There is direct beach access, meaning you are just steps away from the sugary white sand and surf. A gated resort pool and kiddie pool are located on the beachfront side as well, with plenty of sun loungers and shady palm trees. There is a basketball court and shuffleboard on site and a grilling pavilion ideal for grilling up a fresh catch for dinner. The location is perfect if you would like to park for free and go explore the city on foot, with plenty of options for dining, shopping, activities and entertainment all within walking distance. This fabulous second-floor, three-bedroom/ three-bathroom condo offers a kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook up meals including full-size appliances, ample counterspace, and a pantry big enough to stock all your family's favorite snacks. The dining area has seating for six with additional seating at the breakfast bar. Take in the palm trees swaying in the breezes and views of the beautiful Emerald Coast as the views can be seen from nearly every room thanks to the open layout, which let your whole group connect and maximizes the family fun. - No SMOKING anywhere on premises except designated areas on the paved parking lot. Discard butts appropriately!
- Pets are NOT allowed.
- Vandalism is punishable by law. Anyone caught vandalizing will be reported to local authorities. iTrip assumes no responsibility for theft or damages to vehicles or personal property.
- No Outdoor Grilling of any kind on balconies including ground floors.
- Prohibited items: Open flames, fireworks, firearms or weapons of any kind, and drugs that are illegal in the State of Florida are prohibited in the unit.

- No Throwing anything off balconies. It is a felony offense. Violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law & subject to immediate eviction.
- Towels or clothing is not to be hung over the railings.
- Seagulls are NOT to be fed from balconies.
- Florida Laws Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Florida, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Florida or the above rules may cause tenants to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
