always look for locations when I can take a quick break in the middle of the day and this location was great for that. The beds were very comfortable as well and plenty of room to hang out.

This place is truly an experience! Worth every penny I highly recommend a stay here when in Pensacola or Gulf Breeze. The home itself is gorgeous and sits on the East Bay in Gulf Breeze. WOW!

We really enjoyed our stay at Pacific Star. There were six of us, and the four bed, four bath layout gave us room to spread out and use the ample space. We used many of the amenities and played pool and soaked in the hot tub at the end of the day. The location was great, and gave us easy access to the Oregon Coast with day trips to Williamette Valley, Tilamook and Newport. The hosts were great communicators and left enough kitchen essentials (coffee) and linens to make us feel at home. The property was in great shape and came just as advertised. The highest compliment I could give is that we would return to this property. There are a lot of steps, but the location is very good with easy access to the beach and plenty of nearby restaurants. Highly recommend!

This house was awesome. The pictures online were accurate. Easy check in and property management was responsive when we had questions. Unfortunately for us, the weather wasn't great so we didn't get to take advantage of the pool since it is SOLAR heated so the water was really cold. The house is located on a somewhat busy street, so keep that in mind if you have smaller children. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again.

This home is completely as advertised! It is located on a corner in relatively quiet area. The main floor is spacious with a DR, LR, Kitchen, 1/2 bath and an office area. The only thing it could use is some softer lighting options in the living room. The backyard has a nice sitting area and a grill. It also has a nice entrance to the house. The 2nd floor has a full bath with 3 bedrooms (2 have queens and one has a single). The 3rd floor is accessible via the bedroom with the single bed and it has a large bed, sitting area and newish full bath. We travel to the area a few times a year and will have this property on our radar for future stays.

We had a group of 7 stay here in early March for a ski trip. The location was ideal to ski both Beaver Creek and Vail. The layout of the home was perfect for two families with each room having an en suite bathroom and a large kitchen for cooking dinners. The kids LOVED being in the hot tub after a day of skiing and the steam shower in the master bathroom was a treat. I highly recommend this lovely home and iTrip was a wonderful agency to work with. Communication was quick and the digital welcome packet was great!
