Golf View #3212. This unit is located in GOLF VIEW RESORT! Less than a mile to the main Parkway in Pigeon Forge. The condo features 2-bedrooms with King Size beds, 2-bathrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Sleeping 6 people! The Golf View Resort features an on-site charcoal grilling area, outdoor seasonal pool and indoor pool that is open year-round. The Resort is located next to the Gatlinburg Golf Course. Upon making your way into the unit, you'll notice the spacious open living area featuring an electric fireplace and comfortable seating. Unit #3212 is located on the third floor; you have a golf course view off of the outdoor porch area. You can hear the sounds of the Dollywood train from this resort. The Golf View resort does have both an indoor and outdoor seasonal pool/outdoor hot tub and sauna and a community grilling area available for guests to use.

Overall the condo was in a great location, and was clean with a few exceptions. The pillows need to be replaced and the master bed was hard as a rock! Housekeeping needs to do a better job, one closet had a dead cockroach and mouse droppings thankfully we never saw a mouse. The comforters in both bedrooms were dirty with stains and hair on them, we also had another live giant cockroach in the master bath the last night of our stay!

The Golf View Resort was absolutely amazing. The amenities that were included in the stay was more than we even expected. Everything about this Golf view Resort was absolutely wonderful. The check in and check out process was very easy. A safe and a secure place to stay. My husband is a golfer, and so, it was important for us to find somewhere where he could golf. The golf course, the professionalism of everything that we experience is beyond words, the view of the golf course from our condominium was just amazing. If you are looking for a place to stay, I would recommend the Golf View Resort. The rooms the bed. Everything was excellent. We cannot wait to return to the same place for our upcoming wedding anniversary.

I found this stay on line as I was looking at VRBO for Gatlinburg area. My family was very happy with this booking. The location was great as it is off the Parkway but still very close to everything we did. The great perk was each day we got a free ticket for something we wanted to do. The savings made this even a better stay. We also used the outdoor pool and it was nice. Another bonus was we could walk out at night and had a great view of the fireworks at Dixie Stampede. We already plan another stay here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Golf View #3212 for our long weekend at Pigeon Forge, TN. The condo unit was very roomy and clean and the fireplace added a very warm touch to the atmosphere. Having a heated swimming pool in the building was also a plus for the grandkids. The king beds were also nice, but the long pillows for sleeping were too hard. I usually take my own pillow when traveling but forgot it this time (I am particular about my pillows). The elevator was out of service when we got there, and my husband has bad legs and can't do the steps very well, but a nice couple carried our gags up which we greatly appreciated. The elevators were fixed by the next morning after we reported the problem. Also, it would have been nice to know which building to go to when we got there because we had no clue. Turns out it was like the third building on the hill with parking under the building. We first went to the wrong one. A confusing arrival in the night in the dark because we weren't familiar with it, but unit was comfortable and nice after we found it.

Lights were burned out bath tub does not drain well the master bedroom was hot could not get any air to it. There was pipes leaking in the parking area on the vehicles, beeping noise from room next-door throughout our whole stay hot water was not hot enough they charge you $200 for a cleaning fee and you have to take the garbage out.

Thank you for your feedback. We strongly recommend our guests to reach out with any issues or concerns upon arrival. Our records indicate that we did not receive a request for service at anytime during your stay. We have had the property thoroughly inspected. We did find a light bulb out but no other issues with the unit itself. Taking the garbage out is standard procedure, the cleaning fee of $105 is to ensure that your stay is clean and disinfected with clean sheets and linens. We apologize you had a less than perfect stay. This property enjoys a wonderful 4.5 stars. We hope your next visit is a pleasant one.

The property located on a wonderful hillside. Clean and well maintained. Once you open the door you are overcome by the size, large spacious living and dining area. Then a walk down a well decorated hallway leading to 2 large bedrooms with king-sized bed. 2 full bathrooms round out this mountain side golf view property. The quiet mornings with birdsong simply is the best. We will be a returning quest.

This spot was amazing. The place was cozy and wonderful. More than we expected. We loved the peaceful, private balcony overlooking the golf course. We loved the ease of not having to check in. It was very easy getting from the parking garage to the room. We had a great view of the Dollywood fireworks and drone show. We were close to all the fun while being far enough away it was quiet. The drive down to the pool wasn't as bad as I thought it would be (I wanted to just walk but it was only a 1 minute drive). The pool area was excellent. Definitely keeping this on our list to stay again next time we are down!

We loved the location and beautiful views of the golf course. The condo had lots of room and accommodated my family. My only suggestions would be to lower the master bed as it sat a little high and to add a kerig machine. People with arthritis have a hard time maneuvering a regular coffee pot. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to family & friends. Location and views were awesome !!

Had a good stay. Biggest issue was the master bed mattress was too firm to sleep comfortably but the second bedroom mattress was fine. The dishwasher did not work. In this day and time, WiFi is a standard and this condo lacked accessibility.

Our room was okay. We had an issue with a missing cable box in the Master bedroom. We spoke to Jack at itrip and he was super friendly he made sure that someone came out the next day and installed a new one. The only other issue we had was with the Jacuzzi Tub. When we turned the jets on the button completely fell into the hole and water was shooting out everywhere in the bathroom. My husband had to turn it off at the breaker box. Again spoke to someone at itrip and they had it repaired while we were out for the day. The internet was spotty the whole time. But overall we had a good trip.

The place was nice and we booked for four days. They only provided three dish washer tabs and one laundry soap. I had prepared for the laundry but not the dish washer. We did not have pot holders and only one roll of paper towels. The bath tub stopper did not work so we could not use the jetted tub. There was on spot on the floor we cleaned up when we got there and the rug could have been vacuumed. We did have to wash the sheets and blankets for the sofa bed because they had not been cleaned. Overall the place was nice and I would say fairly clean. We have stayed in way worst. Perfect location and if we come back to Pigeon Forge we will stay there again.
