This home was perfect for our family of 10. Having a heated private pool was enjoyed as well as the huge pool and water slides at the beautiful clubhouse area. We would definitely rent again whenever we can. Location was great for our two days at Disney!!

Let's start off with the good things.. The house was great and couldn't have been in a better location. The view of the lake was outstanding. The house is well stocked with all the items needed for a comfortable stay. However the heater on the deck needs to be removed or replaced. The pics on the web show it as being there and operational. also the outdoor grill is on it's last leg. Don't get me wrong this place was awesome and we plan on coming back next year. A shout out to Mandy at Itrips thanks for all your help.

Great house, great location! The house was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and - best of all - an easy short walk to the beach and center of town. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoyed the multiple decks. This was our first time in Folly Beach and we would absolutely stay here again!

Condo was exactly as described in photo. Close walk to beach and town. Everything was exactly as we expected to be. Any problems were taken care of immediately. Beautiful beach and location.Highly recommend.

This beautiful house was perfect for a family get together. It is spacious, well appointed, very clean, a well supplied kitchen, nice linens and a fabulous location. Loved it and really enjoyed the time spent in the house and Boise is a beautiful city to visit. I hope to return soon.

Our family had such a wonderful time at Heron's Rest. The location was perfect. Such a short, easy walk to both the beach and pool, and a short drive to so many restaurants and attractions. The condo was perfect for our family of 6. Beds were comfortable, with many extra pillows and blankets. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, and we really enjoyed the outdoor patio space, as well as the hang out area in the garage. The beach supplies (chairs, wagon, beach toys) made our time at the beach so much more enjoyable. We will definitely be back. Thanks for a great stay!

The 303 unit at North Beach tower was the best I have ever stayed. In. Everything you need and unbelievable comfort. Designed as a true beach condo.

Just as posted. Very clean and quiet property close to theme parks. Grocery store, coffee and donut shop, pizza and sub shop within walking distance. Nice to have three bedrooms so both teenagers could have their own room.

We have been starting our summer for many years with a week at Bald Head. I have always been pleased with the places we have stayed. Bald Head offers a certain level of quality. However Marsh Mellow takes this to a new level. EVERYTHING was new, updated, and stocked. Examples- New 6 passenger golf cart that held hours of charge complete with turn signals, horn, and rain gear. Bedding and mattresses on all beds were extremely comfortable and soft. They seemed as if they were purchased the day we arrived. New updated furniture inside and out. Fresh coats of paint brought everything together. The cabinets were stocked with spices and supplies. Plenty of extra paper towels (6 rolls), bath towels, and toilet paper. This place came with kayaks, paddles, and children size life jackets. All a must for anyone who loves to fish the marsh with the kids. I also loved the quick text responses from iTrips. This kept me up to date and made me feel like they were always there if needed. Overall 5 stars. Will book again.

We just completed our second Booking in this Villa and have reserved our time for next year. Waking in the morning to the sun shining through the windows and going to bed with the moon shining through those same windows overlooking the ocean--Peaceful. The unit is comfortably furnished, nice kitchen if you want to cook and eat in, comfortable beds for a good nights sleep.

Beautiful inside and out! Be sure to take advantage of the dock on the river! It is magical at sunset and the fishing is amazing. Ziggy’s never disappoints to provide a lifetime of memories!!

We really enjoyed our 6 nights in the 110 St. George location. The reserved parking space is worth its weight in gold, and the elevator was very handy for moving in and out. I used the front balcony every day, and the beds were comfy. The bathrooms were really special -- huge jetted tub, steam shower, skylights, extra wands, etc. The cookware was a little random, and plan to bring your own toilet paper, trash bags and storage bags if you are cooking. But, there are so many handy places to eat within walking distance, you probably won't be cooking much!

Las Brisas was absolutely perfect. Beautiful home with a spectacular sunset view. Everything was perfect. We would definitely stay again. The bed was comfortable. Nice furniture and everything you need to cook/ and or grill.

The price for this condo was amazing. It had everything you needed. We used the kitchen to cook breakfast every morning instead of having to go somewhere. The beach is a short 2 minute walk so it’s not long at all. There are a bunch of restaurants close by and Panama City is only 30 minutes away. The beaches were not over crowded which is a huge plus. Definitely not a party crowd area which is amazing for bench rentals.

I am writing this review/recommendation because I want you to enjoy this beach condo as much as we enjoyed this condo. This updated, two bedroom, two full bathroom beach condo is clean, inviting and comfortable. The location on the first floor is convenient when going to the pool, beach, or out for groceries or dinner. You can use the elevator or you can choose to take a quick, one flight walk down the conveniently located stairs. When you sit on the screened balcony (no bugs or birds), you are looking at the beautiful, white sand and crystal clear Gulf water. The living room and master bedroom have beautiful double-sliding doors, as well as motorized blinds. Both the living room and master bedroom have large, smart TVs. Inside the condo, you will find a well appointed kitchen with everything you might need. This updated kitchen even offers both a Keurig and traditional coffee maker. The beds in both bedrooms are comfortable and both bathrooms are well stocked with towels. There is a digital, upgraded washer and dryer in a convenient, dedicated space. The one closet offers beach chairs, umbrellas and other items you may need. Surfside South is within walking distance to local restaurants, bars, shopping and is a quick drive to John's Pass, which offers something for everyone. The owners have put a lot of thought into this condo.

Cute bungalow for a girls weekend. In a quiet neighborhood a short walk (5-6 blocks) to historic district shops and restaurants. Lovely porch for morning coffee or evening coffee. House has all the conveniences of home.

We stayed at London off Paris for my daughter’s graduation from boot camp. We found this house perfect for our stay. It was clean well equipped.and furnished. We were wishing we had more time to stay at the. house. The porch is lovely and would be a great spot for a family meal. The town of Port Royal is very cute and walkable.

Not your cookie cutter vacation rental! If you like dull in boring don’t stay here. The decor takes you back to the 70’s, Every piece of furniture is nice and comfy. There is a working gas fireplace in the beautiful living room. Updated well stocked kitchen perfect for cooking! The back patio is perfect for entertaining with larger lounge seating area, table w/ propane fire centerpiece, over head string lights, and the bubbly hot tub. We spent most of our trip on the back patio. The thermostat was upgraded and kept the whole house the perfect temp. The King beds are both memory foam and the right level of firm. The master bathroom has an overhead waterfall shower and gives off spa like vibes. We had a wonderful stay! Thank you!

The condo was spotless. I especially enjoyed the ice maker. There were no surprises. The balcony is where we spent most of our time when we weren't on the beach. The view was amazing. We watched the stars and the moon late into the night. The sand was powdery and cool. We put up a tent every day that was supplied for us and camped on the beach and watched the sun go down. There were lots of chairs and an umbrella also. Beds were comfortable, the place well decorated. We went on the tugboat, "Little Toot" in Clearwater to watch the dolphins, we weren't disappointed. We ate at a wonderful restaurant called, The Bait House. Best clam chowder I ever had. The shrimp dish, to die for. I highly recommend this place and this area. Oh, and the homemade ice cream across the street!!

I have visited the Seacrest area multiple times in recent years and have rented Condos and Homes and this was by far the most well equipped, spacious, well located and comfortable unit yet. For a large group, they have everything required for a comfortable, enjoyable stay. Top Notch! 5 Star!

Very nice cabin! Clean overall. Found a few items in washer, and a deflated balloon on one of the bed sheets. Parking space only held 2 vehicles (barely). Clean cabin otherwise. Great location! Very close to the attractions. 8 min from grocery store and 15 min from Walmart. We only had one minor maintenance issue, and they fixed it immediately. Comfortable, plenty towels, pillows, extra blankets, and full stocked kitchen (besides a cutting board). Nice jacuzzi tub. Beautiful balconies with amazing views! Would definitely return!!

I rate this property with 5 stars. It started with the check in process. We arrived after the rental office was closed, however the check-in check-out procedure was very easy. This house looked exactly how what the pictures looked like. The beds were comfortable and it had everything that we needed. Coastal Chic is a beautiful beach home and we loved our stay. So very comfortable and close to everything. A short stroll down the boardwalk to the Pavilion pools, restaurant and most importantly, the beach! Our family felt like home there and already planning our next stay.

The house is within walking distance to the beach and we had 4 children. There is plenty of space and it’s a nice area. The house could use some updating but other than that it was a great stay! Mark was very quick to respond about ac issue and had it repaired within a couple hours after we called him. The pool people showed up on a Friday at 6 PM while we were swimming and having dinner and we had to get out of pool and the children cried so that was a bummer. That was the only negative situation during our stay. I would recommend this house to families with children! Property manager is very good!

The location is fabulous. The ski-in/out is perfect for those who can ski Aspen Mountain. Walking to dinner and shopping was very convenient and easy. The beds were all firm and in great condition. The condo layout was perfect for our group of 7 adults and the kitchen was supplied with everything we needed for our 5 day stay. In addition, the rental agency was prompt with responses and solutions to our parking questions via text.

This was the best short term rental I've had, especially at this price point. Although relatively small in square footage, it's laid out really well and the storage in the rooms is designed with a renter in mind. It's all usable and still aesthetic. Was there in the inferno of summer and the concrete design and AC splits worked like a champ. Kitchen was small but again, totally usable. Well equipped and quality enough that it didn't feel like I was in a junior high cafeteria. Huge fenced yard. Friendly neighbors. Walkable to Veterans Park, greenbelt, and Quinn's Pond. 10-15 minutes from everything I cared about in Boise. Was there for an entire month and it truly felt like home. The vibe was awesome.

We just returned from an unforgettable vacation at this stunning home, and we're already planning our next visit! The property exceeded our expectations in every way. It was clean, spacious, and the hosts were incredibly communicative and friendly. The gourmet kitchen, luxurious furnishings, and beautiful master suite made us feel like we were in a designer showcase! The pool house was a fantastic addition, especially since we were a group of couples. However, the outdoor living space truly stole the show. The expansive back deck became our favorite spot for relaxation, and the hot tub was perfect for unwinding while soaking in the breathtaking sunset views. This home provides a peaceful escape. It also is perfectly located, just minutes away from the beach and delicious restaurants, which we enjoyed several times. If you’re looking for an unforgettable vacation experience, look no further! This home has it all! We highly recommend it!

The cottage was in a great location and very relaxing. The dryer does not tumble, only heats. No ironing board or hair dryer. Other than those 3 things, I loved everything about the cottage!

This is a perfect place to stay for skiing or snowboarding in Breckenridge! The lift is only about 100 yards away to go up to peak 8 and you can ski right up to the back door off of the four O clock run. The place has all the amenities you could need and has a nicely stocked kitchen. There is plenty of room for four people to stay comfortably. The hot tubs are also right outside the back door for relaxing after a hard day on the slopes. Town is within walking distance, but it is a steady yet gradual climb to get back to the condo from town.

Fantastic location, clean, and beautifully renovated townhouse. Family of six plus one friend enjoyed townhome over President's Day weekend. The kitchen had everything we needed. The place was very clean, and the beds were comfy. We did have an issue with hot water, but they addressed it as quickly as they could.

We had a great stay @ Shang-Ri! All was clean and we had everything we needed. We were in a perfect spot to everything downtown!! So combiner to the beach and Pier!! The beds were comfortable! The place had no stinky smells which is a plus to me! We highly recommend this place. The owners left us some tasty cookies and yummy wine as a gift!

I can’t think of a single thing to complain about. Center of everything. Max 10 min walk but you find so much on the way that you forget where you were headed in the first place. We tubed the river and the end of the river float is literally 100ft from the door step so it was convenient to hop off and be right back at your place. We grilled on last night. They had everything we could need. Even a shed to store bikes and tubes. Max 2ppl. Wouldn’t try anymore. Even if it were just kids. But super happy with my stay. I know there’s other cottages at this location so if this is too small I suggest you look at their others. Cause this is probably the best bang for your buck.

My husband and I rented this condo in February, 2014. The property is extremely nice, and the check-in process was very easy. The condo itself has all the bells and whistles, with a great view off the balcony. While there were only two of us, the condo would be plenty big for a family of 4 or 6. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything you need to cook, but the property itself has several good restaurants within walking distance. The condo is within a short walking distance to the ski gondola. Ski rentals were available as well, and the in-house mini grocery store was very convenient. The concierge ski/boot storage is SO nice- with slope-side delivery every morning. We'll definitely rent this condo again!

We have stayed at the Hamilton House the past 2 years and will be back for sure. The balcony and ocean view is spectacular! The condo is a great size and decorated beautifully. The only issue we had was the bathroom was not cleaned upon arrival and when on vacation that isn’t the first thing I wanted to do!!

Wonderful unit that was beautifully remodeled. The location of the unit was perfect for ski in - ski out as the door was right next to the property market and the outside door to the very short walk to the gondola. The unit was very clean and very modern with all the amenities needed. We would definitely recommend this place.

We absolutely loved this house and it’s location. We could walk to a local pub, North Naples Country Club, which we loved. It’s a very short drive to the beach and there are so many good golf courses there. The house itself was beautifully appointed and the back deck pool area was so beautiful and relaxing. The kitchen was fairly well stocked with essentials needed for cooking and the bedrooms were lovely as well. It was also nice that we could bring our two Scottish Terriers. They felt at home from the very beginning. We had to cancel our vacation in London due to to the pandemic so this was a last minute change and given that we live in Tampa, I wouldn’t have likely chosen Naples as a vacation destination. However, this house and the area well exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend this home!

The location of this place was amazing. Very quiet and away from the crowds. There is a very nice quiet beach just across the street! Also the convenience of the private pool was also amazing! We loved our stay at Surf Song! The house was so close to the beach and an easy distance from downtown as well. It was nice being on the end of the beach where it is not so crowded. Our dog was so happy with the gated deck where she could spend time outside safely. The house provided such a fun selection of beach toys for children and adults alike which was unexpected but so very enjoyed. We also loved the communication by itrip Charleston and never having to ask questions about our stay.

What nice, quiet place. We enjoyed the people, the staff was friendly. Central to a lot of things in Lahaina. Having our own washer and dryer made all the difference - we didn’t have to pack as much. Best part though was the ocean. Left the lanai open every night and the sounds of the water put us to sleep. Thank you. Would stay again!

The Sea Sponge was a stunning beach house, looks even prettier than the pictures. Our stay was extremely comfortable and enjoyable. Our large group, ages 1 to 72, filled all 4 bedrooms and everyone said their bed was truly comfortable. Bathrooms and closets nice and roomy with storage space. The house is very clean, the kitchen had everything you needed, plus more. It was nice to have a washer/dryer available. The view is of course breath taking, the beach and pool were amazing. Charleston has lots of charm and there were fun attractions and food options for the whole group. It was a terrific location to visit- we would definitely stay here again!

Casa Del Sol is a nice property. With only 14 properties, there was always plenty of room to play in the pool area and the beach was never over-crowded feeling - even during spring break time! The grills on site are a nice plus. We ended up grilling out 3 nights!. The condo itself must have been re-done very recently. Everything is very nice and clean/new feeling. The kitchen is fairly well appointed, but there are NO seasonings - not even salt/pepper. In addition, there is very little toilet paper and only one dishwasher soap and no washing machine soap, so guests should be made aware that if they plan to use these appliances, they need to bring their own soap. Overall, 5/5. Shout out to ITrip management. They are top notch in customer service! I love it when the agent that picks up the phone is the very same agent that can help out out!

I called the PM and was provided the code, so no big deal, but it could be set up less confusing.

We loved our stay at Westgate 4616 AB. Plenty of room for 4 adults to spread out. The beds are so comfortable and linens are luxurious. The complex is huge and takes a minute to figure out. I used the spa one day and highly recommend the massages. Having our skis delivered to the gondola was fantastic. Our only complaint is that it was challenging to cook with the pans. They were old and gross. Couldn’t find a cookie sheet. BUT I text iTrip and they rushed over with brand new pan and cookie sheet. They are very responsive by text with even the smallest questions. Appreciate that. We would definitely stay here again. And will use iTrip for future trips.

We spent Thanksgiving at this beautiful condo with our extended family of four adults, two teens and a middle schooler. It was spacious, comfortable, and had fabulous views of Lake Dillon and the mountains. There is a great dining area table that was not only perfect for Thanksgiving dinner but also for games and puzzles. The kitchen is open and easy to navigate, with all modern equipment. There is a nice fireplace in a large living area, and next to it a great TV room. Bedrooms were spacious and well decorated with plenty of closet space. There were several couches for the teens to crash on for naps too. And there is a bonus playroom with more space to lounge or play in, including a pool/ping pong table. Between the condo's playroom and the beautiful wraparound outdoor patio with a nice hot tub, the kids had plenty to do in the condo itself, not to mention the Summerwood complex clubhouse which has a fitness center and a pool. Several of us also took walks on the bike path that runs from the Summerwood complex into Dillon. The complex is only 4 miles from Silverthorne (which has additional shopping and restaurants), and the kids skied in Keystone, also only 4 miles. As far as I am concerned, this condo will be my headquarters in Colorado for winter skiing and other activities, and for summer hiking, fishing and exploration.

The overall stay was a success and we would definitely consider this again. The location is fantastic with only a few walking steps away from the best restaurants and bars in Siesta Key Village. The beach is a short walk and the beach cart provided is key. We had several request for our room with management team and they were quick to respond and satisfied our request. Great trip to 30A!! This was our first trip back to the 30A area in an few years and we had a fantastic time! Sea Salt is a great house with plenty of room and all the amenities a large family needs. The kitchen and dining area was perfect for our large group and plenty of room for dinner and family game nights!! Location: although not right on the beach, it was only an 8-10 minute bike ride. I suggest getting there early to set up chairs, umbrellas, etc since it gets really crowded by mid-morning. The iTrips and Vacayzen teams were great. ITrips kept us up to date with comms via email and text. And getting bikes and other rentals through Vacayzen could not have been easier! The only thing that is not needed is VRBO. If possible, contact iTrips separately they are fantastic.

This is a beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood on the Magothy river near Annapolis. The house is nicely furnished and was clean on our arrival. The yard is spacious, with a fire pit and private dock from which we watched the sunrise each morning. Despite the tranquil setting, the house is conveniently located just minutes from major shopping centers and restaurants.

This rental was a perfect base for visiting my parents at nearby Williamette View. It is a stone's thrown from the Trolley Trail which is a wonderful running path. The house was very comfortable - the master bedroom was luxurious and the office in one of the spare bedrooms was great for keeping up with work. Corey was very responsive and friendly. WOW is all I can say! What a beautiful, clean and comfortable home! Check in was simple and easy with the app. We had a bottle of wine and cookies waiting for us upon arrival as well as detailed instructions for home usage. The neighborhood was cute and quiet. The home had all of the comforts of home as well as some outside games and beach accessories. The drive to IOP and Sullivan’s was quick and easy. Be Cautious of this rental. The place looks like a frat party had taken place. The unit was not clean, mold in the master bathroom shower, dead bugs thru out the house. Bed sheets were stained and old. We requested a second clean and for the sheets to be changed. The second set of sheets were worst than the first. The place was not worth the money!!!

We had a great long weekend at Cedar Camp. It's located in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood, and just a few minutes from stores and restaurants. We went for a couple of short hikes near Government Camp that were really pretty in the snow, and spent some time checking out Timberline lodge too. The cabin was very clean, and cozy with the propane fireplace. Everything worked well, and it was great to have a full kitchen so we didn't have to eat out for every meal. It was neat to see the history of the cabin through the photos and info hung on the walls. We would definitely come back!

2452 Inland Harbour is updated and well maintained. It was an enjoyable vacation from a facility standpoint. Location and condo are both outstanding. The internet pictures normally look much better than the actual unit, in this case the pictures were a true representation.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the All Season Resort next to Park City Mountain. We have paid much more in the past but arranged to stay here because we found out other friends were staying here this year. This is practically ski in and ski out without the increased price. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. Our particular unit included underground parking which could accommodate my Sequoia! Also, the owner is very responsive. We had a great vacation at this beautiful condo. It is nicely decorated and very well updated. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and everything worked perfectly. The building is also very well maintained and the pool area was excellent. The location is perfect. There are several great restaurants within walking distance, and many more within a mile in either direction. The beach is magnificent and only a very short walk away. There is so much to do in the Marco Island area and Naples is only a 30 minute drive away. We had a great experience and look forward to returning.

We stayed at Beach Heaven the week after Easter and had a wonderful experience. The house was beautifully decorated and the best location. There was plenty of space for everyone in the family and we really enjoyed the outdoor space. Our kids loved the bunk bed room! The location is so convenient to pool, beach, and shopping/restaurants. We didn’t really need the shuttle because the walk was so short. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need and the ice maker was an added surprise. The beds were very comfortable too. Hello there… I recently booked this home for a week and will return! This home is absolutely stunning! The pics don’t do justice for the decor! The layout is perfect for families, girls get aways and couples. The bedrooms were perfect located. As the ground floor has 2 bedrooms and the 3rd floor has 3bdrms. The outside patios were beautiful done. I was concerned about location to beach and was shocked it’s across street from entrance to the gated subdivision and shorter walk than I imagined. With shopping in less than 4 minutes. The staff @ ITRIP went up and beyond checking in and responding prior and after our trip. The kindness and hospitality was the best I’ve found in years of travel. ITRIP has my business! I’d say check this home out and you’ll be so happy with your stay. Call ITRIP with reservations! 🏝️❤️

Great house, great location. Perfect for travelling with our kids and another family. Close to ocean, tennis, pickle ball, and of course golf. Everyone had a great time. The house was clean and in great condition. Nice common living room for gathering with a smaller cozier more private area for peace and quiet. Didn’t use the pool but it was clean and well taken care of. Kitchen had everything that was needed and separate bar area and refrigerator was a convenient touch. Would stay again!

Ski in ski out condo with great views from public areas and master bedroom. Short walk to downtown and the Silver Queen Gondola. Condo was as pictured and there were no issues. Beds were very firm. Great value for the price. The real 5 stares goes to the iTrip staff. They were always reachable and got back to us and resolved matters quickly. We were missing a lock for our ski locker and someone came that day to fix it and communicated via text with an update when done. If you have a package delivered to their office, they will notify you. Even post-stay they were responsive and helpful. Thank you.

This place was so beautiful. We literally got too see the dolphins playing daily. The view is absolutely amazing and the room was so nice. I would definitely recommend you get this place on a vacation. The pool and spa are so nice and there is a laundry facility and gym also. What a amazing vacation spot.

Grand Summit 703 is a great condo within the Grand Summit Hotel in the Canyons at Park City. The unit was very spacious and well laid out, and the location of the property at the base of Canyons near the Orange Bubble lift and Gondola can't be beat. Would love to stay here again!

This was an awesome house for our family. The layout was perfect for our party of 5 adults and the 3 grandkids!! We had a wonderful week on Hilton Head Island, and Heritage Woods is well situated to get to everything. There is so much to do at Sea Pines. We loved the beach, the Pirate Adventure, the Dolphin Encounter, biking, shopping, dining out, cooking in, relaxing at the house on the patio or indoors playing games and doing puzzles. There is room in this house for whatever you want to do, and room for everyone to have their private space. The kitchen configuration is perfect and great that it opens into the great room area!! What a great week!!!! We all miss is it already!

This lovely home was perfect for our family gathering of six adults and five small children. We loved the deck and access to the lake and boat. The hot tub was a nice bonus. The private en-suite upstairs was nice for privacy. The master bath was beautiful! We were glad that our dog was welcomed and even had a separate little sunroom where she slept.

We came to Myrtle Beach for a golf trip. The condo we selected was beautiful--well appointed and wonderfully central to everywhere we wanted to be. We encountered some minor inconveniences upon arrival and during our stay. The staff at iTrip were understanding, attentive and quick to respond. We could not have asked for better service from them. They did a fantastic job. Now...if I could have only played better golf...

Our stay was Nice and relaxing, the condo was nice and clean the only issue I would say is the Mattress in the Master Bedroom was Very Uncomfortable, and the Pillows "DEFINITELY need REPLACING" other than that our stay was nice. The Amalfi is a well kept property. Oh we did have issues with the smoke detectors going off periodically and I think the company had problems because they had to enter all the units to test them.

Views were amazing. The sound of the waves beautiful. The breeze coming through was so relaxing. I loved just sitting on the balcony reading and sipping a cold beverage or glass of wine. It was the perfect place for a downtime vacation. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. We never had to get in the car once we arrived. Only down fall is the live bands at Sea Witch Café. We are older and not into live music after 9pm. We managed and dealt with it. I highly recommend this condo for a getaway vacation.

Loved Treasure Island and loved the location of the Palms of Treasure Island. The view from unit 407 is spectacular. Minor issues were taken care of after reporting them. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms are large and have nice tile. Convenient to John's Pass, St Pete's Beach and Madeira. Great view of pool as well.

Just spent 2 weeks on Marco Island in Seaview Unit 104 and really enjoyed it. The unit is clean, very comfortable, spacious and well-furnished. We liked being ground level and not dealing with elevators. You can just walk out, cross the street and you are at South Beach! Beautiful sunsets on the beach too! Condo parking is easy and close to building. Condo has nice beach chairs and other beach equipment; lots of restaurants near by. Great Getaway!

My family stayed at this house and had a great time! Last summer we came for a long weekend. This year we extended our stay to 10 days. The house is modern, well designed, and very functional. The backyard is huge, the landscaping is beautiful and the pool/hot tub is a delight. We grilled on the porch and roasted marshmallows every night. Tony and Jenna were super helpful getting us set up and addressing any questions that came up. We definitely plan to come back next summer!

We had a great week and would stay at this condo again. When a problem arose there was a quick response to my email and the issue was resolved in a timely manner. Only minor complaints would be the sliding glass doors to the balconies are hard to open and the parking garage is really tight.

Shangri-La was a wonderful place for our quick staycation on Folly Beach! We stayed during the off season so it wasn’t too busy only Folly but the place was SO close to the beach and for the price you can’t beat that! I would 100% stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful townhome. The townhome itself is well-appointed and everything has been kept in good condition. The ktichen is well-stocked with all the necessary appliances and utensils. We also loved the location! The neighborhood is quiet, however, just across the street from home is a beautiful park with tennis courts and a playground. We also liked the quick access to the Gore Valley Trail with just a short walk to the path.

I can’t say enough great things about this condo. My wife and I stayed for the weekend and the convenience of staying directly on quaint Main Street in Frisco is such an advantage. The proximity to Copper mountain, 10 minutes drive, was perfect but it is equally close to keystone and Breckenridge. This place is extremely comfortable and roomy. It is perfect for a couple or a couple with a child or 2. The restaurants and shopping are great and so close just walk out the door. One night, exhausted from skiing, I walked down stairs to the 5th street grill and asked if we could do take out and they gladly obliged, 10 minutes later we were eating in the condo. Bed was super comfortable as was the furniture. I will definitely come back again.

I dream about having a great night sleep like I did at the Claridge place. The beds were amazing along with the very comfortable house. My family(2 adults, 2 kids) stayed for four nights and five days and we couldn't have been happier. The location was close to many dining options and the Living Desert, which my kids have been asking to go back to. The house was much bigger than anticipated. The four bedrooms were a nice size, especially the master suite that opened up right to the backyard for some late night swimming. My whole family could have stayed in the master suite! Another great perk at this house was the high tech amenities. The sound system in the living room was deafening! Watching a movie felt like you were in an actual movie theater. It was also nice to have an open floor plan so I could take full range of the kitchen while the kids watched tv. Last but not least--the backyard! The golf course and hills as a backdrop were stunning. It did not matter that the temperature reached 105. We stayed in the pool and was not bothered in the least by the heat. Without a doubt, my family will make it back to this lovely Palm Desert Oasis. We are all looking forward to it

1301 East Ashley has never let us down. We began staying here about 10 years ago and just finished our 5th stay ending a 10 night trip on 9/25/16. Home was cozy and clean as usual and booking process was as smooth as it could be. I will admit that not being able to walk directly to the beach from the back deck as we had done in past stays was irritating at first but we eventually got used to using the public access next to the property. Perfect weather and uncrowded beach made our stay just what the doctor ordered. 2 thumbs up again Folly Beach !

We've stayed at this house multiple times and we've been thrilled with each visit. The house has everything you need and the proximity to downtown Chattanooga is a huge plus. You're close to everything but the surroundings makes you feel like you're away from it all. The fenced in yard is a huge plus for our dogs. We look forward to our next visit!

Everything about this place was clean, from the time I entered the building, to stepping into the condo itself. Easy beach access, chairs available, all activities within 15-20 minutes. A Walmart grocery store close by and a nice shopping souvenir store. We love the corner lot with 2 balcony’s, beach view balcony with seating and a parking lot balcony. Would recommend to anyone!! We hope to stay again soon.

Went for a short trip( small family of 4 ) found this little gem....check in was super easy onsite laundry that you can access w an app. The pool was a great addition. The place was comfortable and spacious had pretty much everything you would need. I would just make one suggestion that there be an extra set of linen for the sofa bed. other than that I would totally book this place again. . Mahalo A Hui Hou

I booked a 9 night stay with Booking.com. When I was preparing to come back to Florida for my Niece's Graduation from UWF, I wanted something from the usual hotel room. I wanted to have family over if possible and mostly just have a place to rest. No doors slamming at 2 am or ice machine working at midnight. So when I went to book the trip I started looking into vacation rentals. VRBO had some places but nothing I thought did the trick. The I checked into Booking.com and started looking for places close to the beach but also other things as well. I found "Peach's Place" and it looked adorable. I continued to look because it was a little more on the list than I really wanted to spend. I kept returning looking at the pictures the Kitchen was what did it for me in the end. The entire place is practically brand new. It is close to Downtown, and all the freeways. From the minute you walk in it was welcoming. It is not huge but if you want quaint, quiet and really really nice Stay with Peach's.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the charcoal grills outside were well maintained. The upkeep of the pools and grounds was spectacular. Every night the pool and patio area was cleaned. The walkways and elevator were also cleaned regularly. The access to the pool and beach was fantastic. Only a few steps and you’re there. Having never been to the Surfside Beach area though, we were extremely happy with the location. The area was very residential and family friendly, but within just a few minute drive of everything you could need. The communication from the rental company was the best we’ve experienced. The iTrip staff was super friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be returning again.

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Breeze everything was exactly as pictured!! We loved the view from our balcony watching the sunset! It was so relaxing to come and relax at the condo after being in the 100 degree weather rather than a hotel room! We used the pool, hot tub, saw other guests using the outdoor grills, and enjoyed the walks on the beach! We will definitely stay here again 🏝️☀️

My daughter and I have stayed here before, and as before there were no surprises, nice condo and area. We had crappy weather, but what the hey, Florida needed it. The only suggestions I would have are the addition of a full size ironing board and a hairdryer. We were well pleased with the condo.

Just returned from a 5-day stay, 7 adults and a baby...house was perfect for us. Location ideal 1.5 miles in between both Park City and Deer Valley bases, directly in front of convenient free bus stops. House fully equipped with everything we needed. Clean, roomy and comfortable. This house was perfect for my family. My hubby and I and 3 girls (ages 10-18)! We LOVED the views of the ocean! It's kind of a difficult (long) walk to the beach, but we had no problem driving down to the public access. We have visited this beach for years, and we refer to it as "Sand Dollar Beach" because you will find both living sand dollars and just the shells on your walks! The beds were very comfy, the kitchen fully stocked for our needs, and the house is very clean! We would definitely stay here again!

This spot was beautiful from the inside and out. The location is located in the center of Cinema plaza located in Lahaina. This location is located in Lahaina near sports and dining. We didn’t have to rent a car, only did for one day to take the road to Hana. You’re a like to find local car rentals cheaper than the airport (just Yelp). This place had a full kitchen, two full baths and a washer with dryer. I recommend this place and would definitely rent again.
