Starter Supply
Your unit will come with a starter supply of personal toiletries and paper goods, individually wrapped and sealed until you open them. The initial supply includes a starter set of toilet paper and facial tissue in each bathroom, and paper towels and garbage bags in the kitchen, as well as starter-sizes of:

Kitchen - liquid dish soap, dish sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, kitchen cleaning wipes, hand soap

Bathroom - shampoo, conditioner, massage body bar, body lotion, makeup wipe, body wash, hand soap

iTrip Maui also provides a starter set of salt/pepper packets, and a welcome coffee pack (no filter required!) with sugar/creamer packets included.

Smaller sizes are provided to prevent waste - not everyone cooks & washes dishes on vacation. But we want you to have enough to get started without having to run to the grocery store before checking in! Starter supplies are not replenished.

The room was clean and had everything we needed for the week. The complex is like a little community and everyone is so nice! Was nice to have a/c and a fan in the main room and in the bedroom. It also helped block out the noises as the walls are thin and without background noise you can hear mumbling of neighbors. Checkin and check out was super easy! Would highly recommend staying here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Even though it overlooked the pool there was no noise issue for us. Around 8:30 - 8:45 PM is was always very quiet. The condo itself had pretty much everything we could ask for. The only things missing were a couple of beach chairs (and maybe a cheap boogie board). The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. AC was working great, you just have to follow the instructions :-) Even though there was roofing / solar installation going on throughout our stay, we didn't have any noise complaints. Work was done during the day when most people are out on the beach or at the pool. The resort, BBQ & pool area were kept very clean. We can't wait to go back.

This is a beautiful condo and well equipped. We enjoyed eating at The Kitchen which is located on property. The grounds are well kept and very pretty. I was disappointed that the trail to the beach was closed and the only way to get there was climbing down rocks and walking around the point in the water to get to the beach. The laundry room is clean. The only real drawback was that it was difficult to keep the sliders open or use the lanai for several days because of the location right over the pool. It was too noisy and sometimes people were very loud until almost 10 pm. It’s a great place especially if you want to use the pool easily.

The unit was nicely renovated. The kitchen was well stocked. The bed was comfortable. The on-site beach rental was well stocked and very knowledgeable and friendly. Both restaurants had good food and good service. The grounds were very well maintained. I was trying to think of a complaint, but I can’t find one. The unit was close to the pool. However, there is a very high-quality sliding glass door that blocks all the occasional unwanted noise. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I’m partial to the location the coves beaches around Napili are somewhat under used.

We loved out stay especially at this unit-we have been at Napili resort 4 times and by far this was the nicest, well decorated and stocked condo with all the amenities we have had the pleasure of staying at. We are a family with two teenage daughters and stayed in E243. The description of the condo sounded small, but the decor made it feel very spacious. It was well stocked with a tea kettle, blender, toaster, rice cooker, plenty of towels and cleaning supplies that lasted the whole 10 days. There was a packet of coffee and a few spices in the cupboard. Awesome shelves of books and DVDs for days or nights when you just want to chill. Lots of drawer space so we could unpack properly. Three beach chairs were great and the wifi was reliable. The bed was comfortable, but I think my daughters found the sofa bed tough, but then again, they are teenagers and will complain about anything! Overall, the decor and quality of this condo were excellent. Would book again. As far as the resort, we arrived at a very busy time and there were NO rental cars available on the island and we could not get an Uber for love nor money. We had prebooked a Speedishuttle from the airport and we used the hourly transit bus service to get to Kaanapali. Super easy.

E-243 was a perfect stay for us...super clean with all needed amenities, great location right on Napili Bay(one of the best on all of Maui). Super close to shopping, groceries, dining, etc....we actually walked to get our groceries and the local coffee shop. The Owner and Property Management firm answered answered any questions we had promptly. Will DEFiNITELY be coming back :)

We enjoyed our stay in Napili. The condo is beautiful. We were only here for four nights so ate out most of the time but kitchen is pretty well stocked. Wished they had a tea pot for the mornings. Easy walk to the beach and super close to the pool. Even when the pool was busy it was never to loud from the condos lanai. The grounds are pretty and the overall vibe here is chill. It was a nice change after staying at a bigger resort at beginning of our trip. Overall we had s great stay and would recommend to anyone who enjoys Napili! I would be happy coming back.

What a perfect spot! From the moment we booked to the moment we arrived we felt taken care of and at home. When we arrive the Condo was spotless, and completely upgraded and we enjoyed our personal welcome note. Nice touch! There were 4 of us staying here (me, my husband, 17 year old daughter and 11 year old daughter) and it had everything we all needed. The master bed (a King size bed) as well as the pull out sofa (a queen) were extremely comfortable! We slept so well. My favorite part might have been the breeze that came through the condo. Slept like a baby! My girls loved the ease of getting on Wi-Fi and being so close to one of the pools and hot tub. I loved being right outside the pool and being able to watch them from the upper balcony. We didn't have time to use the BBQ but it was very close to us. Thank you for providing beach towels, boogie boards and beach chairs! wow! We used them every day. It was also really nice to have a rental shop on site - we rented snorkel gear for the week. So fun! The bay is so beautiful and so easy to get to, from the condo, walking only a short distance through the immaculate property. The property grounds are very clean and well taken care of - we saw them cleaning and checking the pools daily. We snorkeled in the bay, swam with turtles and relaxed. We literally have no complaints! We all agreed the condo was perfect for us - we will come back here!

My wife and I had the recent opportunity to travel to Maui. We had an amazing time on vacation and one of the major things we enjoyed was our stay in unit E243. The short walk to one of the best beaches on Maui is amazing and this unit has so many positives that we will be coming back for sure! This is a second floor condo which means it has a vaulted ceiling and doesn’t feel like you are staying inside a shoebox. The back patio overlooks the pool/hot tub area but still retains privacy from trees. This avoids the issue of people walking by at ground level being able to look directly into your room. We had the blinds and massive sliding glass door open almost the entire time! It really feels like the owner and management team want you to feel like ohana! The pile of books, from novels to tourism guides as well as the cabinet full of board games helped encourage us to put the cell-phones away, turn the TV and radio off and get on island time with some quality time enjoying each other’s company. The unit is also very relevant and updated. It was immaculately clean with bright art hung up and fresh paint on the walls and trim. The QR code for WiFi made connecting a breeze and the USB outlets were a really nice touch. Drying hooks in the shower we’re a great idea too! We didn’t feel like we were staying in some random rental or hotel, but like we were somewhere that someone genuinely cared about our trip and spent time trying to provide a welcoming, comfortable, and memorable stay.

I have been coming to Maui for the past 15 years, and have stayed at Napili Shores in various units, and this has been hands down the best unit. The vaulted ceilings makes the unit seem 10x bigger, it’s bright with natural light, it stayed cool day and night, and was very clean. Parking and access to the beach was a breeze. This unit overlooks one of the swimming pools, hot tub, and bbq’s. We were able to look to see if the hot tub was full before walking down. Drink refills was a 10 second walk back to the room. Being on the second story, we had privacy from beautiful plumeria trees, and we didn’t have to deal with people walking by us while we sat out on the porch. The Gazebo restaurant is a must while you visit, the lines are always long. It’s a 60 second walk from your room, which means you don’t have the people standing in line looking into your room. We called a to go order in, and ate by the pool. Beach chairs, boogie boards, board games and movies were provided. I highly recommend staying in this unit!

Let me start by saying, this condo is exactly as pictured on their listing. It was very clean, comfortable and exceptionally well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and will be back. The condo and the Napili Shores Resort itself was very clean and welcoming. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because there was no air conditioning and it was very muggy and hot most of our days there so it was hard to sleep, (and the bed was very comfortable). No disrespect to the owners, we did know there was'nt any air and most places don't use air conditioning. We're just used to it. I'm sure it's just fine, most of the year. We'll just come back a different time of year!

We were a group of 20 families in Napili Bay for a destination wedding. 12 of the group stayed at Napili Shores. We arrived after staying in Honolulu for a few days. Apart E 243, 1 brm has been renovated and upgraded compared to the other apartments. The upgrade showed. The WI Fi internet was good and much better than the property we stayed in Honolulu. Overall we had a grand time in Maui.

I have been staying at Napili Shores for the last 25 years and I need to say that E-243 is one of the nicest units I have stayed in. It is decorated beautifully in true island spirit and is fully equipped with high end supplies. I thought that not having an ocean view would disappoint me but it did not in the least. The beauty of the unit definitely made up for it and I would not hesitate to stay there again.
