Welcome to Miranda's Guesthouse a private remodeled 1-bedroom Guest House in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Valley Village. 5 miles to Universal Studios, Hollywood Bowl or 7.5 miles to the Sunset Strip or shopping til you drop on Rodeo Drive or check out celebrity homes in Beverly Hills or Bel Air. Also Malibu or Santa Monica beach is about a 45 min drive away.

Security camera's are located throughout the perimeter of the property. Noise Ordinance Quiet Hours 10 PM - 8 AM.

** No access to mailbox or any mail sent to this property is permitted. Delivery and packages are OK. We require separate Security Deposit and Rental Agreement for stays over 30 days and offer month to month agreements.

HOUSE RULES:

It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us! This is a permitted vacation rental with the City of LA.. We also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation.

* Minimum age to book is 25 years old. Valid photo IDs will be required from all Adult Guests.

* Check-in is after 4 pm | Check out is at 11 am.

MAX NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS 2 - includes infants. Extra Guest Fee applies. ** All Outside Visitors Must Be Pre-Approved**.

The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - due to the City of LA's strict ban of parties of large groups we need exact headcounts of your guests at all times.

A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip in writing prior to the arrival date.

NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS

Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $250 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.

CITY OF LA NOISE ORDINANCE - QUIET HOURS: 10 pm – 8 am. No Outdoor Music or Loud Voices during this time.

* In the event of an emergency to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, we reserve the right to enter the property.

A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance.

If the Police are called out a second time, guests will be immediately evicted with no refund. Guests shall be liable for any and all costs incurred by Property Management as a result.

No Loud Voices or Outdoor Music are allowed during these times.
