Welcome to the Multiview Studios. A hip Neutra-inspired modern 1,800 sq ft gated estate which features an attached Guesthouse Studio. Mid-century has been re-imagined modern stainless steel kitchen with Viking range and Cesar stone kitchen counters. Your group will enjoy hanging out in our outdoor jacuzzi hot tub or Netflix and Chill with our outdoor TV. Spacious and bright open floor plan and great for entertaining large families again! This home is located up above Cahuenga Blvd and you will hear street noise if you leave the doors open.

Minimum age to book is 25 years old. Valid photo ID will be required, as well as names and ages of all your Guests.
Less than a mile and walkable or 3 min drive to Universal City Studios. 2.5 miles to the Hollywood Bowl. 10 min drive to Runyan Canyon, Lake Hollywood or Hollywood Sign. Great location for other sites to head downtown LA or Malibu beach as minute drive to 101 Freeway. 15 minute walk to Core Power Yoga, Starbucks and other local cafes and restaurants - even our favorite In-and-Out Burger! (order it "animal style"!)
Main house features floor to ceiling windows with stunning garden views. Massive spacious floor plan in the living area that opens up to private outdoor jacuzzi and outdoor dining w BBQ grill. ** Please note this home has glass coffee table top and glass dining room table - may not be ideal if you have a toddler.

HOUSE RULES:
It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us! This is a permitted vacation rental with the City of LA. We also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation.
* Minimum age to book is 25 years old. Valid photo ID will be required, as well as names and ages of all your Guests.
* Check-in is after 4 pm | Check out is at 11 am.
MAX NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS 8 - includes infants. Extra Guest Fee applies. All Outside Visitors Must Be Pre-Approved.
The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - due to the City of LA's strict ban of parties of large groups ** we need exact headcounts of your guests at all times.
A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip in writing prior to the arrival date.
NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS
Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $250 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.
CITY OF LA NOISE ORDINANCE - QUIET HOURS: 10 pm – 8 am. No Outdoor Music or Loud Voices during this time.
NO SMOKING Smoking is allowed outdoors only. ** If any trace of smoke is found inside the home, there will be a strictly enforced $500 fine and the cost to eliminate residual odors.
* We require valid photo IDs of all guests.
* In the event of an emergency to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, we reserve the right to enter the property.
* Any unapproved late Check Out’s will automatically be charged $100 late check out fee for first 2 hours late. More than 2 hours a $500 charge.
* Well Behaved Family Dog will be considered. (No cats) Max 2 dogs. PET FEE $75 PER PET. MUST BE PRE- PAID PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL. Pets are not allowed on the beds or any furniture. Pets are not to be left unattended in the home.
