It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us! This is a permitted vacation rental with the City of LA Home Sharing Dept. We also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation.

* Minimum age to book is 25 years old. Valid photo ID required.

* Check-in is after 4 pm | Check out is at 11 am

MAX NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS

The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS

A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip Los Angeles in writing prior to the arrival date.

NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS

Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $250 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.

QUIET HOURS: 10 pm – 7 am. No Outdoor Music during this time. We are dedicated to protecting our guests and neighbors from bothersome levels of noise. In an effort to do so, this property is equipped with NoiseAware technology. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property.

NO SMOKING Smoking is allowed outside on the roof top only. If any trace of smoke is found inside the home, there will be a strictly enforced $500 fine and the cost to eliminate residual odors.

Please fully shut off AC/Heat and lock all doors when leaving the home or not in use.

PET FEES:

Well behaved dogs under 30 lbs are welcome with a $75 per pet fee and paid prior to check-in. Dogs should not be left unattended in the home unless they are muzzled or crated. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds.

* You will provide the Full Names and Ages of all your guests

* In the event of an emergency to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, we reserve the right to enter the property.

The Barhmam Boutique Townhouse was perfect for my business trip while working at Warner Bros. Studios. It's minutes away from Universal and Warner Bros. There is generous space throughout the property, and everything was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend and will definitely be booking again!

Took our family to Universal Studios and this was a great location. Very easy to take an Uber or Lyft to get to the park and surrounding areas. The area is safe and secure. The townhouse was quite large and well suited for our family. Everyone had their own bathroom which was a bonus. The roof top was a nice bonus, great spot to hang out or read a book. Our ride back to the Burbank airport took about 20 min. I had a great a experience with this rental, overall an excellent vacation.

The four levels of this condo let our family of 6 spread out and find time to relax between adventures. We were able to walk to Universal Studios, groceries and restaurants. Bonuses included safe, off-street parking and a roof-top spot for outdoor relaxation. Downside is street noise and lots of stairs to haul luggage up.

I had business in LA and flew my family in from VA for a long weekend of sight seeing. We started with hitting the Getty museum , worked in a trip to Malibu and saw the other typical spots. We are an active family and that means we need to seek out places to run and hike. This rental couldn't have been better! We were able to walk through the neighboring community and pop out in the edge of Griffith Park where we found ample trails and sights to see. The loop around the reservoir is great for a flat 3.3 mile loop while running the trails up to the Hollywood sign and the Griffith Observatory provide a challenge for even the fittest! Lilly and Dave were great hosts, even sending back to Virginia a suitcase one of the kids accidently left. That's above and beyond! Traders Joes is less than 2 miles away. Check out Gala Thai and Mercado for some good eats close by. Drive over to Porto for a treat to eat.

This house was just perfect!!! We had all our boys with us. Ages 9-14! It worked perfect for us. So close to universal, Hollywood blvd. all the fun stuff!!! Owners were easy and a delight to deal with.

This home had everything we needed! Perfect arrangement for our family, the kitchen had everything we needed, and everything we needed for a beach day. We loved how it was decorated and how clean it was. We also got great advice for places to visit and to eat from the agent. Communication was great and we would definitely stay here again and use iTrip again.

Four friends spent a week in LA and stayed at the Barham Townhouse..the location was perfect for us and the accommodations(3 bedrooms and baths) were perfect..The townhouse was very clean and well appointed..Our only problem was the lack of cable that we could access....An iTrip rep came and spent 2 hours trying to help but never succeeded ..There was only Roko which we were not able to access ..We thought that we would have basic cable but think that the owners had cancelled it...So it was the fault of the owners not iTrip.

Our family of 4 has a great stay. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own bathroom which is optimal. Beds were comfortable and everything was provided for a great stay. Enjoyed having a spot in the parking garage.

Very nice townhome, well appointed and clean. My wife and our two adult children really enjoyed the place and actually spent some time on the rooftop patio in the sun. Convenient location, easy to get to restaurants and grocery nearby. We would definitely stay there again.
