We had two families stay in this house over New Years. There was plenty of space for the 8 of us to roam around the house and watch the bowl games on the big screen. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked! It was only a short walk to the bus stop to get to vail village for the best skiing ever! Loved this place!

This was our 2nd trip to Kure Beach, but our first time staying at Three Little Birds. The condo is very modern in design, with top notch appliances. It was spacious for our family of five, which included (2) teenagers. They were really excited to use the pools multiples times throughout the day, and were constantly back & forth from the ocean. That close proximity was a plus. Beds were comfortable, and having 3 bathrooms were much appreciated. My only suggestion would be to have a ceiling fan installed in the sitting area, as the air conditioning did not cool as well as the bedrooms, with much time spent there, it would have been an added bonus. For anyone that is considering a stay at Three Little Birds, here’s hoping this review will help in your decision making, as this is an honest experience & a repeat stay for our family is a possibility. The last thing our 17 yr old granddaughter said as we were getting in the car to leave Sat morning….I had a great time and I like Kure Beach a whole lot better than Myrtle Beach. Now that is saying a lot.

We have stayed in this unit several times. The condo was perfect for our group. The Shoalwater property is very nicely laid out and conventinent to every place we went. The property is kept clean. Would highly recommend this unit to anyone going to the Orange Beach area.

The two bedroom condo was perfect. Modern and comfortable. Very well furnished. Having a washer dryer was a nice plus. They even have a first aid kit. Rooms were very spacious as were bathrooms. The parking garage is actually heated, which was a very nice touch. The only thing close to a negative was the water pressure in the shower. We loved the location. It is almost right across the street from the Newpark development. We found it much more convenient to go there for groceries and restaurants than to go into Downtown Park City. Condo was very convenient to the canyons resort—Just a short drive to the Cabriolet gondola parking lot. Everyone we met at the main hot tub was extremely nice – – and added bonus. We would absolutely stay here again, and recommend the condo.

The home is absolutely beautiful! All the bedrooms being on the second floor was awesome so that the parents and kids were together. The pool was great (could use a few more lounge chairs - just 2 wasn't enough at times) The house was fully stocked with exactly what was listed on the site - including a Keurig! LOL (coffee people understand). The key/packet pick up was fast and easy (would have been nice to not have to go to another location off the property to pick up but it wasn't that huge of a deal) and the drop box made it easy at the end of our stay. The small issue we did have with the freezer and ice maker we texted the number and someone got back to me immediately and had someone there to fix it within a few hours (much faster than the resort in prior years). The only thing that I highly recommend they do is spray for bugs around the house on the outside (they were terrible everywhere we went in SC this year) and give it a deep clean - the major areas were spotless but you could tell it was the end of the busy season and the house could use a refresh (paint touchup, dusting in corners and ceiling and a deep clean on the carpets) - nothing that would cause me to not rent again or rent this house. Thanks so much for a awesome place to stay - we LOVED it!

Liked it so much we booked again. Property was even better the second time with added decorations and new furnishings. The house is filled with kitchen conveniences to cook when we didn’t want to dine out. The appliances are new and a dedicated thermostat for the master made our room most pleasant. Lots of restaurants nearby and takeout was used often so we could enjoy the numerous patios! Had a great stay at this bright and cheery place!

My friend and I stayed for 2 nights. It was extremely convenient to the Canyons base. The staff on property was very accommodating. The condo itself looked as if it had recently been renovated - it was very nicely updated and furnished.

Our family came in for a very quick weekend to celebrate our son’s wedding. The house was perfect for our larger family. The beds were wonderful and the view was stunning. The house was close to the venue which made it very convenient for everyone. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough about our stay. The home was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for my getaway with my 3 daughters (ages 24, 20, and 17). We enjoyed visiting Hilton Head and this home was the perfect size and in the perfect location. The beach was close and Palmetto Dunes has so many activities you won't be bored. And in a world where customer service is too often out-sourced, it was refreshing to be able to reach out to someone who could help onsight! I can't say enough about the iTrip company. They responded quickly to every text -- even helping us try to retrieve a package that was delivered (we found it!) and they went above and beyond by delivering Roku's and installing on the TV's so my girls could watch their Netflix shows! I would absolutely use them again for my next booking and I highly recommend them! Absolutely Top Notch!

We loved this house and it's location. Everything in the home is nice and very comfortable. We all thought the beds were extremely comfortable and the place was well appointed and cozy. The wood burning fireplace is a wonderful feature for those cold winter nights.

We stay in Pensacola once a year at the holidays and this is our new favorite stay. In a good and quiet neighborhood, this home is very cozy. It has everything you need stocked and the bedding is hotel quality. The backyard is a perfect peaceful place to relax and large enough for the kids to run around and play. We had our family of 3 adults and 2 small children and the space was perfect. We were very pleased with itrip and their level of service and attentiveness.

Super cute and clean condo, walkable to downtown and a 10 min bus ride away from Park City! An added bonus for me was the free ski rental that came with the package!! Keep in mind, you need to reserve this ahead of time, with a72 hour notice, or they will not allow you to rent! I almost missed the deadline. I would love to stay here again!

Very nice complex, felt safe & parking at the unit was easy! Unit was well appointed, clean, great appliances & plenty of outdoor seating. Great pool & we liked that the management checked fobs to ensure only registered guests were in the pool. Beach on property with chair & water sports rentals. Hooks was great for poolside snacks & drinks. Sunset Grill is right on the water, attentive staff & food was delicious!

Our entire group really enjoyed staying at Sea Breeze Villa. The home is beautiful and had everything that we needed. It was exceptionally clean, compared to other places I’ve stayed before. We enjoyed the location as well. It’s close (5-10 min walk) to a ton of restaurants, bars, and a really neat market that has everything you could possibly want. And it’s right across the street from the beach. Check-in and check-out was a breeze and communications from the hosts were great. We would definitely come back here again.

We loved the trip we took to Oceanway condos in Indian Rocks. The week was great even though the hurricane just went through close by. The water was a little chilly because of it, but we could still get in. The condo was perfect for what we needed. Maybe could have used a few updates and some better cleaning. Other than that it was great. Definitely needed the getaway! Thanks Becky

The apartment was really good for our week in Whistler, especially as it was large and had direct access to the mountain. The reason why I think it was a solid stay and not a great one is for the following reasons: - the bunk bed had a broken ladder and it was very difficult to get in and out of the top bunk. The bed was also very rickety and felt unsafe. - the place was not super clean, we found a pizza crust on a top shelf in the living room and the drain in the bathroom was totally clogged and we had to remove a huge clump of hair after our first shower - the fireplace had no logs supplied so we didn’t end up using it - the bathroom only had two toilet paper rolls (for five people for 6 nights) so we had to go out and buy some - the kitchen lacked some basics like olive oil I would book again but wanted to highlight these few points so that the stay can be improved in the future.

This condo was perfect for me. I stayed here for two months in January and February and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I had a couple of minor issues but i Trip management responded immediately and the issues were quickly resolved. The 2 large bedrooms are on the second floor which was not an issue for me but could be for folks that don't like to climb stairs. The bedrooms have plenty of closet space and dressers. There is a bathroom with shower on the first floor which is very convenient. The family room is very open and bright. There is a nice balcony with sliding glass doors overlooking the pool with a nice view of the ocean. There is a path that leads to the beach which is only steps away. I really enjoyed the beach. It's very wide and you can walk for miles in either direction. The historic town of St Augustine is only about 6 miles away and has many attractions plus numerous excellent restaurants. There are also several really good restaurants and bars within walking distance (1/2 to 2 miles) from the condo. The unit has some upgrades but the kitchen is a bit dated although it is well stocked with everything you need. There is not a washer and drier in the unit but coin operated machines are located on the premises. I also found a "wash and fold" laundromat a few miles away that was very reasonable. In summary I would highly recommend this condo for individuals or families looking for a fun beach getaway.

We came into town for our daughter’s wedding. We had a wonderful weekend and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The Mermaid Cottage was way more than we expected. The house had plenty of room and was equipped with everything you need plus more. Enjoyed my morning coffee out back on the deck. Neighbor hood looks a little rough but it’s like that throughout St. Augustine. The neighbors were really nice. We loved our stay and would definitely be back more.

We booked a place to stay through VRBO for the Labor Day weekend - looking to get to the mountains and enjoy a change of pace with our family of 5. On our way up on Friday night we received a text saying that our place had a leak and the water was shut off. iTrip vacations could not have been more helpful. They took care of us making sure we had a new place to stay before we arrived in Steamboat. They even made sure the new place had ALL of the same amenities we had been looking for when we booked - most importantly for us - a pool for our kiddos. They checked in with us through texts and even brought us a bottle of wine for the inconvenience. We were thoroughly impressed and grateful.

We had an AWESOME long weekend at the EagleRidge Sheffield II condo! This 3 bdrm/3 bath condo is a great layout with two spacious, private bedrooms with ensuite baths and a bunk room off the living area. The condo is completely updated and thoughtfully appointed to be a cozy home away from home. There is a beautiful mountain view from the living room and a gas fireplace. The location can't be beat - just a 10 min walk to the mountain, Wild Plum convenience store, StormPeak Brewery, Apres Burger Bar, etc. and a quick drive to downtown! The pool and hot tub area was well maintained and a big hit with the kids. It was nice having a garage parking space to keep mountain bikes, etc. safe. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends. A great weekend! Thank you so much!

This unit in G building of Napili Shores is nicely located with a view of the ocean, islands, and whales and a short walk to Napili Bay beach and the Gazebo. It is as represented in the listing. The itrip folks were extremely responsive on 2 occasions we called them. The beach chairs for use while staying are a great benefit also. We have come to Maui for 4 straight years now and this vacation rental was by far the best one yet. Well be looking forward to a return trip in 2021.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in room 624 for our 5 days. We enjoyed the pool and the beach although the wind was quite brisk most days. The personnel on the property were all exceptionally friendly and attentive. The size of the condo was very nice with the large, wrap around Lani. If anything with the heavy winds, they should try and put some type of support in the sliding glass door tracks to stop the buffeting/rattling of the doors at night when the wind was most heavy. Please, overall, that did not detract from our overall enjoyment, just a suggestion. Thank you

374 Parkview was a wonderful place to base our adventures in Steamboat. It was clean, well stocked, and provided plenty of room for our multi-generational family of 6. The location was perfect, too. Everything we needed was within 5-10 minutes of the home and the neighbors were very friendly. iTrip consistently checked in to make sure our stay was comfortable and the people there were proactively working to ensure our stay was comfortable.

Our family of 4 stayed here for 3 nights to attend a wedding at the Lightner Museum. Everything was comfortable and clean. We didn't use the kitchen but it looked to be equipped. The balcony was amazing. My only complaint would be the lights right outside the master bedroom window are so bright and stay on all night. Some room darkening shades are definitely needed.

Westgate Resort condo fulfilled our expectations! Great experience for skiing at Park City. Close proximity to the lifts and the ski valet service is awesome. Our skis are delivered near the Red Pine Gondola. The condo description was accurate. Nice place for our multigenerational family to spend the week.

I have stayed at this lovely home several times now...and I notice improvements to the home and amenities each time. The house is spacious and modern…yet cozy and very comfortable. Super location right off of SoCo close to plenty of places to eat and drink. I am very difficult to please (to give a 5 star rating)….but this place checks all of the boxes with ease. I will definitely continue to stay here when my travels take me to Austin.

This place was awesome. There were plenty of rooms, the kitchen was incredibly well stocked and we have no complaints. I would suggest a few extra blankets but otherwise have no other suggestions. We plan to book again next month!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Maderia Bay Resort. It was a very short walk across the street to the beach. The pool was clean and was not crowded at all. The condo was clean and starter supplies were available upon arrival.

We loved our condo on 30A. Beach is not crowded and beautiful. Plenty of restaurants and stores within walking/bicycling distance. There is no elevator is the only thing we didn’t have, but really enjoyed the condo!!!

Our room was very well appointed, in good condition and very clean. The room is just a minute walk to the entrance to the beach, especially being a ground floor unit. The process to get into the complex was simple and a guard was on duty all the time. The grounds of the complex were clean and well kept as well as the gated path to the not overly crowded beach. The beds were very comfortable. The only complaints I could say about our room would be that the couch was slightly worn and very hard and uncomfortable. So much so that we never sat in it. The back sliding door needed a minor repair of the handle. And, not a complaint but a suggestion as a fireman of 25 years, replace the smoke detectors. They typically expire after 10 years from manufacture date and can become unreliable. All that being said I would definitely stay in the room again as it provided everything that we wanted in a condo. The staff was very responsive to any questions and extremely friendly. I would highly recommend staying here if you have the chance.

We stayed for the week and just loved it. The place was more than we thought it would be. The bed was really really comfortable. It was clean and everything we needed was available. We didn't really cook or anything; ate out after golfing or running around town. But we could have easily because there was everything we could have needed. The view from the pool was great and it was nice for cooling down. The hot tub was great for after golf. I would definitely recommend.

Hi David. I can't thank you enough for allowing me and my family to use your home. I truly loved everything about it. The house was very clean when we walked in. Smelled freshly painted. The view is just breath taking. I honestly didn't want to leave at all. My kids had a blast using the pool, swimming in the inlet and kayaking during the day. I will definitely go back.

Modern yet warm, fully updated and stylish home with an amazing kitchen and the best views of the mountain. It's about a 2 minute walk to the Centennial lift and less than that to the heart of the village with restaurants, groceries, and shopping.

This condo was perfect for the two of us! The unit was clean and neat and we loved having 2 bathrooms. The covered secure parking is a plus and it was nice having beach supplies to use. The outdoor shower was great too.....hubby used it quite a bit after fishing. We loved being close to the 3 Piers and in spite of the crazy waves were able to fish and enjoy the beach. We really enjoyed our stay. Very easy check in and check out process. House was clean and worked for our two families well. It was perfectly located for our trip to St. Augustine. We spent half of our time at Anastasia State Park Beach (BEAUTIFUL) and the other half touring historic St. Augustine. Our kids LOVED the boogie boards the host provided. They spent hours playing in the ocean. Would definitely recommend!

Unit 305 at the Kimball Lodge was way more than expected. It was immaculate and everything was in good working order. The 1 bedroom, 1 bath with kitchen and living area was perfect for my wife and I. It was quiet and faced the ocean where we could watch the sunrise each morning.. The facilities were well maintained with a pool, shuffle board area, and of course the beautiful beach. We will stay there again!

Our stay was a delight, starting with the booking and communication with Jeff. I sent him questions which he answered promptly and completely. Our stay was the first week in December and we opened the door to a clean house decorated for the holidays, starting with a fully lit Christmas tree and electric fireplace turned on in the den. Furniture and bedding was comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and not cluttered. The home is maintained with attention to the smallest of details. We enjoyed the peace and quiet sitting around the fireplace and touring the grounds outside. This is a perfect home for couples wanting a get away to the lake but does require climbing 4-5 steps inside to get around. Highly recommend this company and home.

Atalaya Towers was a nice place the beach access was perfect and the pool areas very nice, however our condo was a disappointment. Unit 403 needs a very large dose of TLC. The patio door was very hard to open and close, the clothes dryer sounded like it was on its last leg. Many things need replacing ranging from shower rods to carpet. I will say the bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and we did have a nice vacation despite our disappointment . I don't expect luxury but I do expect clean and well maintained when I spend my hard earned money.

We had a great time staying here. There was plenty of space for three adults and two dogs. Beach access was half a block down, super convenient and easy to get to and it was away from the rocks which allowed for more beach space. We had a view of the ocean from the balcony. Everything was exactly as advertised. The rental company were very accommodating and easy to get in touch with and also very nice. The only thing I would change which really isn’t a big deal is that the pool doesn’t have very much seating or any lay out chairs. Not a huge deal since you are right by the beach anyway. Overall, wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!

The condo was very clean and the space is bigger than expected. The furniture and entire space are simply decorated and yet calming and comfortable. The proximity to the beach is as good as it gets and this beach is with side white sand and warm waters and private. I will be back here again next year for sure.

The home and location were perfect for our college roommates reunion. We had plenty of room and with the multiple levels it really felt like everyone had their space. Great hot tub! We LOVED being able to walk to dinner and shopping downtown. The house managers (iTrip) were super nice too, they even helped us arrange grocery delivery before we arrived and were flexible with checkout times.. All around great hosts. I highly recommend this home .We're already planning our trip for next year!

Took a chance, last minute, before photos were even up. SO glad we did! Gorgeous, clean, everything we needed and more. Across the street from the beach, but this unit is the first in the row. So, yes, we heard some traffic noises, but a view of the beach from bed more than made up for it! (You do have to look between houses for the view, but still a view!) Walk to the beach or to a (small) pool. Can't say enough good things about the condo or the location!

I highly recommend the Historic District Colonial house. The house is conveniently located in the historic district, and within walking distance to almost everything in the district. Once we parked our car, we didn't get back in it until we left three days later. The house is beautifully decorated, looks like it was just remodeled, and it is immaculate. We couldn't have picked a better home for a family getaway. You will be glad you chose this home!

What we saw in the pictures is what we got! Right on the beach with a great view. The condo was clean and had more cookware then I had thought there would be. There were a couple of grocery stores across the street for convenience. Great place for the family to go! It was a great vacation! The only complaint would be that the WiFi only worked about half of the time, but that seems to be a common thing with other condos we have been to as well. If we get a chance to go back to Orange Beach again, we will be staying at Emerald Key 203!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It had everything we needed available and even found more in closets for beach time. The condo was decorated pretty and enjoyed the large balcony. Location was perfect as it was at the end of Thomas Dr providing a quieter, less crowded beach as we like. We even added an extra night while on our stay we enjoyed it so much. We plan to return and stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the above mentioned property from June 7 through June 14th very much. The interior of the duplex was very lovely, comfortable and fantastic kitchen for entertaining our family and friends. The only negative comment that I would make was the exterior was not that inviting. The lawn furniture was dirty and not appealing to be outside which was disappointing. Overall very nice property. What a perfect vacation get away, location is fantastic next to Harbour Town. Walk to the waterway, resturant's, shops and enjoy all of Sea Pines. The home has all amenities and large kitchen, patio and waterway's are beautiful. We stayed here just short of 2 weeks and we were so conftorable it was difficult to say good-bye until our next trip out to this location. Peter is fantastic to work with, always avaialable and checks to ensure everything is fine and if anything is needed. Could not be in better hands when renting this location.

The condo was exactly what we needed. A short walk to the beach and pool. Very quiet complex. Beach chairs, beach towels and a few beach toys were there which was a bonus Laundry down the hall was really nice. We are a family of four (two little girls) and had plenty of space. Kitchen is small but did have dish soap, salt, pepper, sugar, etc but no dishwasher. Not a big deal for us. Beds were comfortable. No bath tub but again our girls did just fine in a shower.

Our condo stay was fantastic! The condo was clean, had most everything you need, great view from patio, and easy access from walk or garage. But most importantly the location within River Run is the only way to fully enjoy Keystone. We loved the easy walk to restaurants, ice cream, great grocery store, hiking and more. And since we love to explore the different resorts and mountains, you can’t beat this location. We visited Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, A-Basin, and Kayaked Dillon Lake; all within 30min. Great location and condo! Would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed my stay. The house is very convenient to old town and a multitude of restaurants and activities. The deco is very nice with updated kitchen and bathrooms and high end appliances. The only drawback would be that you can hear noises (banging, walking, etc) from the upstairs tenants. I would recommend Seascape 1 for those looking to stay at the beach and be close to attractions and restaurants.

Noble Woods Escape was the perfect place for my friends and I to stay on our trip to the area. My wife and oldest daughter were also on the trip, so we needed a good layout and space for us all to be together. The house is spacious, laid out well for gathering together or everyone having their own space to hang out. The backyard is beautiful and serene, perfect for early morning coffee or evening conversations. My daughter loved the games on the garage space, and the outdoor area she could run around in. Noble Woods park is a short walk or drive if you want to walk or run some trails, and there’s plenty of grocery stores and a great coffee shop (Insomnia) right around the corner. Everything was clean, the furniture was comfortable, and we easily made it our home for the duration of our stay. I will be booking Noble Woods again when I visit one of my favorite places in the country!

This clean, newly renovated, one bedroom, one bath fully appointed home was a fun place to stay. Right in the heart of downtown St Augustine. We parked our car right next to our cottage and were able to walk to restaurants, shopping, pubs and so many of local attractions. We spent evenings out on the front porch visiting with people as they walked by. Just a perfect location and a great place to stay.

We had a fantastic time! The room was spacious and the kitchen had all I needed to make meals in the condo. The relaxing patio looks out to well landscaped trees and grassy areas, and the pool is a very short walk out the back door. Located far enough away from the "business" of the strip, but just a mile or two from grocery stores, miniature golf, restaurants and shows. The master bed was extremely comfortable!

I had a lovely stay at the condo on Siesta at Cove II was nothing short of amazing! The condo was clean and tidy and the views of the cove were stunning! I enjoyed morning coffee and breakfast watching the boats in the cove overlooking the well manicured grounds. The condo itself was just a SHORT SHORT walk to the Siesta Sand and the sunsets were breathtaking! I would highly recommend Itrip Sarasota and this particular condo if you are seeking sun, sand, and relaxation!

We had a great time staying at 105 Chambre! The location was great and we really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. The unit itself very clean and nicely decorated with everything we expected. The deck had the perfect view of the gulf with updated furniture which made evenings watching the sunset even better. We would highly recommend compared to many of the places closer to John's Pass where many members of our 'senior trip' party stayed.

This was our 5th year at Pinnacle Port (PP) and 2nd year in this unit. The kitchen upgrade is great. The condo is generally quite comfortable. We love this building and this unit is perfectly situated - unless we have a lot to carry we use the stairs up and down, no waiting for the elevator! The view from the balcony is beautiful and unobstructed. Many mornings and evenings spent listening to and watching the ocean. PP itself is a great family friendly location. Beach access is easy, the ocean is steps away, 2 pools, tennis courts, basketball, grills and a playground are close by. Supermarkets are just outside and the neighborhood is very walkable with lots of great houses to look at and a small shopping center with weekly entertainment. We'll continue to return to our home away from home. I will agree that the bathrooms are due for updating, but otherwise everything is clean and in working order.

This trip was so amazing! My family has stayed at Napili Shores ever since my great parents were teenagers. It is our favorite place to stay on the island. Our room was fantastic! We love all the amenities and being able to have the perfect ocean view and be right in front of the Gazebo. We are planning on coming back to Maui in a few years so we know we’ll be booking this room again!

Nice property with easy access to swimming pool, intercoastal Sarasota bay pier and Siesta Key Beach across the street. No direct access to the beach, but accessible with a short walk or car ride. Free trollies run all day as well. Visited Myaka Park, tons of alligators, Venice Pier and St Armands Circle on this trip, 20 to 30 minutes or so to each, highly recommended. The master bedroom mattress was not as comfortable as some of the other units we have stayed with. Have enjoyed spring vacations at Bay Oaks for a couple decades now and don't plan to stop anytime soon!

We had a great week at Mariners Cay. The condo was clean and freshly renovated. It had everything we needed. The location was perfect for us. It's a 5-6 minute walk to the shops and restaurants and about 10 minutes to the beach. Main street and the Beach was extremely busy for New Years, but we enjoyed a little peace and quiet at the condo (when we wanted it). Also, the setting on the back porch was amazing. The pictures really don't do it justice. We enjoyed quiet mornings with the warm morning sun on the huge outdoor couch. We were also able to catch a few sunsets in the evening from the backyard. Rent this place, if you have a chance!

I loved our room! The kitchenette was so convenient. I loved how big the room was. We never felt cramped. The view from the balcony was super and the view of the marina out the front door was pretty awesome too. The beds were so comfortable. Personally, I would prefer a couch or loveseat instead of the table and chairs but I'm sure others prefer the table. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

We were hoping to escape to Scottsdale for a reprieve from the cold, and our stay at the incredible home on Sandra Terrace exceeded our expectations in every way. The home was spotless and came with everything we could have possibly needed during our stay. The private backyard is a true oasis-it was like having a private resort. The gorgeous saltwater pool complete with a baja shelf and swim-up bar tv area, the firepit and putting green, basketball court, and pool table made it difficult for us to leave the house each day, as we were having so much fun. The location is incredible. The house is a short walk to Kierland Commons or Scottsdale Quarter. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, the neighborhood was safe and away from any road noise. We can't wait for our next stay!!!

We enjoyed our stay at this home away from home. I very much appreciated this very clean house, and even more so during the pandemic. The house was spotless! The kitchen was well equipped, beds were incredibly comfortable, the master bathroom closet was huge (jealous, need this at my home) and the kids loved the foos ball table. This house was renovated beautifully and felt new and very clean. We appreciated all the extra touches like beach wagon, umbrella, boogie boards, and the mattresses had memory foam toppers. The towels were in great condition. The roku had many channels and there was a tv in every room. We enjoyed the quiet part of Kure beach and easy beach access. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

Loved the location! Just far enough away from home to feel like a vacation. Condo was very nice, spacious and clean. Located on the first floor , just steps away from the pool. Great access to the beach, which made it easy to catch the sunrise. Great place to surprise hubby on his 50th birthday. Robyn was great and so accommodating. We stayed in this private golf course view house and walked to the beach every day and it is exactly 0.4 miles. We also biked there which took a couple minutes. We did some morning runs to the beach too! Super convenient. The house itself is all on one level and very nice - and spotlessly clean! The main living room / dining kitchen is all open and great for our families to hang out even with a toddler in the mix. The inside is beautiful as well. Great house and the hosts were available for questions at any time. Very pleasant experience- beautiful place!

This unit exceeded our expectations. It was so CLEAN, BIG with a large balcony to enjoy sunsets and even a meal. It included everything needed to eat in and enjoy the views. Plus, the location is unbeat-able. We were right in all the action, but it was peaceful at night. It is located on a great concrete boardwalk with my favorite restaurant and boat rental place right across the street. We like our 3rd floor location because we do not have to rely on the elevator and it is up high enough to land a panoramic view up and down the coast. I need to come back soon. The management company was also top notch with communication... classy all the way.

Another great experience--for the sixth or seventh year?? We can't remember. Tammy & Neil do whatever it takes to make our stay effortless. The location is perfect for us--quiet, walk to the pool (always immaculate), two golf courses on site. I am reserving next January today. Great updated technology throughout, appliances, cookware, furnishings & decor, location, plenty of good clothing hangers, labels on remotes, keyless entry, plenty of dishes, cups, and glasses - plastic and glass, soft close cabinets/drawers, and very comfortable mattresses. Suggestions: better bath towels (maybe don't furnish white towels as they had a dingy appearance), need dish washing cloths (I purchased and left in the condo). Beach chairs would be preferred (we had to rent which was over $200). The queen bed sheet had a stain before it was slept on the first night - so we washed it before using, but the stain did not come out. Might want to add a guest book for renters to enter their experiences. We would definitely stay again if available!

Very Nice and updated Condo! Oceans views great from Family room but obstructed by a large tree from the Master bedroom. Kitchen was stocked well and nicely updated ! Bathrooms were beautiful and updated with sufficient storage space. Liked having a his and hers closet in the Master Bedroom! Loved the automatic blinds in the dining and living room areas !

This was our first ski trip and we were extremely nervous as to what gear we needed and where to stay. Yotelpad made our stay very comfortable, it felt like we were home away from home. Perfect location for this condo in the heart of John's Pass and across the street from the ocean. Beautiful sunrises from the balcony and great view of the harbor. The condo pool area was clean and well maintained. The staff that work in the condo building were very helpful and always greeted you with a smile. John's Pass is minutes from you, which has many shops, bars and restaurants to choose from. The penthouse suite has everything you need, with comfortable beds, spacious kitchen and gorgeous views from the balconies. You will not need a vehicle much but there are some great parks that within 30 minutes or so that are well worth seeing. Lake Seminole Park and Sawgrass lake state park are both well worth the drive to. I will definitely be back when I come back. Thank you to the owner, Greg, for a great stay.

The unit is great and has high end finishes such as granite countertops, stainless appliances, etc. We really enjoyed our stay and it easily fit 4 adults and 4 children. The beach and pool area were both great. Even with it being Memorial Day weekend neither was very crowded. The Palmetto Dunes community (where the condo resides) has 3 golf courses, tennis, several restaurants and a general store so you don't have to leave the resort for very much. If you do decide to leave, Palmetto Dunes has a shuttle service available that will transport you across Hwy 278 to the Shelter Cove Marina where there are additional restaurants and shops.

We had a wonderful stay. The Jackson Bunker was exactly what we needed to accommodate our family needs. House was clean and fully equipped with all basic needs in the kitchen. We loved the welcome and personalize card. For information our party had 7 people. We highly recommended i Trip. We are a family with two teenage daughters and stayed in E243. The description of the condo sounded small, but the decor made it feel very spacious. It was well stocked with a tea kettle, blender, toaster, rice cooker, plenty of towels and cleaning supplies that lasted the whole 10 days. There was a packet of coffee and a few spices in the cupboard. Awesome shelves of books and DVDs for days or nights when you just want to chill. Lots of drawer space so we could unpack properly. Three beach chairs were great and the wifi was reliable. The bed was comfortable, but I think my daughters found the sofa bed tough, but then again, they are teenagers and will complain about anything! Overall, the decor and quality of this condo were excellent. Would book again. As far as the resort, we arrived at a very busy time and there were NO rental cars available on the island and we could not get an Uber for love nor money. We had prebooked a Speedishuttle from the airport and we used the hourly transit bus service to get to Kaanapali. Super easy.

We had a very comfortable stay at the LegaSea this past weekend. We had several adults and children and plenty of beds. Sheets and towels were clean and house was ready when we arrived. Gorgeous view and beach access. We had two cars and they fit great in the designated parking. We found that the loft bed area was difficult for sensitive sleepers and for the kids. We also found the living room area to be tight for the number of people we had. We would definitely stay here again and enjoyed the time to relax at the beach and explore Wilmington.

I highly recommend this town home for your whistler stay. Everything about it is calming and beautiful. The furniture is simple and elegant. The decor is gorgeous: white walls and linens, beautiful art and stunning views of the mountain out of large windows in the living room, dining room and bedrooms. The kitchen is gorgeous with great appliances (Fisher Paykel fridge, Blomberg dishwasher....). I don't normally like to cook on vacation but I couldn't resist in this kitchen. Everything you need to cook is there including a slow cooker and BBQ. Everything about this place is convenient: parking right under the unit, private hot tub on the balcony by the bathroom/bedrooms, in suite laundry, short drive to Whistler village. The little details make the place: Aveda toiletries in the bathroom, current books on the nightstand, puzzles and games in the living room, jewelry dishes in the bedrooms.... I went with my two daughters (4 and 6 years old) and we all loved it. They loved the room with the bunk beds for their stay. I can't say enough good things about this accommodation....there are so many good things about it! I can see going back there with my husband, girlfriends, family....it seems like it would work for any group.

The Property Manager was very responsive to correct any issues we encountered during the check-in process. Easy, stress-free process to check in & out of beach house. Great location to excellent restaurants. Fort Fisher State Park and Aquarium just a few miles down the street. Plenty of room for family & friends. Great time spent on the main level (kitchen / dining area) catching up and playing games or just sitting out on the balcony listening to the waves.

The condo was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. There were a couple things that we were surprised by and disappointed in. We stay at the Lighthouse Condo's all the time and this is the first one condo that has not supplied several items that we usually find.... 1. There were no wash rags in the kitchen and only 2 kitchen towels so we had to wash them every other day. 2. We are used to having some staples, like salt and pepper in the condo. 3. There were no extra rolls of Toilet paper...usually there is at least one roll extra for each bathroom. 4. Usually the condo owner leaves small bars of soap in each bathroom...we always bring some ourselves, but we were surprised that none were provided...especially during this time of COVID. 5. We were disappointed that there were no beach chairs. I know that they do not say that there will be any...but almost every other condo we stayed at had some for us to use.

Indeed, for safety and liability reasons, we do not allow anything edible to be left in the unit, including spices such as salt and pepper. As mentioned in the emails we send prior to check-in, we provide your initial supply of toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper, etc, but we do not replenish them during your stay. There definitely should have been a small bar of soap in each bathroom for you. If those were not there we sincerely apologize. Lastly, you are correct this unit does not provide any beach chairs or beach toys for your use. We are terribly sorry that was a disappointment or a surprise for you. It was the most relaxing stay. From the views to all the amenities it was perfect from start to finish. We loved the cool dipping pool, beautiful well stocked kitchen inside and out by the pool. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable. The house had such a great location, we even enjoyed yoga on the deck! I loved waking and enjoying my coffee ☕️ on the deck hearing the waves in the background. I would highly recommend staying here with a group of friends or family with kids. The easy access to the beach was the cherry on top!

Great place easy access to everything. True ski in ski out. I would recommend for small group. I own an arb&b and there were a couple of things I would do if it was mine. The unit needs more than three big cups and it would be nice if trash can was bigger in the kitchen. Either the hot tub wasn’t operational or I couldn’t find it.

I loved The Little Pearl! I loved the historic charm! It is exactly what I envision when I think beach cottage! I loved the white wood walls and ceilings, the art, the tin roof, the bright colors, the deck and porch, etc. We did have an issue with the house not being cleaned when we arrived an hour after the check in time. It was a mess; I was frustrated at first after an 8 hour drive, but it was quickly resolved. There was also an issue with the WiFi and tv, and we waited for someone to come and fix the issue. One of the tvs never worked ( the man said it needed to be rewired)! We also had to use different WiFi info than what was given, so if I had not reported the issue and waited for the repair man to come we would have never been able to access the WiFi. The TV continued to mess up our entire stay! Those things aren’t that important to me because that’s not why I vacation at the beach, but those things are important to my husband and tween boys! There is definitely some wood that needs to be replaced on the decks, one particularly, possibly hazard board is loose near the outdoor shower! I nearly tripped coming out of the shower! Some of these things are definitely expected with an older property, but at the amount of money we paid to stay there, I would think these things could be resolved easily! The location was GRAYT! We loved being able to walk to The Red Bar, the beach, other restaurants, and shops! We LOVE Grayton, and we’ve been coming down every summer for over a decade, but it was our first time to stay in Grayton! We loved it! Overall we had a FABULOUS vacation, and I would not hesitate to reserve The Little Pearl again, and hope that we will be able to do so again next year! I would hope some of those issues would be resolved though! There is no better beach vacation than Grayton!

We had an amazing time at this condo. It was beautiful. The cousin's trip was perfect, the place had everything we needed. The place had enough room for all os to sleep comfortably. We were close to everything but far away at the same time. The Lock was a little difficult for us, but we finally got it figured out after a few tries. The community pool was a very small, but we didn't really spend too much time there.

Everything that was advertised when we booked was spot on. The condo was very spacious and everything we needed and was there when we arrived. The condo was clean and the king beds were very comfortable. We took advantage of the free activities that were offered. We had a blast on the sea blaster dolphin cruise we took the sunset cruise and it was amazing. We did the deep sea fishing trip on the Destiny the captain and crew were very helpful we caught plenty of fish. ( would only suggest the 6 hour trip ) The views from the condo were amazing and the grounds at beach manor were clean and beautiful. I would highly recommend this package for a family vacation.

Our stay at Island Inn 318 was all we needed for a fantastic 3 day retreat. We were comfortable and had ample space. A great view with quiet surroundings. Courteous staff that met all of our needs. Restaurants and groceries nearby. Check out Willie’s on Corey Street, Stulley’s at John’s Pass and go for grouper at Hurricanes at St Pete’s. The Taco Bus was a great lunch stop.

We absolutely loved this home and its layout. It was perfect for a large family getaway, it fit comfortably 3 families with 6 kids total. The space down stairs for the kids was beyond perfect. We recently stayed at this villa. I was looking for a place away from the large crowds at other resort town. First the resort was not crowded, the grounds were immaculate and my teen grandchildren loved the pools. The villa itself was clean and in a great location. We enjoyed the wrap around screened in porch. The beach and pool were directly across the street. Communication from Steven and Sarah of itrip was exceptional. They let us know in advance the dishwasher needed to be replaced before we checked in. This was not an issue for us. I definitely hope to return and if the villa is open will rent from them again

So far we are thrilled - party of 10- 4 adults and 4 teenagers and 2 children - for a summer break. The house is well equipped to sleep everyone, in this lovely , clean, tri level property. Close to town, alpine slide, strawberry hot springs, fish creek falls (amazing hike) - and amazing summer weather. Grassy outdoor area right next to the property for corn hole and a fire pit. Management company were very responsive and available to help - The only slight negative is kitchen and family area are not very big when all 10 of us are in there. However the bedrooms and bathrooms make up for this!

We had a great stay in East Lake! Beautifully updated older house - love the floors and accessories throughout. We stayed with three adults and four little kids. Plenty of room for everyone! The Seabrook Resort is beautiful! The condo was tucked back in the resort and was very quiet and private. The interior was exceptional! Comfy beds, immaculately clean, fully stocked and close to the pool. The arrival gifts were a nice touch and so yummy! Will stay there again if we get back down that way.

This condo was perfect for our recent stay in North Myrtle Beach. The condo was very clean and very well represented by the website. The location and the resort are top-notch. I would highly recommend.

On the first night, we had an issue with the HVAC. The temp in the condo kept rising. We reached out to the folks at iTrip and they sent someone out within an hour and he was able to diagnose and repair the issue. By the time we were ready to go the bed, the condo was very comfortable. Thank you for your quick response to to our problem! After that, everything went great! This is a very clean, comfortable, and convenient condo. We would happily stay here again!!

We stayed in cottage #8. We loved the house and th decor was amazing...just as I thought l wld decorate a beach home. The house was very clean, great access to the pool and beach. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this cottage. Thank you for making our stay in gulf shores memorable.

The townhome was remodeled and looks brand new! It has quick and easy access to the free shuttle which stops right in front of the place, very convenient to ride it to the sky resort and to town where they have great bars and restaurants. We were 6 people and it accommodated everyone nicely. We had plenty of hot water, towels, cooking utensils etc. It was just perfect. I would recommend it to anyone!

The house was spectacular. Very clean, comfortable, and tastefully furnished. WE loved the outdoor area (who wouldn't) with the covered sitting area, the pool, and the views. The driveway is a bit steep, but easy to maneuver so don't be intimidated :)

The condo on Main Street was perfect for my husband and me to spend a few days in the mountains of the Frisco/Breckinridge area. We walked to restaurants, drove to beautiful hikes and enjoyed the area. Safe, efficient condo with great appointments and great kitchen utensils, provisions, etc.
