Commodore 906 is a recently renovated, three-bedroom, three-bath beachfront condo on the east end of Panama City Beach, offering upscale finishes, a chef’s kitchen, and tasteful coastal décor. Located on the 9th floor just steps from parking, it features a spacious balcony with stunning beach and resort views—perfect for a relaxing Gulf Coast getaway.

THE SPACE

✔ Three Bedrooms: Both master suites feature king-size beds, en-suite baths, TVs, and balcony access. The guest bedroom has two queen-sized beds, a TV, and private access to the guest bathroom.

✔ Living Room: Plush seating with a queen-size sleeper sofa, love seat, a flat screen TV, and balcony access.

✔ Kitchen: Well-appointed chef's kitchen with pot filler, double oven, dishwasher, and all you'll need to prepare meals. The dining area has a table with seating for eight, as well as bar seating for three.

✔ Bathrooms: The first master bathroom features a vanity with a walk-in jetted bath/shower combo that is handicap accessible. The second bathroom, attached to the second master suite, features a vanity and a walk-in shower. The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower and a vanity, accessible from the guest bedroom or the main living area.

$300 FREE Activities: Guests will receive one complimentary admission to each of our select activities per day. You can attend all of these activities every day, and one person will be free each day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to play a round of golf in the morning (one person is free) and then enjoy a Dolphin Cruise that afternoon (one person is free). Alternatively, you may choose to visit WonderWorks with the kids in the morning (one person is free), while your husband can play golf (one person is free). Then you can meet up that afternoon for the dolphin cruise (one person is free). You may participate in some or ALL of the select activities every day, and one person from your party is free each day!

Cancellation

CANCELLATION POLICY In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a $100.00 administrative fee. GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL BEFORE THE 30-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. There will be no refund for early departure unless authorities request mandatory hurricane evacuation. Vacation Insurance is recommended.

  • Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. - 8 a.m.
  • Smoking Policy: Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
  • Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises unless otherwise stated in the property description.
  • Vandalism: Vandalism is illegal and will be reported to local authorities. iTrip is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles or personal property.
  • Outdoor Grilling: No outdoor grilling is allowed on balconies, including ground floors.
  • Prohibited Items: The following items are prohibited within the unit: open flames, fireworks, firearms or weapons of any kind, and illegal drugs as defined by the State of Florida.
  • Language: Foul language is not tolerated. Please be respectful to others.
  • Balcony Safety: Do not throw any items off balconies. This is a felony offense, and violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and may face immediate eviction.
  • Hanging Items: Towels or clothing may not be hung over railings.
  • Feeding Wildlife: Seagulls are not to be fed from balconies.

Compliance with Florida Laws: Tenants and their guests must comply with all state and local laws while on the premises. Failure to adhere to these rules or the laws of Florida may result in the tenant being asked to vacate the premises, with the potential forfeiture of all paid rent and security/damage deposits.

Our unit (906) was very newly remodeled and in great condition. The property is very well maintained as well and the security gate is a nice feature. We did not realize before arrival that the complex only allows one beach chair/umbrella vendor in the beach space, so be sure you get that info if you’re looking to rent chairs. This condo is the “smartest” condo we’ve ever stayed in! Only three complaints/suggestions for the unit: a) we did not notice the notebook with instructions for the master shower and other pertinent condo info until our next to last day there - maybe that binder could be placed in a more noticeable spot when guests are arriving, b) bring your multi-outlet cords as there aren’t enough outlets if you’re bringing several devices, need to charge portable chargers, or have hair tools etc and c) there were 7 in our group and dining was a bit of an issue. The space between the kitchen and living room is very, very tight so getting around the table while people are seated is almost impossible - and you cannot use the two bar stools while the dining table is in use. iTrip was great to work with and very informative and communicative except one instance. I requested information on locating a broom within the unit and it was a Saturday, but I thought they said they would respond anytime. We did not get a response until Monday morning, so by that time we had to buy our own broom as we had a mess to clean up. Minor issue indeed, but if there had been an automated message to tell me they wouldn’t respond until Monday that would have been nice. Overall a great stay!

We had a great time and the condo made it even better! Plenty of room, balcony seating, parking and best of all no wait elevators!! Everything was super clean and easy access to the pool and beach! Amazing Vacation

I would recommend using Itrip for your vacation rentals. We received excellent service by the property manager. He was very kind and wanted to make sure that all our expectations were met. The condo was amazing and we had a wonderful trip. The property manager was even kind enough to make sure we made it home safely. It was one of the BEST Girl's trip I have experienced. We spent the month of February in Commodore #906 and had a wonderful experience. We loved sitting on the large balcony which was well equipped with a table and chairs with a view of the ocean that is second to none! This condo has been beautifully renovated with new comfy beds and mattresses which is so important and all updated appliances. We found the place clean and very well equipped with ample dishes, glasses, silverware ,hangers and towels which is rare and lot of little extras that didn't go un-noticed! The pics didn't show it but two bedrooms have a chest of drawers in the walk in closets and the main master had a his and her chest each which also was not shown in the pics. This is our third year at the Commodore and this has been our nicest condo yet!
