We are here for our 3rd year and have booked Grandma's Rest for next year. We love watching the sun come up and hearing the Ocean day and night. The complex is friendly with many repeats year to year. And the location is prime!

The traffic noise is loud and constant. Some of the glasses and utensils had food on them. Disapointing in that respect, however the beach is nice.

This is not a complaint usually heard from our Seaside Cottage guests but certainly possible with so many people in St Augustine kicking off the holiday season with the Nights of Lights. More disappointing is the report of dirty dishes. This will be addressed with our cleaner. Glad you enjoyed the beach and hopefully had a pleasant visit. Wonderful experience and beautiful redecoration of the unit! Very impressed. the only complaint is that the unit could use a TV antenna otherwise you need multiple accounts to apps. It is impossible to watch same day news except for short clips.

Perfect spot in Pagosa right on the river. House was clean and spacious just right for our group of 6 Great location and close to everything, had pretty much everything we needed for cooking and relaxing.

We had a wonderful time at Beach Blessing! It was perfect for our small family including our dog. The kitchen is well stocked and we enjoyed the large TV in the living room. We enjoyed the swing out front and in the backyard, along with the beautiful flower garden! We also made use of the bikes and went on many walks over the scenic bridge to the beach, about 10-15 minute walk. The cottage is very clean and everything is in working order. We would stay here again!

The check-in instructions were easy to follow and detailed. iTrip staff stayed in touch and checked in with us about our stay regularly and was very responsive. The condo was clean, well stocked and had a humidifier! Also, the condo had a heated ski locker which was also very nice. The view from the condo was incredible. The staff from Retreatia shuttle was friendly and great. We would stay here again.

This was a perfect place to stay and was beyond our expectations, The unit was extremely clean, nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The resort is great. The pool is amazing. All the staff at the pool were kind and helpful. We were waited on hand and foot. The lazy river at the pool was so relaxing. I would recommend this place to anyone. It is also in a great location to downtown. I can't wait to go back.

The condo was beautiful decorated, clean, and very well stocked. We love the fact that we could walk out to the pool from the back patio. The condo was close to the beach , shops and restaurants. We would definitely come back next year. The management company was very responsive and easy to work with.

The condo was perfect for us - family of 4 with two small kids. It is right in the heart of town so everything is within a short walking distance. Couldn't have asked for a better location!! Definitely will stay here again!

Our family had a very relaxing vacation in this condo. Everything was as described and the owner made us feel welcome from before we even arrived. It was nice to sit outside on screened porch and enjoy nature. It was a short drive or walk to many different uncrowded beaches.

We had the pleasure of staying at 506 Crystal Palms for a short 4 day 3 night trip and it was great! Place was clean, well stocked and beds very comfy. The view from the balcony is great! Short walk to the beach. Recommend a short walk to Johns Pass for the shops and we used Blind Pass Boat and Jet Ski Rental and it was also great!! Thanks for the very nice place to stay and we could be back! Ski

Our multigenerational family had a wonderful time while staying at Marsh Pointe. The home is clean, comfortable and BEAUTIFUL. There’s the perfect balance of privacy and gathering space. I was worried that access would be an obstacle for the oldest in our group. Turned out to be better than expected. It was a quick car ride to the beach and the morning marsh views did not disappoint. Thank you for a relaxing, peaceful vacation!

Thank you for this opportunity to stay in Siesta Keats! We enjoyed everything the Condo provided, the walk to the beach was short and beautiful and the weather was perfect. The parking area was great. We did have trouble with the entrance gate, sometimes it took several tries to get it opened. The furniture was comfortable, the mattress was great on the king bed. Loved having the walk-in shower. We loved the fact that there was a Keurig available, but this information would have been nice to know before we got here, we would have brought Keurig pods with us. We hope to come back soon.

We have stayed at several different condos within the South Shores II building in Surfside Beach, SC and always have a wonderful stay, especially since booking the last four through iTrip. Mandi with iTrip is always very accommodating and quick to answer any questions or resolve any issues. We have stayed at other condos along the NC/SC coast, but iTrip has by far been the best rental company we have dealt with. I only book through iTrip at this point. Thanks!

Our family of 4 had an amazing stay at Cocktails & Dreams! Truly Paradise! The condo complex is quiet and secure. The condo has many modern amenities and updates. The location is perfect for walking and biking- we loved the 2 bikes available and easily rented 2 more bikes for the week. The condo is close to beach, sunset, restaurants and shopping! The pool is great too! Scott and Tina answered all of our questions quickly and are very accommodating! We highly recommend Cocktails & Dreams and are looking forward to our next stay!

Stayed in Hang 6 during February for a few days with my sister and nieces (one lives in Charleston) and decided to return in March with my husband to enjoy a few days away together. Loved the amenities in the condo and how close the condo is to the restaurants and pier. Enjoyed the deck in the mornings for coffee and in the evenings for a drink. Ideal location for our needs, will be back in the future.

My friends and I loved our stay at Sandroc Condominiums. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and the pool area was perfect. We ran into a number of friendly residents and enjoyed the walkabilty that the condo's location affords. Grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and activities are all easily accessible by foot (or car). iTrip staff were easily available by phone and attentive to our questions. I would definitely book this property or another with iTrip in the future.

What a great condo!! This was a comfortable, well stocked unit and has great beds! We very much enjoyed this space! Good views and great location! I would definitely stay here again. There is no downstairs bath but a large kitchen and living room area, Beautiful unit!

We had a great family reunion at Panorama Perch. The management team was very communicative, the property was true to what we had seen in the photos. The views are incredible and lots of open space in the main area of the property for family gathering. The amount of bedrooms and sleeping space was great. Highly recommend!

In the height of spring break you would think this place would be slammed, but as I sit on the porch, all I can hear is nothing. This was the perfect stop for my family of 4. Very comfortable condo. Fully stocked kitchen, nice linens, plenty of towels, beach chairs and an umbrella, smart tvs…We enjoyed the beach and pool everyday. Nice coffee provided!! We 100% recommend this home….here are some tips if you come: bring quarters for laundry, bring beach towels, bring/buy your own food….you can easily cook from this kitchen for a week. Bring foil/wrap/trash bags/Tupperware. We brought TP, paper towels, and our own dishwasher/laundry pods, but they had that here too. The weather was a tiny bit chilly in April, but hot sun around the pool. The pool isn’t heated (it’s Florida) but my kids went in and it is SPOTLESS! The map is deceiving. The walk to beach is SO close. Like steps, literally. We found Winn Dixie to be much cheaper than Publix (duh). If you don’t have a WD discount card, they’ll swipe one for you.

The place was great, and the family had a great time. Wish we came later in the summer. Especially since when we came we only got one day on the beach to find shells and everything. The were dredging the sand. It is so sad we were heartbroken, especially the kiddos. Of course that is ZERO FAULT OF THE OWNERS OF THE VACA CONDO! They have no idea when that will happen im sure. I plan to let her know so she can give others a heads up. So they can switch their days if they need to. But otherwise it was amazing def recommend!

We had a wonderful time at Storm Meadows #12. The condo was clean and well-stocked. The location could not be beat. We were able to put on our skis and drop right onto the ski run. We had a great trip and hope to return again!

This is a great place to spend a vacation with your family. The unit is in very nice condition, clean, plenty of room to spread out or get together for fun around the huge kitchen area. Views are stunning, beach access is at your door. The kitchen is well equipped, bath and beach towels are provided. There is only one comment for improvement. Since there are four bedrooms and accommodates 8, it would be nice to have a dining table that seats 8 people. There is plenty of room to do so.

Pinewoods 25 was perfect for the number of couples (4) we had. It was clean, spacious, and furnished. It was close to Wal-Mart and Vail Resorts. It allowed us to live very comfortable. The hottub was nice to relax in. It was backed up against the golf course and mountain where people took their animals for walks. It was nice being able to see activity and not feel secluded. But the tall trees allowed the privacy we wanted. The staff was so polite and more than accommodating as we arrived a little early. We also left early due to weather. And, the staff was very responsive to our questions and needs. If I were to go back to the Vail area, I would definitely stay at Pinewoods 25 again.

We have stayed in Sandy Seananigans two years in a row and have enjoyed this amazing home both times. Its spaciousness is outstanding, and accommodates adults and children so well. Our grandchildren think the bunkroom is wonderful; so do we. The large kitchen and eating area contains everything one needs, and the family room is large, where we can all spread out. Love the patio and pool area and the closeness of the beach, which is much appreciated with young children. Having shops and restaurants within easy walking distance is an added benefit. We had one snafu early on (second floor AC was not working well), and someone came out to check it shortly after notifying Jason, the maintenance contact person.. Early the next morning, the problem was fixed. We were very thankful for the way in which this problem was addressed. Jason made sure the AC situation was addressed quickly and checked in with us periodically until the matter was solved.

Excellent property. Has all needed to not miss your home and enjoy a relaxing vacation. I would just change Pillows and give an option to SHARE a hot tub for after skiing. With that, it would be a superb option.

My daughter and I have stayed here before, and as before there were no surprises, nice condo and area. We had crappy weather, but what the hey, Florida needed it. The only suggestions I would have are the addition of a full size ironing board and a hairdryer. We were well pleased with the condo.

We (our family of 4, 2 adults + 2 elementary-aged children) had the distinct pleasure of being the second guests to have ever stayed in this brand new property nestled along Hwy 160 and Thatcher Lake. I almost hate to write a review because I'd like to keep this amazing rental to ourselves. Oh, but it just had to be done after meeting the extremely kind owners who happened to be in town on their own vacation next door (the property is a duplex) and went out of their way to ensure that our stay was incredible. The location is the prefect distance from the hustle of tourist-drenched Pagosa Springs allowing for the feel of big sky and mountains that so many of us flock to Colorado for. The property is nestled next to 160 and you can hear the occasional passerby but it eventually became white noise for us and the view far outweighed that ambient background sound. During our brief 3-night stay we had the fortunate opportunity to observe the resident eagle fishing from her snag perched next to the lake and adjacent to the property. We enjoyed the view and accommodations so much that one day we didn't even get out of our pj's and just relaxed in the beautiful space and soaked up the scenery. First class details and comforts are around every corner in the lodge-themed townhome that exceedingly treats guests to a resort-style stay. From the extra comfy beds and bedding, to high-end towels and home furnishings, roomy kitchen with all brand new appliances and dishes, washer and dryer, cozy living room and well appointed bedrooms. Treats such as complimentary candy bars and trail mix, a wonderful mix of DVD movies, very strong internet access/signal that flawlessly supported a zoom meeting, satellite TV, and an air hockey/ping pong table conversion game all await Pagosa Springs bound adventurers seeking an extremely comfortable retreat from town. Even with finishing touches (deck and driveway) being wrapped up on this retreat during our stay, the accommodations blew away our expectations and this spot for those who are lucky enough to find it, will not disappoint. We will certainly be back and can't wait to see the beautiful finished deck!!!

Our stay has been wonderful! Our family has been to HHI before, but this property has probably been the best we have stayed, anywhere! There is nothing I would change! The property is CLEAN, beautifully decorated and perfectly located. Our family had plenty of room to spread out. The property had everything we needed and was close to the beach. I’m so glad we found this place! (This property is not a good fit for those with mobility issues, or those who might have an issue carrying luggage up two flights of stairs. Our last property had bikes for us to use. They weren’t expected but would have been a nice touch.)

Had a terrific stay. The place is very clean and well equipped. Just steps from the beach and pool. We were able to hang out on the patio and enjoy our coffee and a view of the ocean. Highly recommend for a couple.

105 Caprice is perfect for two people. The place is clean and decorated nicely. Because we are old school and have cable, we weren't used to the Roku TV; but after some time we figured it out. Laundry facilities were ok. Would prefer the washer/dryer to be in unit; but the coin operated ones were ok for the time. The beach and pool were great (right outside our place) and the balcony had a perfect view of the beach/ocean. I would definitely stay here again.

My family and I stayed here for 4 nights while we attended a local wedding. We found the home to be basically exactly as advertised minus some of the staging items (not a big deal). The home was immaculately clean and the furniture was in good working condition. It appears that everything is basically brand new. There are a few items for the owner to consider: 1. More mirrors throughout the house. The ladies found it mildly challenging when they were all putting on make up around the same time. 2. Dish towels for the kitchen. There were none available. 3. The dryer lint catcher was exceptionally full. Potential fire hazard if not monitored. 4. More paper products being available (TP, paper towels, etc) would have been appreciated. 5. The booking process was very challenging. I originally found the home on another site but I was unable to book it through that site and ended up having to call and explain my situation. Once I was able to articulate my needs, the house was suddenly about twice the advertised price from the other site. Thankfully they were willing to honor the initial price but the whole process was annoying. None of these items were deal breakers for us. We still really enjoyed the home. We would probably rent it again if the price is right.

Great place! Very comfy bed and pillows. The fold out couch is, predictably very uncomfortable. We didn’t end up using it. Maybe a foam topper would be a good addition. Anyway, otherwise everything was lovely and well appointed but the highlight was the bigger saline pool with the cabanas. It was so pleasant to be there that we hardly spent any time at the beach. Would definitely stay there again. Also highly recommend the taco trucks one block north. Get the shrimp tacos make yourself a margarita and go have a blissful afternoon in the cabana by the pool.

Coming from overseas there is always an unknown fear is this house going to live up to the what we can see on the internet. Thankfully this house certainly did! We were happy on arrival that the house and reviews are what we expected. We found everything you would need for a great holiday. The area is quiet. Sitting by the pool was lovely and relaxing after a morning of golf and shopping. Both of these were close by. The house has everything you would need and lots of little extras like shampoo, soap, laundry detergent. We would certainly recommend this house to anyone and dealing with Cindi and Dan was easy and everything was dealt with quickly and professionally.

We had a great experience with our rental. All was as advertised and clean. Ready for entry as agreed. The unit was well equipped and nicely furnished. We had 2 very minor inconveniences and the local iTrip agency responded to addressed them almost immediately. I would use their services again and recommend them.

We had a fantastic time on our first trip to Hilton Head. Palmetto Dunes is a great community to stay in and the Hickory Cove condos are a perfect location. We stayed in Unit 17 which was on the 18th hole of the Robert Trenton Golf Course. It was a freshly renovated 3 bedroom unit that had everything you would ever need. It was a great place for families. They had beach chairs, a wagon, beach toys for our 3 year old grandson and many other amenities. It was truly only a 5 minute, very easy walk to the beach. And sitting on the back patio watching the golfers come through was very enjoyable. But do beware, all golfers are not professionals and you have to be on the lookout for incoming golf balls. We cannot wait to get back to Hilton Head and will definitely stay here again.

We would definitely stay here again! It was an easy ski down to Centennial every morning and the ski locker room was ideal for keeping the condo less cluttered and clean! The kitchen is small and there were no spices, etc so be sure to plan when packing or shopping if you want to cook. Otherwise, the condo has everything we needed for the week and you can’t beat the location.

Our stay was so wonderful. We could not have been any happier. The place was clean, spacious and had all the necessary amenities to accommodate our family of four. What really took our breath away was the amazing beach view from the porch! I would wake up early to watch the sunrise, drink my coffee on the porch and do my morning yoga. The private and charming boardwalk is a great token to the place and leads to a nice, non-crowded beach. David our host was very kind and responsive. We will definitely come back for our next vacation!

I stayed at Aina Nalu I-208 with my family for 2 weeks. The condo is well located not far from the big pool. Al amenities were available as promised. All electronics were working, internet was super fast and beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend this condo to anyone.

Tucked away, giving you a sense of privacy and yet with easy access to an interesting beach. While amenities (grocery stores, restaurants, shopping) are so close, they’re out of sight, leaving you in a quaint hamlet of Roads End. Seas Life feels cozy and yet offers plenty of space. The floor plan gives adults their place to visit, and kids, a game room to play. The kitchen is open, and roomy. The street in front of Seas Life is quiet and the traffic is light. The walk to the beach is shorter than the photos suggest. We had a great 4 days on the beach. P.S. The staff (customer service) at iTrip Vacations was wonderful. We called them once in mid-visit for a minor issue; they were so good to work with, and resolved the issue within minutes.

We spent a great week in Charleston with this cute North Charleston house as our home base! We found that it was close enough for quick excursions into Downtown CHS or over to Mt Pleasant to visit family. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood which we loved. We were within walking distance to Park Circle as well. The house itself was beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed. We’d love to stay here again!

An outstanding property with every possible comfort for an enjoyable family vacation. Location is ideal with a very short ride to the beach and downtown Naples. We rented kayaks which were delivered right to the door and enjoyed daily excursions out to the bay right from the backyard dock! Pool layout with covered lounge area great for outdoor dining and relaxing another outstanding feature!! Great communication with property owner and easy to follow instructions - very clean. Can't say enough good things about this experience!!! Thank you for a great trip!!!

When I booked this Sanibel 1701 I assumed it was on the beach because the beach and the Gulf were in the online pictures. I would have never booked it had I known it was across the street. BUT I'm so happy I didn't know. The beach and the Gulf were in the pics because they're so close and there are no condo buildings in front of Sanibel to block the view. And it was on the west end of Gulf Shores so very little traffic or crowds. It was great. Walking distance to the beach walkway; large, roomy condo with three bedrooms that each have their own bathroom (best feature). Free wifi..........can't beat that either. Huge front balcony with a beautiful beach view. We loved it and will definitely book it again.

This review was long time coming. My wife, toddler son and I stayed in this condo for a full week and had no complaints. Super friendly and approachable staff. We made use of the free dolphin cruise tickets and spotted some in the waters in the wild which was pretty cool. The free fat tire bike was an amazing early morning workout. The condo was clean and tidy and the view of the beach from outside the patio was like a dream. We bought groceries and did some cooking in the condo. There was a supermarket very close. For fish lovers, hog fish is something you must taste! We are planning on going back someday. Hope everything stays the same!

This home is everything you could want in a vacation home. Great location only a few minutes' drive from town. View from the living room and new hot tub are fantastic, shame about the road noise. House was very clean and well stocked, just bring your clothes, food and toiletries. Wifi was slow, so down load speeds aren't great and when trying to stream TV it tended to nhang up, but that just caused us to do other things as a family. I would recommend this rental, and if we are back we would stay again. ibreck/itrip were excellent and very quick to respond to any questions.

The home on 27 Heritage Rd Sea Pines community was awesome! Our children and grandchildren enjoy the community amities and the home was able to meet our needs with spacious accommodation! We spent a week with our grown children and other family members in this absolutely gorgeous home on a spacious lot in the Ski Ranch area of telluride. We were surrounded by Aspen trees and views of the most incredible mountains and sky. Mornings were usually clear and we hiked and biked, fished and explored. Afternoon summer showers allowed us plenty of relaxation time in this lovely home. There is plenty of room to spread out, and we enjoyed the jacuzzi every day. The kitchen has everything needed to fix all meals, and we were only about a 10 minute drive ( or about a 30 minute hike) to the Mountain village market. The property managers suggested stopping for groceries in Montrose before heading up to Telluride, which was helpful, although we were happy to shop at the local markets also. Chris and Rob from itrip Vacations were incredibly responsive to texts and calls and we appreciated all their help. This was our first time to Telluride and we will be back , hopefully to stay in this lovely home again..

Beachfront Bliss was perfect for our small family! The place was very clean upon our arrival with fresh linens on the bed and nice bath towels in both bathrooms. It was a quiet top floor corner condo so we could sleep in late and enjoy the comfortable beds. We enjoyed fantastic views from the deck on this beachfront condo, my husband and I enjoyed a few glasses of wine overlooking the ocean while the kids watched their shows on the big screen TV. I would highly recommend Beachfront Bliss and stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Simba Run. It's slightly removed from Vail Center, enough to provide excellent scenery and quiet. The shuttle service to Vail is reliable during the day, and not quite so much in the evening. It's worse on weekends. It's not terrible, but other venues run shuttles more often. The accommodations are a little dated, but cozy and sufficient. Plenty of kitchen utensils and silverware, plenty of extra blankets and pillows, even wood for a woodburning fireplace. We had trouble getting the den TV to work, but were not that interested in getting it working so we never reported it. For the price and location, we were very satisfied. We didn't have time to take advantage of the pool, hot tub, or workout facilities. When we needed to relax and sleep, we were quite comfortable.

We had a terrific stay at Sea Forever. The condo was decorated very well. It provided all of the space that we needed for my husband and me. We had a 2nd bedroom that was left unused. We would recommend this condo to others. The trail system is extensive in Sea Pines, great for walking or riding your bike. The Salty Dog is right across the street. I only wish I would have remembered my pickleball racquet as there are courts just minutes away. A great stay!

We had a great time at Island House C219. Check in was a breeze - door code sent in advance and parking was available right in front. We had two cars, so we used the condo spot as well as a nearby guest spot, and there was ample parking all week. Beach access was perfect! Steps from popular Mary Street access. You can pay to park on the beach (4WD recommended) but we were so close that we never needed to drive. Pool was great! It was located at the beach side of the property, which was nice because it felt more secluded than the courtyard. Condo was great. Kitchen was small but had everyhing we needed. Washer and dryer was on the first floor and was so nice to have. Beds were comfortable and linens looked new. Very clean and cozy. We would definitely stay here again. David was a super host - readily available and very helpful.

We stayed at the Commodore the first week in October in Unit 304. It was a wonderful stay. Amber with iTrip made sure that we had everything that we needed. The condo was stocked with what we needed. It was nice and the balcony was awesome. It was such a relaxing and much needed trip. It was in a wonderful location. The beach was wonderful and Joshua (The chair guy) is amazing. I highly recommend this area. I know that my husband talked to a few that live around there or have been staying there for years and we couldn't say enough nice things about it. The security on staff were great and very helpful.

We had a wonderful time at the townhouse. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well appointed. We used the grill quite a bit. Every bedroom had a television which made it nice. We visited the beach often. The sunsets were beautiful. The management team was so accommodating. They answered every call and took good care of us.

This house was perfect for our extended family with plenty of room for everyone. We were here to do a celebration of life for our father’s passing. It was a very special Father’s Day. Owners were in contact and made sure to let us know if we needed anything. They were very prompt in returning answers to questions. Outdoor fire table was the perfect gathering area. Basement was perfect for the teenagers. Safe neighborhood and bike trail was close for walking and running.

We loved our stay here. The location cannot be beat - we walked half a block to the 1A lift every morning (never a line) and skied right down to the condo at the end of the day. Town was a 5 minute walk. The condo ceilings were high and the real fireplace a welcome home every afternoon. The beds were VERY comfortable (and I am picky), and it was very clean. The bedroom layout offers several configurations. The kitchen was well-stocked for all our cooking needs. The living room pillows could use a cleaning, but that is an easy fix. The management company checked in often and was super accommodating. Cannot wait to come back!

This home is very clean and well taken care of and the beds are super comfortable. The home is well stocked and has a big fenced back yard which our little dog so enjoyed. The location is great and the restaurants in the area are superb. You are close to the beach and a quick drive into Charleston to love and enjoy the historic Holy City. We love to dine at "Magnolia's" Restaurants in Charleston and visit the Gibbs Museum each time we are there. The neighborhood is quiet and close to grocery stores and shops of all kinds ! Our two families enjoyed our stay at Yampa View. The shuttle to the mountain (Retreatia shuttle, not just the local bus) was an added plus to not have to deal with parking at the resort. The living spaces and bedrooms in the condo were great, the bathrooms a bit dated (but fine), and the the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans.

We had the best time on our trip! I will say that I was a little hesitant to book bc it was a bit pricy but I am so happy we did! It was well worth it! The shuttle drivers were awesome so friendly and helpful. Freddy told our boys about some good fishing spots and DaMorris let us know about the $1 drafts and fried bologna sandwich at Hamburger Joes. The pools and swim up bar were so perfect and there is easy access to the beach from the pool! We went to the restaurant bar on the 3rd floor bridge thing at the resort, had some drinks and talked to Frank about the pizzas at the resort and how special they are he gave us a menu to study, Frank told us a lot about Broadway at the Beach and the Board walk area. Back at our condo we had plenty of space for the 4 of us and it felt like the walls are soundproof! Our adult son and his friend can be on the loud side and we couldn’t hear them and never heard a peep from any of the neighbors. Fully equipped kitchen and dinning space including the balcony. We didn’t use any of the tickets that were provided complimentary but that is an added bonus if you plan to do any of the attractions that were offered! We wanted to do the fishing charter but we just had so much going on that we didn’t get to it, maybe next time. I would definitely stay here or any of their properties on our next vacation!

This place was perfect! Very clean and up to date. The area is very quiet. You can go to Angler and Ale for a close bite to eat and drinks, but other places at Hawks Cay you have to be a guest of the resort. Some very nice affordable restaurants are within 10-20 minutes. We had no issues and enjoyed the peace and quiet.

Property exceeded my expectations, well maintained , clean and large enough for a group of 27 to be comfortable . The children enjoyed the pool and patio area. All beds and pillows were comfortable. Rooms are spacious , the resort amenities were great as well. Customer service great all emails answered rather quickly. I have nothing bad to say about property except that the lines & wait to gain entry at security gate were extremely long. I highly recommend this property you will not be disappointed.

Great location with an easy walk down Avenue U street right to the beach. The Vintage Beach Cottage was the perfect size for my family with kids ages 9 and 11. Kitchen is a bit tight, but functionally works for our cooking needs. The backyard was perfect for our kids. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at the Bluffs was wonderful. The condo was clean and in a great location to the beach. They have a printed version of the online information packet that they email to you. It was very helpful in finding places to eat and activities to go do. Set in the beautiful Sea Pines area of HHI, we enjoyed our morning walks around this beautiful community. This is definitely a place that could easily become a second home.

We had a wonderful stay in Shadowbrook 403. Could not have been a better location on the mountain! I was impressed with how clean the condo was and it was stocked well for our one week stay! We were able to cook dinners in most nights easily with the well appointed kitchen. We did not have a car and were easily able to navigate the bus/shuttle system just steps from the condo front door! We will definately stay here again on our next trip to Snowmass.

We had a perfect beach vacation , staying at Coastal Escape, for a second time. The home is clean, well appointed and roomy. Along with many bedrooms, it has multiple “extra” spaces perfect for reading, relaxing, or hiding during a game of hide and seek. This is one of the nicest appointed rental units I have ever stayed in. Everything was clean and the bed was amazing. We had a few glitches, but they were immediately fixed with ITrip - so much better than Airbnb or Vrbo - A few suggestions - *Better instructions on how to use the TVs for the technically challenged (like me) *back up hot tub chemicals and towels *Light switch at the top of the stairs (we arrived after dark and it was a bit dicey getting down the stairs in the dark and rain).

Me and my friends absolutely loved our stay at Whale of a Time. It’s the perfect location for a relaxing weekend, the neighborhood is beautiful for walks and access to the beach. The screened in porch was our favorite spot of the house along with the common area/den! The house, although very spacious had a homey vibe to it. And the landlords were wonderful, sent helpful tips and were quick to respond to questions! Couldn’t recommend this place more!

A house with a lovely combination of history and modernity in an amazing location! We balanced hitting many of the historic DC spots with the quaint, easy-going environment of "home" in Annapolis. DC is an easy 30-50 minutes, depending on time and traffic pattern. After driving to and from DC, it was a treat to easily walk to dinner, drinks, shopping, and ice-cream. The parking garage was an easy walk and there were even scooters for rent near by for us to ride back to the house one evening! The house was clean, cool and comfy. Loved the recliners in the front window....like sitting on a porch but without the heat and humidity. Was grateful for the powerful AC and extra fans as the days got progressively hotter during our stay. Everything was just amazing!

We were here in November to celebrate a 50th Anniversary, so had a range of guests from ages 4 to 75. Temperatures ranged from low 70's to high 80's during our stay, so we enjoyed both inside and outside. This home was absolutely wonderful. There was plenty of space for all of our guests, and room for us all to gather together. The outdoor space and heated pool were wonderful for the kids, and adults enjoyed watching college football from the pool in the evening. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for meal preparation and serving. Views were absolutely beautiful. A wonderful time was had by all!

This was a beautiful property in a great area near the beach. We had a group of 10 (5 couples) and the layout worked perfect. The highlights are the rooftop deck and heated pool. One note -We thought the hot tub was going to be heated the whole time as well, but didn’t realize it was only for 2 hours a day since the pool / hot tub are on the same system. I must have missed this in the listing. The hosts communicated well though and it was still great. The kitchen / living room & dining room area were also fantastic and served us well for dinner all together. We would definitely stay here again!

great townhouse. we rented both captains and admirals townhouse for a big family outing. it was great because they are next to each other and they have a great beach just outside your back door for the kids to play at. plenty of great food options close by. it's our second time staying there and plan to stay there again. if it was ever for sell i would buy the place it's that good of a location and setup for a family.

Spent Thanksgiving here with family of 9 (6 adults, 2 children, 1 infant). Easy drive from Denver, but enough to still feel like a Getaway. Luckily, since we live in Denver we could bring pack n play and high chair for baby. Host did drop off a stroller for our use and a brand new turkey roasting pan which was very kind! Nice cozy place with just what we needed. Gas fireplace kept living room very warm and cozy! Play room was nice touch for kids. Lots of stairs in home and icey road & driveway but to be expected in the mountains! Pretty views from windows. Really enjoyed our time.

I planned this vacation for myself and my husband to celebrate his 50th birthday. The condo was absolutely beautiful, very comfortable and the location couldn't be beat! Super comfy king size bed too! The gulf beach was directly across the street from condo. We enjoyed our morning walks down to Johns Pass. So many restaurants, bars and shopping within walking distance of this condo. I would recommend this condo to any couple or small family looking for a relaxing beach vacation. I can't wait to come back to Madeira Beach again! I would definitely rebook this condo!

Initial contact with iTrip was good - they accommodated a change in dates 24 hours after booking. They failed to alert me to a change in rate until request for balance of rental fees - not a huge change but a surprise late in the game. We did negotiate a slight reduction in the final rate. Good space for three grownups here to ski. COULD sleep up to nine - I think the sofa pulls out - but that would be really tight. Storage limited and not particularly well thought out - basic closets, few case goods. Well appointed kitchen - lots of Ikea pans and storage containers made prep and cooking a breeze. Core stuff like coffee filters, spices plentiful. Liked the cushiony pads at sink and stove. Unit is a bit light on technology - wifi was spot on but was expecting at least one more tv - most units in this complex have at least 2. This unit is a little smaller and noisier than some others in the complex - two different sets of neighbors could be clearly heard through the walls - not just knocking around but conversation as well. Living space could use a refresh on paint (maybe some better - and less glossy - colors would make it look bigger?) Storage in master lacking - closet with a single shelf also had a trunk full of blankets in it. Other similar units include a dresser or additional shelves in closet. Upstairs storage better - big dresser in main loft and small one in 'kid space'. Liked the bath supplies - shampoo, shower gel, bath salts, lotion, soap - nice touch. Housekeeping on arrival was spotty - surfaces seemed clean but dirty plates in the cupboard and a fully loaded dishwasher - still dirty - led to some unanticipated work on our part. No response from iTrip when this was communicated on day 2. humidifier for downstairs lacked the plug that enables one to seal the unit before inverting the tank - if I hadn't known better this could have created a big mess. Pretty dry in the early spring in the high desert - second humidifier would have helped a lot.

Stayed at The Crystal Palms #506 for the week and was awesome! Condo was just as it was portrayed in pictures, and was easy directions and check-in. Had a small issue w/ one of the TV remotes and had a prompt response and changed the TV out. Would definitely stay here again, very close access to everything and Amazing view from balcony!P.S. Might change the beach chairs out the seats are starting to give out.

We stayed here for three nights for a concert in town at the amphitheater. Only a ten minute drive to the show and walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. Great location and quite street. Very clean and spacious house. Will definitely be staying again.

I rented this property for a church retreat. We were a group of 10 and this property was perfect for us. We had everything we needed and loved how spacious it was. We particularly loved the long tables for our communal mealtimes. The beach and bike trails were close as were the shopping and restaurant areas. I loved this house and will definitely stay here again when in Hilton Head.

The only thing was there was no AC in the condo and if you open the windows all you could hear is the highway that’s 300 yards away,and with the windows open it was hard to talk with the group.what was worse is it was hard to sleep at night with all the noise.I would not recommend this place for a summer stay.

This ground level unit was a great location for our winter vacation. It was close to the slopes (too far to walk but only a quick shuttle drive over to the slopes). The shuttle was generally quick to arrive, but we did have to wait 15-20 minutes a couple of times. Having a free shuttle service is so convenient when skiing or snowboarding. The shuttle drop point is only a short walk from the slopes. The stocked kitchen made it easy to cook a nice hot meal after a day of skiing. The condo complex was quiet making it easy to get a good night's rest. Condo had plenty of towels, toiletries etc. Communication was easy. No issues that needed addressing during our stay.

My husband and I enjoyed celebrating our 46th anniversary with family at the Starry Night cabin. Grandkids ranged in age from 1 to 17 and every one was happy. Plenty of room, plenty bathrooms. The cabin is far enough away to feel secluded but close enough to find fun attractions every day.

We had a great week at Mariners Cay. The condo was clean and freshly renovated. It had everything we needed. The location was perfect for us. It's a 5-6 minute walk to the shops and restaurants and about 10 minutes to the beach. Main street and the Beach was extremely busy for New Years, but we enjoyed a little peace and quiet at the condo (when we wanted it). Also, the setting on the back porch was amazing. The pictures really don't do it justice. We enjoyed quiet mornings with the warm morning sun on the huge outdoor couch. We were also able to catch a few sunsets in the evening from the backyard. Rent this place, if you have a chance!

The condo was amazing--clean, well equipped, reasonably priced, convenient, you name it--it was great and made our vacation almost perfect. The only down side to the premises is the drive way and parking lot. The entire trip up the drive is riddled with manhole covers, water main pipes and other obstacles. We accidentally drove over one and the bottom of our car caught on the metal manhole cover and made a horrid sound. There was no actual damage, but we also drive a large vehicle. A car certainly would have sustained damage. There is no reason for the obstacles in the road to sit 6-8 inches above the actual road, and to be unmarked. The pool was also extremely noisy late at night with unaccompanied minors--loud vulgar children. As the pool is not monitored, and no one actually checked the "25$ if you loose them" armbands, I am not sure if they were even residents. Overall our stay was great. The condo itself was just perfect, management of the overall premises requires attention.

Steven and iTrip have been great to work with. Very communicative and helpful. Both the Cooper and Ashley are great apartments. They are small, but very comfortable. As the descriptions and rules indicate, no more than 2 people can stay there. The neighborhood around is nice and quiet. Occasionally you can hear the trains from across the way, but it’s not too loud, and nothing a white noise app can’t hide. The neighborhood looks like a Hollywood studio backlot version of historic, downtown Charleston… but with parking available and no tourists. Highly recommended!

Spent four nights with adult children and grandchildren at Fernglen, and we couldn't have been happier with the location and the house. This is the first house we've rented at the Oregon Coast that didn't have close neighbors, and it truly is like being in a small forest. The house is spacious and comfortable, and the property has a small pond, swings for the kids, a fire pit (a burn ban prevented it's use), a hot tub, and ample parking. It's just a short walk to the beach and beautiful sunsets over the water. We hope to visit again!

Beds were comfortable and linens were plenty. Be advised that there will be nothing in the fridge and there is no pantry. No big deal, but just so you know there was only salt and pepper in the unit as well as 2 coffee packs. Pots, pans and plates/utensils are plenty. Just so happened a few of the remote controls had no batteries in them so we had to swap back and forth. Access is easy and location between Vail and Beaver Creek makes Eagle-Vail a great choice.

The unit 512 was perfect for our weekend wedding. We had 2 couples and an adult child. The unit allowed us all to have our own room and bath. We really enjoyed the common area as well as the kitchen. The only negative was it took us a while to realize how to open the door and also, we had a Terrible time finding the owner parking. No one at the front desk knew where the parking was.

Pulling up to the condo at 11pm it looked a little beat up. Not because of the building itself but the sign had some lights out and it was dark. My hubby and I were nervous like aww crap what did we get ourselves into. We got our keys (easily accessible in a designated after hours area) headed up, again I was nervous because I thought it was ground level and then it wasn't. We get up to the condo and EVERYTHING was BEAUTIFUL! fully furnished, clean, gorgeous view! gorgeous view! In the morning i saw NONE OF THE UNITS ARE GROUND LEVEL. Which for the 6 days we were there I realized is a much better option because everyone had ocean fromt views! There was a pool on property, beach, shopping within walking distance, oh and grills!!!!! It was absolutely the most perfect experience! And because it was a condo and not a hotel room, our friends and family were able to come over and visit. We will definitely be staying there again!

Just returned from 3 lovely weeks at the Condo. Well equipped condo, great to have washer and drier in the condo. Had a problem with the cooker, response from Itrip and owner was excellent. Attended and fixed immediately as was the lack of coat hangers and teaspoons. As we are from UK we mentioned that we would have liked a kettle, but understood it is not a usual item in USA. One was purchased and supplied within an hour. Itrip staff were excellent and replied within minutes when texted. The Condo was well situated for beach and local shops and amenties. Plenty of parking.

This place was the perfect place for a large group. There were 11 of us and we had plenty of space. There are lots of seating areas and multiple tables so we could all sit and eat. The kitchen is well stocked and there was plenty of storage space for the supplies that we brought for meals. There were board games provided, a pool table and a swimming pool so there was plenty to do. There is an easy path to the lake and beautiful covered deck with a ceiling fan to sit out and relax and watch the birds (or the people in the pool). The town of Whitney is not to far for restaurants or grocery shopping. I can highly recommend Los Verdes if you enjoy mexican food. All in all a great trip!! This will be a yearly thing for us!

Place is exactly as advertised. It is small despite being right smack downtown no noise from bars. All provided items were correct everything functions. MIght want to replace the broken broom though :) We have nothing to complain about. Internet is fast we brought our Roku so we could watch our premium channels HBO etc. Weather was atypically cold but thats not there fault. Dave Rockey called to make sure all was well. Appreciate that alot. Highly recommend this rental. More than husband wife 2 little kids would be too small. For a mid-50 couple like us it was ideal. Highly Highly recommended!

Our 2nd visit was just an exceptional as our first. This is a midway stopping point for our travels from Florida to Indiana; in the past we normally stayed at dog friendly hotels; however, after finding this location it's now our go to place. The place is clean - tested by the white sock test; wherever we stay I wear white socks to walk around the place - if the floors are dirty the bottoms of my socks will tell. Plus, and our main reason to stay here is the 'fenced in backyard' for our two Yorkies, as they are house trained but would rather do their business outside and will let us know; so the big backyard is a winner - so my only request would be to ensure the backyard is mowed and trimmed as my guys are low to the ground and come back inside with wet bellies. The kitchen is stocked with appliances - which we didn't use; as we just brought in carry out from the Cracker Barrel, just around the corner next to the Walmart. As this location is very quiet in a small neighborhood - but very convenient to some shops and fast foods places. Again, this was a great place for us and we'll definitely will return.

For my third time to Boise in 3 years I knew I wanted to stay in Hyde Park neighborhood. Best location. This is a large home where there is plenty of room to maneuver. The bikes were a plus! Also, just 20-25 min walk to downtown. I’d stay here again and recommend others do so without any reservations.

This vacation was our first real family vacation and this rental couldn’t have been any better! It was me and my husband, our daughter and my mother who came and everyone had their own room and their own bathroom. This was great so everyone had their own privacy at the end of the day! The rental was beautiful from top to bottom and had way more stuff for us to use then we expected! The renters were very easy to speak to and replied super fast which was greatly appreciated. We couldn’t find the right pool to use once we arrived and they emailed us right back. This was a great experience and I would love to come back again next year! I am usually a skeptic when it comes to renting or buying anything online but I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone and everyone!

The house is excellent the best place we have stayed in Florence my only complaint is that my son brought his kayaks and because of the tree limbs by the water makes it tricky and unsafe to launch I would highly recommend to cut the limbs and open up the beach

Had an awesome amazing Memorial Day weekend at the Salt Creek property. Beautiful home with every accommodation needed for the perfect stay. The most honorable part of all is how honest & professional the staff is. I left a very expensive robe on the back of the bathroom door & when I called about it after returning 8 hours back home, it had been retrieved & safeguarded until it was picked up. See most places would have denied finding it. This is a MUST stay for your family fun filled vacation!
