This tranquil retreat is well-appointed with everything you'll need for the perfect getaway. The fully equipped kitchen offers a large island with seating for four. Here, you'll find everything you'll need to prepare your favorite dishes or pack a cooler for the beach or a day of boating. The back deck offers a grill and seating, leading down to the fenced yard. There is a private dock where you can cast a line or put in canoes or kayaks. After a day of fun in the sun, you'll enjoy the newly furnished home with games, four TVs, and an electric fireplace.

✔ Guests are permitted to have approved pets on the property and are asked to clean up after them.

We are dog-friendly, but all dogs require pre-approval.
It is required to let us know in advance the size/type of dog you would like to bring so we can approve it. Please note dog breeds on the list below may not be approved without additional information and additional pet owners' insurance coverage.

Dogs must:
- be crated anytime they are left alone.
- be up to date on all vaccinations.
- have flea and tick prevention treatments.
We allow one small/medium-sized dog up to 40 lbs, subject to the medical and damage provisions of the rental agreement. The pet fee is a non-refundable $150 per stay. Additional dogs may be permitted at our sole discretion; if an additional dog is allowed, there is an added $75.00* fee per stay for each additional dog allowed, including all dogs over 40 lbs. (*plus tax per stay)
Please make sure to review the pet-friendly property provisions in the rental agreement.
Please ensure your dog is up to date on their vaccinations (including rabies).
If your dog is not on a regular flea and tick treatment, applying a topical treatment 3 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL IS ESSENTIAL. Fleas and ticks are prevalent all year round. It is critical for your pet's welfare that they are protected at all times.
Prohibited Breeds of Dogs may include any mix of the following. Contact us to discuss your dog: Akita; Boxer; Bull Terrier; Bullmastiff; Chow Chow; Doberman Pinscher; German Shepherd; Giant Schnauzer, Mastiff; Ovtcharka; Presa Canario; Pit Bull; Rhodesian Ridgeback; Rottweiler; Neapolitan Mastiff; Wolf; or Wolf Hybrid
- Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. - 8 a.m.
- No SMOKING anywhere on premises except designated areas on the paved parking lot. Discard butts appropriately!
- Pets are NOT allowed.
- Vandalism is punishable by law. Anyone caught vandalizing will be reported to local authorities. iTrip assumes no responsibility for theft or damages to vehicles or personal property.
- No Outdoor Grilling of any kind on balconies including ground floors.
- Prohibited items: Open flames, fireworks, firearms or weapons of any kind, and drugs that are illegal in the State of Florida are prohibited in the unit.
- Foul Language is NOT tolerated. Be nice.
- No Throwing anything off balconies. It is a felony offense. Violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law & subject to immediate eviction.
- Towels or clothing is not to be hung over the railings.
- Seagulls are NOT to be fed from balconies.
- Florida Laws Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Florida, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Florida or the above rules may cause tenants to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
