True ski-In/ski-out, one of the best locations in Steamboat. Walk out the building and click on your skis! It's that simple. No need to walk or carry your equipment. At the end of the day, ski right to the back door of the building. *Please note: There is no guarantee that there will be enough snow for this unit to be fully ski-in/ski-out in early ski season (November 15-December 15) and also in late season (after March 20). Snowfall levels vary from year to year.
You are only a two minute walk away to access to the "The Spa at Storm Meadows" community hot tub, pool & sauna, exercise facility (year-round) and outdoor tennis courts (summer only) Outdoor tennis courts do have pickleball lines, and you can request paddles and a ball from the spa reception desk.
*Please note many amenities and features are provided and maintained by the HOA and other entities. Some features are only offered seasonally and also require occasional maintenance, cleaning, and upgrades. For example many pools and hot tubs are temporarily closed from approximately April to Memorial Day Weekend and/or Labor Day weekend to Thanksgiving. If there's a particular feature that's important to your stay please reach out at booking.

Storm Meadows Club Condo C-212 offers one of Steamboat’s most desirable ski locations, situated right above Right-O-Way Trail, providing true ski-in and ski-out accommodations. You just can’t beat picking up your skis from your private 1st floor ski locker, with access to trails right outside the building, and being able to ski right back to the same place.
This warm and inviting first floor unit is easily accessible and has an open floor plan with beautiful artwork and furniture, high ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace (rare in Steamboat), and a combo of wood and tile flooring.
After a day on the mountain, relax on the sofa or big chair, next to the crackling of the wood fire, and watch a game, movie or show on the flat screen TV.
The open living area also includes a nice dining table with seating for 4, perfect for a family or two couples.
The full kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is equipped with everything you need for cooking a meal.
Enjoy a beverage on the partially covered patio accessible off the living area. There is also a private Weber® gas grill for your use.
The master bedroom has a comfy, king sized bed and plenty of storage with both a dresser and a closet.
The full bathroom is located in the hallway and has a shower and tub combo with glass doors.
There are laundry facilities in the building for your convenience.
During the summer, you are right there on the biking and hiking trails and other activities at the base of the mtn.
Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.
Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.
Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.
