This gorgeous condo is the perfect place for that relaxing getaway. It is within walking distance is the Beach, Grocery, Restaurants, Shopping & a Gym with Daily/Weekly drop-ins. Lounge by & Swim in the condo community Pool & cook your fresh seafood, caught or bought, on their Charcoal Grills. There are 2 Covered Parking Spaces with additional Visitor Parking. For Convenience there is a Community Shopping Cart under the stairs to help with unpacking & using the Elevator to carry up all your luggage & provisions.
Enjoy being together but participating in your own activities in the Open Concept Living/Dining/Kitchen areas. The fully stocked Kitchen has lots of counter space for preparing meals & to create a buffet. It is large enough for more than one cook, if you choose. Dine at the Dining Table with close proximity to the Kitchen for easy serving & cleanup. There is a Bar with 4 stools at the Kitchen Counter for Breakfast, Snacking, Games, Mobile Working or just entertaining those preparing the meals. If you prefer Alfresco Dining with an Ocean Breeze & View, eat on the Covered Deck with access from the Living area.
In the Living area are two Large Comfy Sofas with room for everyone. The coffee table is great for bringing your games to play or assembling your puzzles. The Large Screen Smart TV has the ability to Stream your favorite shows & movies.
Within 3 Bedrooms, this condo sleeps 7. Bedroom #1: King, EnSuite (Shower), Smart TV, Closet & Dresser for unpacking. Bedroom #2: 1 Full size Bed and 1 Twin with a trundle, Smart TV, Dresser & Closet. Jack & Jill Bathroom (Shower) shared with Bedrooms 2/3; Bedroom #3: King, Smart TV, Dresser, Closet & Sliding Glass Door to the Covered Deck. The Washer/Dryer allows you to keep those swimsuits & towels at the ready for the next day’s Sun & Sandy Fun. There is beach gear available for your use including 4 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas and a beach wagon to help get your beach gear to the beach.

Community pool access is included with your stay. Key card to access the pool is provided at check-in.
Please note: Linens are included with your reservation and your beds will be made prior to your arrival. Also a Welcome Bag will be waiting for you upon your arrival with starter supplies which includes 2 trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher powder, washing machine powder, dish sponge, small shampoo and conditioner with bar of soap, make up remover, and 2 bottles of water.
