EagleRidge Townhome 1471 provides guests a luxurious mountain lodge feel in an incredible Steamboat location. Even though you are a quick, easy walk to the resort base area, this spacious, three-level, 2,641 square foot townhome offers guests a private, tranquil setting, just off the beaten path, and lives more like a single family home.
Enter the home on the middle level, either through the front door or attached one car garage.
Up a few steps is a spacious, open concept great room featuring a wall of windows overlooking the valley, vaulted ceilings, knotty pine mountain style railings, cabinetry, doors, trim and other accents, a gas fireplace, flat screen TV and comfortable seating options including a sofa and two chairs.
The updated kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need for cooking a meal and offers gorgeous granite counters and stainless steel appliances.
The dining table right off the kitchen has six chairs and there are three bar stools at the kitchen counter.
Off the living area is deck with beautiful views of the slopes and valley, plus a gas grill and outdoor dining table and chairs.
Four bedrooms are dispersed on the upper and lower levels and ensure plenty of space and privacy for your group.
Two king en suites are on the upper level. One offers a large bathroom with both a large separate soaking tub and walk in shower, as well as a two sink vanity. The bedroom has a dresser, closet storage and a flat screen TV. The other features stunning views, a flat screen TV, dresser, closet and it also has its own bathroom with a walk in shower. There is a nice sitting area outside the en suites.
On the lower level is a second living area (where the sleeper sofa is) as well as two more bedrooms, one which has patio access. Both have two twin beds (four total downstairs), plenty of storage and share a full bathroom that has two sinks and a tub/shower combo.
There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.
Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.
Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.
