I never received the email with the code to get in the condo, checked my spam and followed all the directions. I called before I arrived because I had family coming from another state to meet me there and didn’t want them standing outside late at night waiting. The first person I talked to was very friendly but gave me the wrong code. The second person I talked to was also very friendly and helpful and was eventually able to supply me with the correct door code. It was aggravating, very aggravating. BUT, the representatives handled it with much kindness and I appreciate that!!! After that we had a great stay. I would go back and recommend!

This condo was very nice. Great location! Master bed was loud and hard and sheets wouldn’t stay on. Tv in second room wouldn’t change channels, so was stuck on one channel. All flooring could’ve been a lot cleaner. Lastly, never got a single email about the discount coupons for attractions. Reached out about this to different emails and only got one reply telling me to email someone else. I would think as a host if this is one of your selling points, you would want to ensure your renters get what’s being promised. Can’t say we wouldn’t stay again, but can say it won’t be a first choice.

Could have used updated sink ware. Sponges could have been updated. The one left was a little sad looking. Hand soap was out at the sink as well. No big deal, but a thing to keep a eye out next go around. Loved the place over all.

We enjoyed our stat at Abundantly Blessed Mountain View Condo #3604. It totally lives up to it's name with the Mountain View. Great Location everything. It was off of the main Parkway and sits up on the mountain just enough that you can't hear any of the traffic. The condo itself was very quiet unlike hotels where you can hear on the floor above you or even out in the hallway. I would highly recommend this to anyone and will most likely try to stay here again in the future. The only issue we had was that the light bulb was burnt out in the master closet and the towel bar in the master bath was not there but other than that, everything worked out well for our stay.

This was our first time to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area and we thoroughly enjoyed the condo's prime location to everything! With easy access to the pool, play area and nearby attractions, this condo didn't disappoint... until my mom and I went to bed. Both beds were very uncomfortable and the mattress pad rustled when ever you moved around. After walking around all day, we both looked forward to getting a good night sleep, but weren't able to until we got home to our own beds.

This place was amazing plenty of space, rooms were spacious and beautiful along with a great view of the mountains. The facility was family friendly with playground, walking area, 2 pools, hot tub, games, etc. Centrally located in town, but set back enough to have peace and quiet. Excellent accommodations easy of access everything better then expected! From toddler to adult definitely recommend the stay

A group of friends come each year and rent a condo at Mountain View. We love staying here. The accommodations are excellent! We rented #3604. There does appear to be a problem with the lock. The key entry works fine but the door handle is loose and does not always open the first time. We will be back next year!!!!

1st....I had a death in my family (my dad) and had to miss the first three days of my rented condo.I didn't want money back but asked if they could add the three days I lost on the back end. They did nothing for me!.when we did get to the condo...the walk in shower was totally dirty from top to bottom. The TV in the master bedroom didn't work. The elevator smelled horrible.there were bugs in the elevator ceiling lights. Just a bad experience. We found another place to stay called Cherokee condos.That place was so much better and clean plus they gave me a discount

We are extremely sorry for the loss of your Father. We would have been glad to change the dates of your stay adding the missed days to the end of your booking. As we explained at that time there was not an option because the condo was already booked for those days and was not available. We would be glad to extend a discount to you on your return. We encourage all travelers to protect their travel investment with trip insurance. We will speak to the onsite manager for the HOA regarding the condition of the elevator. The shower and tv had been inspected prior to your arrival and were in good condition at that time. We would have been glad to respond to any concerns or needs during your stay had we been notified. Again, we do sincerely apologize for the loss.

The condo is beautiful and clean! Kitchen is well equipped and has beautiful granite countertops. Beds are nice and comfy. Furniture is nice and comfy! They decorated for Christmas and the tree is gorgeous! Very convenient to everything....Starbucks is less than half a mile. You can see King Kong climbing the wax museum. You can see the ferris wheel at The Island!

Very nice place. Loved the view and all the kid-friendly equipment. Only suggestion is to update kitchenware(pots and pans) and maybe the couches. We REALLY enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks!

The unit was nice except the floors were very dirty. When you walked barefoot the bottoms of your feet got black. I had to mop the floors with a towel. We rented this same unit in July and had the same problem. Also the kitchen sink didnt have a stopper that worked and no potholders or dish clothes. The location of the unit is great and patio view is great. Housekeeping just needs to mop the floors with clean water

The condo is very clean and well located in Pigeon Forge. Very quiet and relaxing in the evenings. A couple of issues need to be corrected, prior to the next guest: 1. Toaster oven is broke (broken know was in a drawer) and unusable. We planned on bagels every morning... 2. A set of oven mits would be a nice touch. 3. More blankets. All in all, a great place for the price and I would stay here again. 4 STARS

Location was very convenient - mountain view and close to Pigeon Forge parkway. Close to many nice restaurants, activities, and The Island. From balcony, can see Smoky Mountains. Interior of condo has great floor layout and beautifully furnished. We had everything necessary in the condo for a week-long stay. Price was also reasonable for the area. Absolutely loved the condo and location!!

Mountain View Condos are absolutely amazing. Condo is furnished beautifully and has everything we need for our week-long vacation. The view from our balcony is gorgeous. Nice indoor and outdoor pools, corn hole and volleyball on the lawn. And walking trails on property. Owners have been gracious and extremely quick on responding to questions. I put it in a text. Overall, we like the unit and the view. However, it needs some attention. No extra trash bags, toilet paper or tissues. The back of the tv remote falls off and the timer knob on the toaster oven is broken. No dishcloths and the miniature ironing board is wobbly.

The condo is very nice and spacious. We enjoyed staying there. The reason for 4 stars is the beds. I am a very light sleeper and the beds make crackling noises every time you move. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

The condo was clean and up to date. We had to put a few of the decorations up so that the toddler did not break them. Only problems we had with condo was that the master bedroom TV would only stay on one channel and the guest bathroom shower curtain came down and we couldn't get it put back up. I did send email to owners to let them know. Otherwise, we had a great time out on Douglas Lake with our boat and visiting all around the Smokies. Will definitely come back. Owners were great to work with when we thought we had a problem and may not have been able to make it down to visit. But all worked out.

We have enjoyed our stay at Mountain View so far! The condo was very clean when we arrived. Everything is comfortable and pleasantly decorated. The condo is well stocked with pretty much all one needs for a vacation. My only complaint is wishing the door had a chain or another way to secure it higher up as my toddler figured out how to open the door. The balcony view is amazing! The condo is right across from the pool as well. We love how quiet the resort is yet it's close to all the attractions. This was our first time to Pigeon Forge but we will be back and will stay here again!

This was a great place to stay. I went with a couple friends for a weekend trip and we all loved the condo. It was very clean and well decorated. The couches and beds were all very comfortable. The kitchen had all the essentials. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. It was simple to book, and the location was perfect. Checking in and out was hassle free. We had an excellent stay in this condo. Very clean, spacious, and convenient to the strip. We were right in the middle of everything but back far enough that we heard none of the traffic or commotion. My children (ages 3 and 6 months) had more than enough room to play and the highchair already in the room was GREAT. We will definitely book this property again in the future.

We had an EXCELLENT experience at this property. We used this condo for our annual Christmas family vacation. My husband and I, along with our two children (ages 3 and 7 months) absolutely loved it. The booking and check in process was very smooth. Upon arrival the condo exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, spacious, quiet, and beautifully decorated for the Christmas season. It was centrally located on the strip but far enough back that we didn't hear the heavy traffic. We had a small issue with our kitchen sink but maintenance handled it very quickly and efficiently. We will definitely book this property again soon!

Our family just stayed here and loved it! It is a well laid out condo, with plenty of space to spread out if needed, enjoy family time, and close to amenities to get out and enjoy the area. It's a quiet area tucked in the middle of pigeon forge. It was a great choice for us with children in several age brackets, including a toddler. (I felt very safe with the toddler vs a mountain cabin). Would definitely recommend if looking for a quiet area that is still very close to all the attractions.

My wife and I loved, simply loved the Mountain View Condo #3604. It was exactly as pictured, with wonderful furniture, a King Sized bed in the larger suite. The Memory foam mattress took a little getting used to, but it was extremely comfortable and made for great night sleeps. Check in was flawless, the view from the long and roomy balcony was exceptional. It was a two bedroom condo and my sister joined us for a few days. She had her own space and I can't say enough about the condo. I would recommend it to anyone. We really enjoyed it far more than the cabin "which was impressive" we stayed in last year. The space was close to everything, just about .25 miles from the strip down the driveway and you are in the thick of things in Pidgeon Forge. If we return to Pidgeon Forge we will certainly lease here again. I left some athletic shoes in the condo upon my departure. We inquired about them and they were found and the staff, Allison, promptly got back to me and said they were found and that they would send them out to me. You gotta love that kind of service. Only two things we didn't like. The ironing board was so small that we could not actually use it and therefore went about wrinkled. The iron leaked water making it difficult to use without wetting your clothes. Other than those two minor things, it was a great place to stay. It was clean and well kept.

We loved condo 3604! Very spacious and clean. I was surprised to have such a nice view of the mountains while being so close to the main parkway. The location was very convenient which was important to us, but to get all these "extras" such as views and family atmosphere just made the experience even better. Will stay here again.

Very nice and beautifully decorated. Enjoyed the views in the morning while sitting on the balcony. was perfect for girl weekend. will reserve this condo again. very clean
