Community Pool & Hot Tub - *If you are booking a stay in April-May or September-November please check with us with to be sure the pool and hot tub are operational during your stay if this is an important part of your vacation. They occasionally are closed for seasonal cleaning etc.

During the summer, you are across the street with access to the beach, biking and hiking trails, the roller coaster and other activities at the base of the mtn.
No Smoking or Pets Allowed
The West is one of the best rental property locations in Steamboat, right across the street from base area/Gondola Transit Center. The West unit #3301 is the only four bedroom condo at The West and can accommodate large groups or families of up to 10 guests.
This three level property lives like a townhome with nobody above or below you and features stunning views of the Yampa Valley.
The spacious, open living area on the top floor offers valued ceilings, a gas fireplace and ample, comfortable seating on a large sectional sofa and another sofa around a large flat screen tv along with lots of windows, great natural light and the aforementioned scenic vistas.
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you will need to make a meal, while the large dining table can seat 8-10 (with four on the window bench), plus two bar stools at the kitchen counter. There is also a deck that is accessible from the living room, that has both amazing valley as well as slope views.
The four bedrooms and three bathrooms are dispersed on the lower two levels and all have plenty of closet and drawer storage.
The master en suite provides a king bed, flat screen tv and an attached sunroom/yoga nook with a writing desk, reading chairs and beautiful views. The private bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
The other three bedrooms each have two twin beds. Two of these bedrooms also have flat screen tv’s. The other bedroom has a walkout patio and the incredible valley and slope views.
There are two other bathrooms, one on each floor, that also have tub/shower combos.
There is a washer and dryer also in the unit for your convenience.
There is an outdoor lockable ski storage facility.
Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.
Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.
Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.
