Guys trip to the final 4 and the property was amazing. The house was clean and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The heated gas lamp and table was great at night. Close to several restaurants and shops. Excellent trip

The location is the best we've ever had. No more than five minutes to anywhere on Main Street. It's slightly away from the street, so there's no issue with noise or anything else. Finally, you could sleep a lot of people in this condo. I will definitely try to get this condo again.

This location is amazing. The house was perfect!! We were lucky enough to stay for 2 weeks and hope to book again ASAP for the coming year. Private beach access out the back door made beach days with out two small kids so easy and enjoyable. They loved it! This house is family friendly but would also be wonderful for an adults only trip. Only two very minor things; the pedestrian gate numbers didn’t work (we had two to try) and the kitchen isn’t stocked with anything at all (we left some salt, pepper, and cinnamon!) All in all; we are itching to come back and didn’t want to leave to come home!

I had a wonderful stay at Happy Place. The house's coziness made it feel like a home away from home, and it was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The proximity to the pool and other amenities was fantastic, and just being a short walk from the ocean was a major highlight. In addition, the location is close to Charleston- a 20-minute drive made exploring the area even more convenient. I highly recommend this lovely home for a couple, friends, or family looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway”.

We were moving to Florida and booked this stay for 2 weeks. Kim and Charles were amazing and had a smooth onboarding. The apartment is beautiful and is in a resort-style community which is little old. The golf view was spectacular and the house is updated with latest appliances. Highly recommend this place.

We loved our little getaway. It was a wonderful house plenty of room for five adults and two young children. The only thing we wished was if the house had a closer beach access or a better view of the ocean. The management company was awesome. They gave us a refund for the pet fee since we didn’t end up bring the dogs and for us helping clean out the outside trash cans with out us even asking! I would love to stay at the house again but would love to stay with any house iTrip has because of their wonderful customer.

We had a wonderful week in Sanibel. This condo was very comfortable for the 4 of us. The beds were great. The kitchen looks newly decorated, and we found everything that we needed was provided. This is a quiet complex, with a nice view of a golf course and lake out of the front door. The back patio does face Middle Gulf Drive, but the trees blocked most of that. The only problem we encountered was that the master bath sink would not drain. It was a hassle for the four of us to use 1 sink when trying to get ready. That should be easily fixed though. I would recommend this condo if you want a nice, quiet place to enjoy Sanibel.

Was very happy with our stay. It's in a great location with great views! They have everything you would need while staying there. The wifi worked really well.Never had a problem with finding parking. The pool was never crowded...the community grills were nice as well. The carts provided are nice to help get groceries to your room. Can not complain about one thing.They allowed us to take our fur babies,they loved the beach too.Would definitely stay there again.

This condo was perfect for our family of 3!!! We have been going to the Vail area for many years and this place was great! The condo was good size for the 3 of us with enough elbow space. The kitchen was well equipped for the few meals we made. The staff at the desk and shuttles were WONDERFUL!! The pool/hot tub was close to the unit and clean. The parking space was ideal. The shuttle service was far better than we expected!! The managers of the unit were very friendly and accommodating!!! We would definitely stay here again!!

We enjoyed our stay at Atlantic Splash. It was conveniently located to all the things we wanted to do, eat, drink, golf and the beach. The elevator was a big plus, two of our party have difficulty with stairs. Dogs were welcome and happy, which makes us happy. Great communication with property management. Plenty of room to be together and plenty of room for private time.

The condo was amazing and fully accommodated my family and I. The whole booking process was a breeze and we experienced no issues whatsoever! We were NOT ready to go home! I will definitely use this company again with no hesitation! Oh and the free admissions are a plus although we didn’t use any because we simply enjoyed our condo the whole weekend just cooking, chilling, beaching, pooling, and enjoying each other! Awesome time we had!

We found this place last minute after our reservations fell through elsewhere. We couldn’t be happier with this townhouse. It’s a fantastic location close to paths and great views. The kitchen is well stocked and there were even a few toys for the kiddos. The A/C and hot tub are great amenities. We hope to stay here again and again!

This is the 5th time we have stayed at this property. It never disappoints. We love being able to swim right there and the kiddos body surf. This time we had a turtle on the beach more than once. The grounds are well kept and the men there are constantly working. We loved the front row with the fabulous view and listening to the waves. A bonus is the half bath downstairs to avoid a trip up the stairs. Nice furnishings. It would be nice for the owner to supply a couple beach chairs and we only had two beach towels for four people. But that was a minor inconvenience. We will return again and again, I know.

Spent 2 nights here for a ski trip. The pictures and description of the property were accurate and representative of the actual condition. Everything was in great condition and the kitchen was well stocked. There were also humidifiers in each bedroom closet which was a nice addition. The location of the condo was great. Walking distance to town and a short walk to the village and main lift. I'd prefer an on-site hot tub, but we knew about this when we booked the property. The deals with xplorie are pretty useful to and I took advantage of the free ski rental and paid a small difference to upgrade them. I wish I had more time to spend here and explore the area.

Overall this was a really nice unit! It was clean and the community/area it is in was great!! The only complaints I do have is that one of the beds in the second bedroom the headboard wasn't completely attached to the bed frame so it kept slamming against the wall essentially making the bed unusable. Also, the mattresses on the two full beds were unbearably hard. I sleep on an extra firm mattress and home these mattresses felt like sleeping on a rock. Lastly, there were no baking sheets in kitchen, but certainly not a deal breaker.

We stayed at Sunshine Daydream for a week and had a perfect time. The trip included my 5 kids, ages 17-8; my husband; my au pair; and me. We had plenty of space to move around, slept on super comfy beds, enjoyed the high end appliances, loved the view, and put the extra perks (beach chairs, beach towels, games, etc.) to good use. Have no complaints whatsoever. The condo exceeded my expectations in all respects. Parking was easy plus you can walk to town which is great. The beach and pool couldn't be closer. We enjoyed being on the end - it's quiet, you don't see anyone in other units, the stairs are right next door, and you are closest to the pool and beach. I really thought I had messed up because there was little available by the time we booked (3 months in advance). Instead, we could not have stayed at a more perfect place. I would absolutely book here again if going to Charleston.

We had a great experience at Kahana Sunset Resort C8! Kahana Sunset Resort exceeded expectations as did Maui I trip vacations. The pictures on the site were very true. We never used the inside table for dining, as we always ate outside. The staff at the Kahana Sunset resort are excellent, they clean the grounds / pool / grills everyday. This is a family / extended family type of place. We were four adults and an infant - 16 month old. This is an excellent location, but is about an hour away from the airport. It is north of Lahaina, and there is sometimes traffic tie ups around Lahaina. The unit served us well, especially the washer / dryer, and dishwasher, and two bathrooms! Only complaint: the Lanai off the master bedroom - the chairs need cushions or need to be elevated, as I could not see about the railing when lounging on the chairs, thereby not seeing the ocean. Also could not see any directions on how to retract the awnings, (not a big problem as we left them extended throughout our stay). Kitchen is well stocked, w/some spices. Adequate dishes/ silverware, utensils, barbeque tools, knives etc. We did not stop at Costco as all the guidebooks recommended, but stopped at the Safeway in Lahaina about 15 minutes south of the unit, and found their supplies / prices reasonable. I hope this helps. We would rent this unit again without any hesitation, or any unit in this complex.

The condo was very clean upon our arrival and everything in working order. We were very happy with the accommodations fit our family of 5 perfect and that is with 3 adult children. Only issue was the kitchen could have been supplied a little better. Not enough silverware and plates. No cutting board or cheese grater. We had to run the dishwasher every day to have enough utensils and plates. Being COVID we ate every meal at the condo. Overall would stay there again!

My family had an amazing time this week! We were so sad to leave! The condo was beautiful, well stocked, and convenient to the elevator. The pools were much larger than many, and the tiki bar was a great bonus. We loved the proximity to Pier Park and walked over frequently to eat and shop. Check in and check out were completely effortless. I highly recommend Amber and her team!

We had a great family reunion at Panorama Perch. The management team was very communicative, the property was true to what we had seen in the photos. The views are incredible and lots of open space in the main area of the property for family gathering. The amount of bedrooms and sleeping space was great. Highly recommend!

I really liked the accommodations at Trappeur’s lodge. It was perfect for us. We were two adults and two teenagers and it was the perfect size. There are 4 bedrooms and 4 baths which is great but even so it may be tight with more than 6 people. The logistics of finding the condo late at night worked out well. And the shuttle to the mountain was great. They also have a shuttle to wherever you want to go! Which is awesome if you don’t have a car. They have a garage too though if you have a car so either way you’re covered. I would definitely recommend this place and would come back.

The best thing about this condo is there were no surprises. Nothing ruins a trip faster than something unexpected happening. The other good thing is that the price per night for the condo is set about right for the quality of the condo. Finally, I'm always cautious about how "ski-in/ski-out" a condo really is. This one requires about a 50 foot walk across a short parking lot. Not unreasonable. Overall, it was a good condo (and a good trip).

This was the second year our family stayed in this unit. We could not be happier with it! The location is very convenient, which is especially helpful with trips to and from the pool/beach with the kids. The unit itself is the cleanest and most well maintained that we've stayed in. We will be booking again for next year!

I rented this cabin to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday. This place is great. It is so peaceful and kid friendly. It far exceeded my expectations. The location is close to pigeon forge where there is plenty of things to do. The only thing I regret is not having enough time to enjoy the house as well as all the activities near by. I had no problems with the cabin at all

Extremely clean, well kept with more amenities than most beach condos. The property was up to date with extremely comfortable beds & great provided linens. ITrip was a great addition to our vacation, helping in any way we needed! We recommend booking through them for any rental needs. We look forward to our next vacation through them.

Easy access to everything! Park your car for the length of your stay. The beach is right across the street with a walk over. Walk to all kinds of shopping and entertainment. Excellent local restaurants and bars. Very, very clean and well equipped. Comfortable and relaxed. Great outdoor area looking at ocean to enjoy the ocean breezes. This is THE premier location in Flagler Beach!

In town for a wedding, I needed a large home to accommodate family for a few days. This is a beautiful home that has been renovated tastefully, retaining the beauty of homes from an era-gone-by. The mattresses on the large beds were so very comfortable, too. It is very clean, well-stocked with towels, dishware, games, and lovely areas in which to spread out in. We encountered a snow storm during our stay, however, there are numerous outdoor games to participate in and the historic downtown area is a short walk down the street.

The unit was exactly what we were looking for our group. There was plenty of room in the unit and it was pleasantly bright with all the windows. The outside deck is spacious and it was nice to relax out there with our big group. The location was also spot on. We were a short 5 minute walk from the gondola and from all the shops and restaurants in town. Definitely a great place to stay at if you're visiting Aspen.

Fernglen is a lovely getaway with highlights including a super short walk to the beach and a variety of great activities right on the property. Play pool, cook, watch movies, play lawn games, soak in the hot tub, watch the sunset and more. It was perfect for our big family and we especially appreciated the ability to have our dogs with us for the stay. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Gulf Winds. Our family enjoyed the space and comfort as well as the close location to the beach. Having the wagon and beach chairs made the beach easier to enjoy. We hope to make it back next year and plan to stay here again. We left some beach toys behind for the next family to enjoy.

Stayed at Unit 264 of Kimball Lodge for a week. A very pleasant and well appointed apartment that is ideally situated for the beach. The main restaurants are within 20 minutes biking distance. An ideal setting for a couple wishing a relaxing week.

Our stay in Kim's apartment was beyond wonderful! It was very clean and modern. It was in a very peaceful building and the view from the porch was breathtaking! Unfortunately we stayed at the off season so we didn't get a chance to ride the lift or other winter activities but I will be back and I will stay here again! The fireplace was a nice touch too.

This is a wonderful property. The view is just as pictured -- if not better. The villa is wonderfully equipped -- ample plates, glasses, cutlery, serving platters, pots, etc. We were able to host Thanksgiving dinner for 14 -- without renting any tables, chairs, glasses, cutlery or china! All the equipment was modern and easy to use -- i.e., we could use our own Netflix on the Apple TV, and easily access our media. It was extremely clean and comfortable. We would rent the villa again in a heartbeat.

This house is absolutely gorgeous! You will never want to leave. I personally think it’s even better than pictures! The house is stocked with everything you need and more. They even had an air fryer! The pool and spa are amazing. We didn’t have the best weather but we spent the majority of our trip in the heated pool and spa. They had beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler on wheels, sand toys, pool toys and family games to play. None us wanted to leave this house. If you are looking to rent a beautiful home with an exceptional layout, I highly recommend this one!

We loved our stay at this condo! The condo itself was very clean and had everything we needed. As soon as we walked in and saw the amazing Mountain View’s the stress melted away and we went in to immediate vacation mode. It was way more spacious than we expected. There was plenty of space to fit our family of four with room to spare to bring friends or family along next time. We stayed in early October and were pleased to find some great restaurants, bars and hiking spots in the area! Would highly recommended and we will definitely be back in the summer months for some more hiking and to take advantage of the outdoor pool!

I loved that it was in a gated community with 24/7 security to the neighborhood. The Villa was very nice with lots of space and very clean. We had a small hiccup with the AC but the owners were very responsive and came to address the issue within 15 minutes- he was very professional even when we called him at 10pm. 2 things i wish i would of known: 1) the phone number for itrip in all the emails to contact the owners does not work for text messaging 2) i think the key fobs for the pool are the little circle discs on the entry hook but there was nothing hanging on the “pool” hook so I wasn’t sure what was needed to get into the pool. Overall a great experience.

Cute condo with all the comforts of home. The vaulted ceilings make the space feel very large. Comes with a full kitchen, air conditioning, large patio, king bed, with queen murphy bed, 2 full bathrooms, and stackable washer/dryer! The lodge includes a gym and pool. Great place to come to! This area, The Canyons, has free summer concerts, cool breezes and free bus rides to nearby Main Street. Highly recommend.

We are winding down our 20th year at Horizon East and our 5th (I think) in #501. Our unit is comfortable, reasonably well furnished from kitchen to bed, bath, and living area. I trip has been very responsive whenever we had an issue, usually like helping with the TV or a minor plumbing problem. At the age of 80, we have been in many, many vacation rentals. We feel at home here.

We really enjoyed our stay in #409! The view was fabulous, the king bed was extremely comfortable along with the pillows. The a/c worked very well. Room was very clean, shower water nice and hot. Kitchen minimally stocked but certainly adequate. The beach right in front of the hotel was spectacular with clear water and fine sand - great to take long walks on. Overall a great stay!!

Super cozy living space in front of the fire to play cards and games (we were 2 couples). The kitchen was extremely well stocked for cooking needs and meal prep! Bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable (not huge) but met all our needs! Super close to Marketplace to grab groceries, vino or have a meal out. The ski shuttle bus was amazing and just a minute walk to catch it into the Village. Overall, a great 3 night escape and was very comfortable!

The next time we go to PCB, we're going to plan our trip around when this condo is free, because we absolutely loved it here. Here's everything we loved about it: -Parking for it was so close and picking up the parking pass was a breeze. -Numerical lock meant we didn't have to use (or share or lose) any keys. -The condo itself was so spacious, and having a bathroom for each bedroom made everything easier. -Furniture was all very comfortable - not too firm, not too squishy. -The balcony on this place was HUGE - and you're high enough up to not get any pool chatter but not so much that you're afraid to look down. -The kitchen had all the pots and pans and appliances we'd ever need. -You take the elevator down, walk past the pool, and then you're on SUCH a beautiful beach that is within easy walking distance to St. Andrews. -The included beach chairs/umbrella were fantastic, and the pricing for more of them was very reasonable. They're also situated close enough to the ocean that you don't have crowds in front of you. -The location was fantastic - Publix and a liquor store were 5 minutes down the road, restaurants are in walking distance, and you get absolutely no road noise at night. We had such a great trip at this place, and we can't wait to go back!

iTrip Vacation was on point throughout our stay at #3209 Capital Peak Building A in Snowmass Village CO. I never had to call to speak to anyone for my stay. All information was sent prior and during our entire stay via email. iTrip would send a text to check on our stay and made themselves readily available if need be. I did have a question about our checkout process and I received an answer within 5 minutes via text. The condo was perfect for my wife and son. Amenities were perfect. Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, A/C and location, location, location…..plus iTrip Vacation provided nicely done little welcome kit in our condo upon arrival. During my research for my stay in Aspen/Snowmass for the summer, iTrip Vacation popped up on my radar and offered an excellent value. This first time customer is very very happy about our stay using iTrip Vacations!

My family had a great end of summer vacation at Summer Wynd, beach house. The view is spectacular on this end of the island. We had no idea that you could get a sunset on BHI!!! We ended up not being able to stay where we originally booked, which was thru another rental company. Within 2 days of our arrival, itrip rentals was able to work it out for us to stay at R&R by the Sea! The house is absolutely beautiful and met all our expectations! Our family vacation was the best!! We absolutely loved everything about our condo. iTrip was so wonderful to use. Before the vacation I had several questions that were answered promptly and professionally!! We rented the Lake House last minute when our rental in Washington State was unavailable due to the fires. Along with our son, his fiancé and her parents we enjoyed the spacious home and especially the lake and water sports equipment -- kayaks, paddle boards and canoes! The home was very clean and well stocked with toiletries, towels, cleaning products and kitchen equipment. Although there was a misty rain throughout our stay, we still were able to sneak in walks on the beach and climb the sand dune as well as enjoying the water sports. We all love to cook so we enjoyed all of our meals at home and were pleased with the kitchen equipment as well as the new gas grill. One issue was that the house was not well marked and we were a bit upset when we saw construction equipment at the house next door which we thought was the rental. Fortunately the workmen told us to check out the house next door which was Lake House Unit 2 though there was a different address on the side by the garage. I suggest a sign "Lake House 2" on the road to direct future renters.

Our family spent a luxurious weekend at this beautiful seaside mansion. The house was nicely decorated, providing a very spacious and relaxing feel. We can easily walk to the beach by going thru the underpass. The 4 rooms were well decorated with plenty of amenities. My wife and I loved staying in this townhome in Millville. So close to the grocery, restaurants and a short drive to the beach. Great for kayaking. You can put in right outside the house and go for hours. The house itself is completely redecorated and in immaculate condition. Plenty of room for the family. Loved it!

This beautiful house is a real gem! Located on the banks of the Merrimac River, the panoramic views are breathtaking. We were able to view a bald eagle, several harbor seals, and other wildlife. The interior of the house is equally as spectacular with four suites including a full bathroom in each. Scott, our host, was friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. We were lucky enough to be in Steamboat for some epic snow conditions! The condos location was conveniently located on the (free) shuttle line that had us at the bottom of the gondola in 10-15 minutes. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. It is a little cramped, but totally do-able. We enjoyed watching movies in the evening or going to the hot tub. The management company was proactive and responsive. Would stay again. Thanks!

This beautiful home with modern decor and a private pool was exactly what I needed to enjoy my baby moon trip with my partner! I believe when you define a good vacay is how clean the lodging is and this house was spotless. It’s as if the house was brand new. The kitchen is big with an open area to the dining and living room. And there is 4 bathrooms so if you ever brought a bigger group this house is ideal for 10 guest. They have a pool table for entertainment which was fun to play with if you had more guest staying there. Now the pool during this season was just refreshing with the sun beaming on you and it’s not ridiculous hot and also they have a mini putting green to play too. Lastly, we loved how convenient it was to drive 5 minutes to restaurants and grocery stores,Costco, and spas! And they’re super close to multiple golf courses as well for all those golf lovers- my partner was able to play at one and he said it was a beautiful golf course. We enjoyed staying at this home, we will definitely stay here again once my little one comes out and able to travel. If you need a home for a bigger party group, consider staying here!!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The home is cozy with an ideal floor plan for kids. The kitchenette downstairs came in handy and it was nice that both levels have living areas with water views. We loved the views, the putting green and spent plenty of time in the hot tub and the game room playing pool. The fenced dog run was so convenient for our pups. It was also great having the square less than five minutes away for shopping and dining options. We will absolutely be back soon!

Came into town with friends for a concert. Looked into hotels but this condo was the same price, so we thought we'd give it a try. That was the right choice! Cozy place to hang out in between site seeing, felt like coming home at the end of the night. Great location-five minutes to the Loop 101 without staying right "right on the freeway" was a big plus. Kitchen was set up for everything we could have wanted to prepare. Enjoyed the early morning solitude on the patio. Beautiful mountain views with the quails singing in the background. Just lovely! Recommend to all whether you're staying for 3 nights or 3 weeks, you won't regret it.

Our stay at 39 Surfside was extremely enjoyable. The home has everything that any vacationer may need or desire. Our entire family enjoyed this residents to its fullest. Realistically the home has more amenities than a family needs while vacationing. It was again a pleasure to stay at this residence. This two bedroom condo (also with a Murphy bed in the dining area) was very comfortable and appeared newly re-modeled and appointed with a well equipped kitchen, granite counter tops, and new appliances. Bathrooms were fine. Big new flat screen TV in living area. I was able to control the temperature to my liking. Window looks out to a hill and trees and is sufficiently private; if standing next to it, you can see the ski hill and the sunrise. Being on the third, top level, one takes an elevator down to the hot tub and to the ski locker about 25 ft from Fanny Hill--one of my favorite parts. Convenient to the Base Village and Mall via the Sky Cab or walking on the sidewalk. We really enjoyed the condo and its location, and would not hesitate to book it again.

This property is a great 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home. I've read a lot of reviews about the Internet being spotty... I worked using the Internet for two days, I did not have any issues with being upstairs in the master bedroom. The only issue we found was downstairs with the connectivity of the TV, we ended up casting from our phones. Our children and grandchildren had a great time and it turned out to be a really fun trip. It is one of the furthest properties away from the clubhouse, gym and pool. With the little ones it was too far to walk, so we drove every day.

This home was located in a great location! Easy walking distance to the main downtown area with a great back porch for enjoying morning coffee! We had 4 couples on the trip, so renting both sides of the duplex gave us plenty of space! However, we were caught a little off guard when we realized there was a smaller unattached garage with living space behind the main home, as this was not described on the listing. Though we didn't see him much, someone was living there, so it would just have been nice to know going in.

This home was absolutely perfect! It looks EXACTLY like the photos and is perfectly maintained. The view out the back windows is gorgeous and the space is very cozy. At the same time, it felt much larger than the photos present. Access to Park City / Deer Valley was easy thanks to the bus stop located just outside the complex. We also used uber quite a bit when it was snowing heavily and we didn't want to wait for the bus. Wifi, hot tub and other amenities are as advertised and work wonderfully. The TV didn't seem to want to connect to the wifi so smart options weren't available, but I travel with a Roku and that worked without issue

Seacrest 2 is everything we expected. Great location, close to the beach, 3 minute walk, close we to nearby restaurants, bars and local attractions. Inside is super clean, good layout, washer dryer so only had to pack a few clothes. Nice showers water pressure and A/C worked great. There is a long set of wooden exterior stairs so wouldn’t work for someone with mobility problems but no issues for us. We’ll be back soon!

We traveled to HHI the weekend of Hermine. Peter, the property manager, was super responsive about our concerns regarding the weather conditions. Our stay ended up being fabulous with rain for just one day while we were in town. There were a total of 7 of us staying in the apartment, 2 families with 4 adults and 3 small kids. The apartment is big, well-equipped, close to the pool and ocean, and has amazing panoramic ocean views! We loved it. Our only complaint is that the pool was a little cold, but that could have been from the rain the previous couple of days. It certainly didn't deter our kids from playing in it, though. Definitely plan to come again!

We really enjoyed our stay and the whole family (2 girls 16 and 19) appreciated the spacious house and luxury pool. Booking process and key information went smooth and the house was nicely clean when we arrived. An issue afterwards resulting part of deposit being withheld, was resolved professionally to our satisfaction. Our best recommendation to both the house and service of the company.

Perfect location, close to restaurants, shopping, and right up the street from both Carolina and Kure beaches. Our family of seven was a perfect fit, and with four floors we never felt crowded. The unit had everything we needed. Hosts were responsive to questions and communicated the "house rules" clearly. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Flip Flop Fun was very clean and all of the appliances were modern. There was a variety of options available on the TV (Disney Plus, Netflix, etc) which was great because we have young children. We were right by the pools and a short distance away from the beach. As a coffee lover, I was very excited to have a Keurig available! We loved the screened in balcony, it provides more safety for the little ones.

We really enjoyed our two months stay at this place. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The community was nice and quite. The managing company was very responsive. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

We have been renting in MB for 10 years and have NEVER experienced anything like this before! Had no idea where to pick up keys so drove to Elevate Cleans after 10 and receptionist was in parking lot. She told me to come into office and give her my number to call me in case housekeeping was done early. My son was renting unit upstairs & was able to get in early so we stayed with him (which by the way had a different owner - it was beautiful and very clean and up to date). He told me he saw housekeeping leave when he got a text he could get in. Long story short - it was after 2:30 so I call Elevate again. she called housekeeping and they said they were going at 3. How can you clean whole condo in 1 hour? Housekeeping never showed because we were in my sons unit. Went to get keys after 4 and just as we opened condo door receptionist called and me and asked if everything was ok which was strange. We looked around and told her "NO" the only thing done was clean towels on beds & sheets changed. Place was dirty (took lots of pictures of all) - floors dirty, sand from months under couch and chairs, butter & toast crumbs on counter, broken drawer in bedroom (that someone from past reviews complained about in 2018), dirty laundry room, old bent pots and pans, cabinet drawers dirty inside...I could go on and on. She told me manager was on the way - but 4 hours later no manager - we ran sweeper and cleaned counters. Then I get email from iTrip stating housekeeping was there at 3 and we were in condo and would not leave so they couldn't clean asking how we got in! Are you kidding me??? We picked up keys at office after 4 and we were in my son's unit the whole time. If we were in there - simple - why did housekeeping not call them right then and there and put me on the phone asking how we got it? It's because we were NOT there! We were appalled & angry that iTrip would even believe such a lie! Obviously housekeeping was there a lot earlier when my son saw them leave and lied about the whole thing. We paid a lot to stay there & were appalled by treatment and condition of condo. When I got home I read previous recent reviews only to find out -- more complaints about it being dirty, lots of sand under furniture, washer & dryer terrible, same broken drawer in 2018, not enough towels, old dented pots & pans and on and on. I am sad & upset that we were treated this way. The owner of this condo is definitely not getting their money's worth for cleaning. I have always been told the customer is always right. All it would have taken is one phone call to us & one visit from manager - both of which never happened. I will never go through iTrip again. Funny how many previous reviews reflected the same complaints. It was all ridiculous. We took pictures of it all and also pictures of how clean WE left the condo). We have gotten thank yous from the owners of every house & condo we have stayed for leaving the places so clean. The only thing that saved us was having the oceanfront view, the great deck and the beach.

We are so sorry for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay - we've been working on revisiting expectations required from our cleaning companies and thank you for the feedback. During summer months, when we have numerous units we are trying to get turned over in a short period of time, early check in is very rarely available. We had housekeeping telling us you came into the unit and would not leave, and we had you telling us that housekeeping never showed up - so needless to say it was a CRAZY day. We have appointed a manager to personally inspect this unit to ensure it is in good condition upon every check in.

This was our second time at this condo and our fifth time at the Mahana property. We love it there. We love to just on the lanai in the morning and look out at the ocean and sip our coffee. The view is simply stunning. We have seem many whales splashing out there in the ocean and a few turtles too. This is definitely a 5 star condo and we plan on returning again as often as we can.

This was an outstanding location and property - perfect for our family holiday. The river is beautiful and the grandkids enjoyed the adventure of it. Property is secluded and quiet yet close enough to town for last minute needs. Hiking nearby was a plus. There was plenty of room for everyone inside and out. The home is tastefully decorated, cozy, and has a well stocked kitchen. The weather was pretty good during our stay so the outside living space was a welcome bonus. Fire pit, hot tub, porches, lighting - what more could a family want? We had a couple of needs and our host was very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again.

We loved this house, the house manager and even the permanent resident on the bottom floor. It was like he wasn’t even there, except when we’d find some mangos from the tree in front of the garage. 😁 The house is extremely spacious. Every room is huge. The family room (which we always look for a large one to fit our group) was big enough for everyone and for us to get in some VR games. The views we awesome, especially waking up to them. The lanai with the table — great for eating a dinner with a view and catching up with the family. This house is perfect for couples! I would definitely leave the young children home since there is so much nice decor that could easily get broken. Myra met us at the house and gave us a tour, explained how things worked and was easy to contact if we had questions. Stunning. Stunning and stunning.

Spent a wonderful long weekend at the Port. The location is fabulous! We were able to walk nearly everywhere we wanted. We had a couple of questions about the property that were answered in no time at all. On Saturday, hurricane Ophelia moved into town, so we spent the day playing cards. We had my our family in town for our wedding last weekend. My entire family (mom, dad, 2 sisters and their significant others, brother, aunt, and 6 nieces) stayed here and they had plenty of room. The bedrooms are nicely spaced with the extra twin beds and loft also somewhat secluded. They were very prompt with text messaging/communication. The house was clean when we arrived and the directions for checking out was easy. I would definitely recommend this unit to a large family that does not want to be on top of each other.

Great experience! Property manager was very helpful in settling us into the condo. The property itself was amazing and had many amenities that were helpful in making our vacation the best it could be. Just finished a month vacation in this wonderful condo. The condo is very comfortable and well equipped. The views are spectacular. We enjoyed watching the boats go by, and seeing dolphins now and then. The location is great, and just across the street from Lovers Key State Park, with wonderful trails and beach. Just perfect! iTrip management is first class. Highly recommended for anyone looking to get away for a wonderful vacation!

We rented this for our annual summer trip because our condo is under renovation. We had a very nice stay! It was very clean, plenty of towels and all of the amenities we could need. Plenty of room for everyone and the kids loved the bunk beds. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Everything was exactly like it appeared in the photos online. Spacious unit perfect for our family of 4. Great location away from the "college" scene and the beach was beautiful. Friendly and easy check in process as well, we drove in and arrived an hour or so before the 4:00 check in and they graciously gave us a new code to enter the room early and get a little extra beach time! Would definitely recommend and we will be back for sure!

We took a long weekend to get out of the cold and golf in the sun. This place worked out perfect for the six of us. The place is immaculate and the view is gorgeous with the water and mountains in the background. I was a little nervous about getting into the gated community but we did not have any trouble. I would definitely stay here again.

If you're looking for an amazing vacation home with everything you need to make yourself feel pampered, this is the place! Just bring your clothes and food. A few things I didn't expect was to find coffee, tea, spices, cooking oil spray, and things like foil and plastic wrap/bags, etc. Although I brought my own, it was a very nice touch! It took me a few minutes to figure out the fireplace (open the doors and look at the lower left-hand corner for the on/off switch), but once I found that, it was wonderful to enjoy a cozy fire! The views are amazing! The soaking tub for two was wonderful! Everything is comfortable and all the extras were thought about. I loved having comfy throw blankets for use along with local guidebooks as thoughtful touches. This was a very relaxing getaway for our anniversary and we couldn't have enjoyed it more! Would love to make this our go-to place every year! Thank you to our hosts! This was fabulous!

This spot was beautiful from the inside and out. The location is located in the center of Cinema plaza located in Lahaina. This location is located in Lahaina near sports and dining. We didn’t have to rent a car, only did for one day to take the road to Hana. You’re a like to find local car rentals cheaper than the airport (just Yelp). This place had a full kitchen, two full baths and a washer with dryer. I recommend this place and would definitely rent again.

Great house with nice amenities and was very well provisioned. Place was spotless when arrived and could tell that it was disinfected prior to our arrival. We were moving our two girls into their respective college campuses and it was a perfect set up for us with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Each bed was so comfortable too. Also loved that it was only 3 short blocks away from the river trail. Will definitely rent this place again.

Great location, quick walk to Cabriolet lift for skiers; easy walk up the hill to the base for retail stores and food. Condo itself is cozy. A little smaller than pictures portray but worked out well for our family of four. Nice sunrise from LR slider windows. Host was very friendly and responsive to get maintenance person the next day for a few items.

The Hansel and Gretel Haus is quite adorable and the living spaces are extremely cozy and inviting. Beds are comfortable and new fluffy towels in the bath. Great space for a family of four or five. Keep in kind it is an old historic house with narrow and worn wooden stairs but has a sturdy banister if needed. Also the upstairs Jack n Jill bath has everything you need but being an old house, it is a tight space. That being said, we loved staying here to visit our mid. Also an easy 10 to 15 minute walk to DTA and some great places to eat nearby on West St. Also loved having easy parking.

Our week long stay was nothing short of spectacular. The pictures of this house do it no justice it all! The house is extremely well appointed and stocked with all the items you would need on your getaway ( linens, towels, extra pillows, soap, etc.) All the bedrooms were very nice and very comfortable. The patio and pool/spa were gorgeous with great views of the course. PGA West is a great property. Everybody is very nice and helpful. Cindi, Dan and their assistants are phenomenal! Emails are answered extremely fast and they are more than helpful. Thank you for your assistance and making this anniversary gift one of a kind! We loved our rental home in North Beach Plantation! It was perfect! Everything was just as pictured, size and space was very accommodating for our family and the location was perfect to get to so many things! I honestly dont have anything bad to say however I do have some suggestions. Just to make it even better:- It would be nice to have tissues available in the bathrooms as well as more hooks to hang your towels. - It would be nice if a map of the resort grounds was available as soon as you get there. Other than that, we would certainly vacation with this rental again! It was a perfect fit for our family and brought us a wonderful vacation! Thank you so much!

The beach house is just the cutest! We loved it and did not want to leave! The walk to the beach is not bad. I wouldn’t want to do it with really small children but the youngest we had was 8 and it was fine! The pool was awesome and the kids loved it! We grilled out for Memorial Day and made lots of memories!

Great place, everything was as advertised by iTrip. Mark was great host throughout the booking and stay. He is very responsive in replying. The house nicely accommodated 6 adults and grandkids. Close to Tiger Tail beach entrance. Nicely equipped with beach chairs, wagon, and beach toys for the little ones. Thank you

We rented a unit on the 8th floor of Tidewater Beach Resort for the month of February. We were extremely pleased with the unit. We had one small issue with the cable, but Whitney from itrip was able to take care of it in a timely manner. My only complaint would be that it was difficult to contact itrip by e-mail as the e-mails seemed to become lost in cyberspace. I am still trying to contact them to see about renting the unit for next year. Overall a great experience and looking forward to extending our stay next year.

I say ditto to both of the previous reviews. Loved everything about our stay. Saw some whale spouts from the lanai, watched the sea turtle at the shoreline. Incredible sunsets. Awesome!! No surprises, everything was just as it said. I do agree the beach chairs were a little uncomfortable, but definitely better than having to bring/or supply our own. I would stay there again in a heart beat, and highly recommend it to anyone

What a lovely apartment! We had the best time, and felt so at home. We loved having the fire on, and everything we needed was there. It was so easy in the morning the put our skis on, ski down to town and catch the gondola to Peak 7 and 8. Skiing back down 4 O'clock run was a breeze, being next to the apartment. We loved it!

The bed is comfy and all linens were provided. The neighborhood is very quiet. The property is located in close proximity to Desert Ridge which is convenient. The issue I initially had with the outdoor lights turned out to be a timer gone bad and was resolved within a day. I feel relaxed when returning to the property after a day of exploring in the valley.

Serenity had everything we needed for our week stay at Folly Beach! Steven and Sarah were welcoming and easy to communicate with (even through the confusing and unknown times concerning COVID). The condo was SPOTLESS when we arrived and we loved the convenience of being so close to the beach, but also only being a short drive from downtown Charleston.

Great location in Vail Village, spacious, and well appointed, in particular, a very nice new kitchen and new bathrooms.The beds, and bedding, however, need to be upgraded. No comforters and no selection of different types of pillows. Would definitely stay in this unit again

UPDATE: Thank you for your review and sharing your experience at Vail Trails East. The King mattress is now brand new, it was replaced in October 2017 and the twin bed frames were replaced at the same time. We have all new white bedding on the beds with plenty of pillows on each bed along with new carpet that was installed in January 2018. We would love to welcome you again and hope you will be delighted with the improvements.

Thank you for the most relaxing week. We enjoyed the peaceful and tranquil view. This is one of the best places we have stayed on Hilton Head Island in all of our over 30 years visiting the Island. We hope our future holds a return to Ocean Club 50.
