** No access to mailbox or any mail sent to this property is permitted. Delivery and packages are OK. We require separate Security Deposit and Rental Agreement for stays over 30 days and offer month to month agreements.
All 30+ day stays require mid stay cleaning by our professional housekeeping team. This is a full clean of the home and change of bed linens.
This is a short-term rental property only. No Tenants rights apply. You must check-out on the date your contract finishes.
HOUSE RULES:
It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us! We also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation.
Minimum 25 years of age to book. Valid photo ID will be required, as well as names and ages of all your Guests.
* Check-in is after 4 pm | Check out is at 11 am
We request that all Guest kindly remove their shoes/sneakers etc before entering the home.
MAX NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS - 2
The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.
With our Extra Guest Fee $75 we can allow for (1) Extra Guest for a small child or baby. We can provide an air mattress bed.

A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance.
NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS
Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $250 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.
CITY OF LOS ANGELES NOISE ORDINANCE MANDATORY QUIET HOURS: 10 pm – 8 am. No Outdoor Music or Loud Voices during this time.
