Ski-In/Walk-out condo, one of the best locations in Steamboat. Walk out back of building, across a parking lot and click on your skis! It's that simple. At the end of the day, ski right to the back door of the building. *Please note: There is no guarantee that there will be enough snow for this unit to be fully ski-in in early ski season (November 15-December 15) and also in late season (after March 20). Snowfall levels vary from year to year.
Free shuttle service (winter only) - to the gondola/base area, town, restaurants, pubs or grocery store.

Storm Meadows is simply one of the best rental property locations in Steamboat, right above Right-O-Way Trail, providing ski-in and walk-out accommodations.
The beautifully updated and remodeled property offers an open living area with comfortable seating on a sofa (pulls out for a 2nd bed) and chairs. Lay in bed and take in the slope views or sit back and relax on the sofa by the gas fireplace and watch movies on the large flat screen TV. Off of the living area is the updated kitchen, featuring gorgeous counter tops, beautiful stainless appliances, wood cabinetry and two counter bar stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking a meal. There is a rustic, wood dining table with seating for 4 in the living area, perfect for a family or two couples. There is a an accordion door that can close off the bedroom to separate form the living area/pull out sofa and turn this studio into a 1 bedroom. The updated full bathroom is right off of that area and includes a glass shower.
Enjoy the community hot tub. *If you are booking a stay in April-May or September-November please check with us with to be sure the hot tubs are operational during your stay if this is an important part of your vacation. They occasionally close for a seasonal cleaning etc.
There is a secured ski locker in the building for all of your gear and free parking outside the building.
During the summer, you are right there on the biking and hiking trails, at the base area you have access to other activities such as the Outlaw Mountain Coaster, mini golf, plenty of kid friendly activities, free concerts and movies.
Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.
Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.
Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.
