This wonderful dog friendly 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home is perfect for your next island getaway. Tucked away in the tranquil wooded section under the beautiful Live Oaks of Oak Island, this home has all you need to make your vacation perfect. The back yard is an Oasis starting with the screened in back porch leading to the fully fenced in back yard complete with a free standing Bar area and fire pit with Adirondack chairs You can even challenge your friends to a game of corn hole. Back inside the kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to fix delicious meals and there is room for 8 for dinner at the kitchen table and 4 bar stools. The propane gas grill will be ready to cook your day’s catch (caught or bought).
Morning or evening, bring your coffee or wine onto the screened-in porch to relax. Continue to the backyard to find a table for al fresco dining or sit around the fire pit and talk about the day's excitement. There are many games to choose from if you prefer to relax in doors.
When the day is done, choose from 3 bedrooms to dream about your adventures so far. The primary bedroom, with a king-size bed, has an ensuite with a large walk in shower with bench seat. Guest room 1 has a queen size bed & guest room 2 has a twin over full bunk with a trundle. These 2 Guests rooms share a bathroom which has a bathtub/ shower combination. Stream your favorite shows in the primary bedroom or the guest bedroom with a Smart TV to enjoy your evening shows. There is even a pack and play available for use.
The home is only a short 10-15 mins walk to the beach by using the walkway bridge directly down 9th street and across the Davis Canal,

**Limit of 2 dogs - A non-refundable $200 pet fee will be added to the booking for bringing your dog(s). If you break house rules and bring more than 2 dogs without prior approval, a $500 pet fee will be charged.
*On January 10th, 2023 the Oak Island Town Council voted to approve paid parking on the island. The paid parking will be in effect from April 1 through September 30th and the hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm. The cost will be $5 per hour, $20 per day and $80 per week.*
