Tipsea Toes has it all! The seclusion of a single family home, a private pool, large deck for entertainment, fire pit and so much more! Perfect for a family of 6-7, you’ll have space to stretch out both inside and out.

Fresh linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee, so no need to worry about extra charges!

The kitchen is spacious with updated stainless steel appliances. The living area has a very large screen TV with huge comfy couch for movie night and there is plenty of parking in the driveway for 2-3 cars. Tipsea Toes has a large owners suite with a Queen bed, the 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with 1 full and 1 twin bed with access to a full hall bathroom.

**Please make yourself aware of our cancellation policy. Insurance is highly recommended.

**Maximum Occupancy: 7 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.

**Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.***

* Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.

* Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.

* No events or parties- If determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given.

* If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions!

* No uninvited guests without permission

iTrip NC Beaches Cancellation Policy

North Carolina Beaches

Cancellation 60 days or more before your stay will receive a refund less the cancellation fee of $350. Cancellation 60 days or less before your stay will not receive a refund unless the same dates are re-booked. If that occurs you will receive a refund less the cancellation fee of $350. Additional details with regards to cancellation policies and procedures may be found in Section #15 of the Rental Agreement as provided at checkout.

Outside of Airbnb rules and restrictions, all guests will have to agree to the iTrip Vacations NC Beaches Vacation Rental Agreement

Maximum Occupancy: Each property’s maximum occupancy is stated within the Agreement and located in the Property Description; If at any given time, the maximum occupancy is exceeded, the tenant will be in material breach of the lease and grounds for expedited eviction will apply in addition to a fine.

This is my family's second year at Tipsea Toes; we chose to return after having such a great time there the previous year. All of our necessities, such as multiple bikes, boogie boards, gas and charcoal grills, corn hole, enormous Jenga, pool floats, beach gear, and much more, are in the garage. We have plenty of bath and pool towels, but our beds are the most crucial feature—COMFORTABLE ones. The deck has misters to keep cool in the sun, and the pool is simply wonderful. After a long day of swimming in the water, I really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of the glass gas firepit at night. In the evening, under gorgeous lights, we watched fireworks while lounging on the front porch. I would strongly advise planning a stay with Itrips. Communication was out of this world and our family was able to check in 3 hours early.

I booked this house as a gift for Mother’s Day. Myself and my family stayed here for 5 days. We got to check in early and have loved the house every second! Everything is just as listed and you can’t beat the location. The backyard is your own private paradise. You feel like you’re on your own little island back there. Everything is great and iTrips is great with communication and answering any questions promptly. I was shocked (in a great way) by just how many amenities they had in the pool shed. It was even more than listed and great to have for use. We have felt right at home and would definitely stay here again when we come back in the future. Absolutely loved it. Cannot say enough good things! 🥰

Staying here was the best vacation we've had in a long time! The house is so cute with a great kitchen and the pool is incredible. We were so close to the beach, but felt private and secluded in the back yard. Loved this place and will definitely return in the future.

Loved this property! We come to the area every year and this is by far our favorite property we stayed at. Clean, well stocked, spacious, so many amenities, great location, great communication with iTrip, and the list goes on! We can't get enough of Tipsea Toes. We loved nights by the fire pit, and morning walks to the beach. Although it was too cold for the pool this trip, we will be coming back during the summer and can't wait to enjoy the pool then! House was very clean and neat ..TV is awesome because of size and selection you have to choose from .. the pool and spa were clean and nice. .. it rained on Sunday in the morning but the covered porch and rocking chairs were nice to sit in and watch it.. kitchen is stocked well with plenty of room to sit .. it has a nice deck to sit and cook out.. however be aware you might see a palmetto bug or two but they are more scared of you than you are them as I found out ..these just come with the territory down at the beach so don’t let them scare you off they house is still very nice and clean.. the beach is close enough to walk to if you didn’t have four wheel drive to drive on the beach ..had a great time would rent it again ..

My family and I rented Tipsea Toes for our annual beach vacation. It was our first time staying at this particular house but our 5th year at Carolina/Kure Beach. My son attends UNCW so we all take the 12 hour drive to see him off and spend the week together. Tipsea Toes was the perfect house for us. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a lovely living, dining room and kitchen. All towels and linens are provided which is very helpful.The backyard with the pool was one of the highlights of this cozy beach home. We would sit by the pool until later in the afternoon and then take the short walk to the beach. The location is close to 2 convenient stores (one in either direction about a mile from the house) as well as several restaurants and bars. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans for those that prefer to cook rather than dining out. It is a nice quiet neighborhood. My family and I would most certainly return to Tipsea Toes.

Our family stayed at Tipsea Toes in late June/early July 2022. We chose the house because of the location and amenities provided. We were not disappointed! The beach is an easy 2 minute walk away. The beach was never too crowded and the shed in back of the house had plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. available for use. When we were too lazy to walk to the beach, or just wanted a quick dip in the evenings, the private pool was perfect. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean and everything we needed was provided (laundry detergent, dish soap, pool & bath towels, etc.). Appliances seemed fairly new/updated. Though most of the dishes/glassware were plastic, we didn't mind since that made us worry less about breaking anything. It was very convenient having the washer/dryer and we put it to good use. Communication with the management team was mostly through texting. They were very quick to respond to any questions we texted (within a few minutes). Prior to the trip, they provided an email with plenty of recommendations of things to do, places to eat, etc. Check in was at 4pm, but we got a text that cleaning/inspection were completed early and that we could check in around 2:30pm. We were still traveling at that point, but it was nice of the management team to let us know. We've already recommended Tipsea Toes to friends/family and would not hesitate to stay again.

We book a family trip to the beach every year, and this year at Tipsea Toes did not disappoint. It has everything you need and more!!! Private pool made it so fun for our kiddos and they swam every day and every evening. The beach access is less than a 2-minute walk and very convenient! The house was well maintained and clean and had all the amenities you could need (towels, linens, pool towels, cleaning supplies were included which was nice!) The management team was always available for questions and checked on us throughout our stay. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! We will be back!! Thanks for everything!!

My family and I had a very nice time at Tipsea Toes in Kure Beach NC. We are long time visitors of either Carolina or Kure beach and decided to try this house. The walk to the beach is not bad at all. My guess-timation is about 2 blocks from the door to the beach; turning left on F.F. Blvd is, by far, the shorter route. My grown children really enjoyed the pool and other outdoor features as well. The shed is well-equipped with many family fun items. We also enjoyed the use of the fire feature in the evening. I very much like having a smoke free animal free place to stay too.

This cozy little house was perfect for my family. Looks newly renovated with new appliances, bathrooms and outdoor spaces, though the furniture is a bit dated. The house was well stocked with the necessities (paper towels, soap, TP, etc) though the kitchenware left much to be desired. (Plastic cup, plates, etc. ) They also provide anything you may need for a day at the beach. The beds were comfortable with the exception of the bunk beds, not comfortable and very noisy. I was disappointed that we couldn't use the hot tub (Though it was not advertised as working, it is showing in the main photo.) and the shades in the master bedroom were not hung, leaving us feeling a bit exposed to the neighbors. The managers were extremely helpful and communicative. Providing great information on the island and local activities. Would definitely stay again if the few items mentioned are attended to.

Really nice home just a short walk to the public beach access. Enough space for my wife and I, our 2 kids, and 2 grandparents. The outdoor space and backyard pool were great. You are very close to restaurants and the aquarium too, though still on a quiet street. Would definitely stay here again.

It was the perfect set up and size for our family! ITrip was very helpful and communicated everything well to us. The only problem, which was nothing at fault of the owners was it rained heavily before we got there and the front yard had flooded. However we were given a heads up before we arrived and it had cleared up by the second day. No biggie we still really enjoyed our time and would definitely book again!

Amazing location between Carolina and Kure Beach, easily accessible (Short drive) from all the restaurants and entertainment in Carolina Beach. The home is a perfect size, fit our family of 5 very comfortably. The outdoor space could absolutely use some TLC and a good cleaning, maybe it was because we stayed in late September, end of season. Indoors was very clean. Kitchen was perfect for our needs, plenty of space, everything we needed to make meals daily. Used gas grill on the patio to cook some steaks, that was nice bonus!

We had a great beach vaca while at this property. The walk to the beach was easy and close by. We really enjoyed the location near an old pier with lots of pelicans feeding, dolphins swimming and lots of things for our kids to catch in the sand! It was very nice coming back from the beach, rinsing off and enjoying time in the private pool.. The home is nice and everything was as expected. The iTrip staff were great to work with and quick to respond to our requests.

Three couples and one child very much enjoyed our stay at Tipsea Toes. The home is very well appointed and maintained. The outside deck and pool added to the enjoyment of our stay. We had an issue with one of the toilets running continuously but it was responded to as soon as a plumer became available. The only complaint was the full bed in the bunk room was noisy and uncomfortable. We would recommend this home and I-trip Vacations. They are always available if needed.

Great stay, Itrips was easy to communicate with and house was as described, clean, comfortable and close to the beach. Late night by fire pit on the back deck was great for a quite nite in Kure.

We stayed over Thanksgiving with three children, and had a delightful time. The house itself was welcoming and had everything we needed, from TVs and Wifi to kitchen utensils, extra towels, extra blankets, and modern washer and dryer. The house is very close to the beach access, just across the street and down the block. We also enjoyed many local amenities at Mike Chappell park, which is less than 2 miles away.____We especially enjoyed the lovely backyard setup. The gas firepit was a real treat that we sat around every night.

The house was close to a lovely , uncrowded beach and a short drive to shopping for supplies. We especially loved the deck and pool area. Our first couple of days , it was very hot and we spent a lot of time in the pool. The house was well equipped and we appreciated all the beach stuff in the garage! One suggestion, as someone who grew up going to the beach every year, would be an outdoor shower to rinse off before entering the house or pool. The hose helped but a shower would be awesome! Overall we had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed Tipsea Toes!

The house was great, located less than a 5 minute walk from the beach. The pool and jacuzzi were awesome, we used them at least twice a day while we were there. The house was the perfect size for us and we definitely enjoyed our stay. Just a great house in a perfect location and we will definitely be back.

We arrived the day after Hurricane Isaias and while the rental agency and house cleaners had already been to the house, to clean, (stock fresh linens, ample pool towels, utensils and toiletries) and make sure there wasn't any damage, the property owner (who had personally contacted us) met us there, to make sure everything was perfect, which it was! Nestled on a cute, neighborly side street, the house is located within a short bike or car ride to everything that Pleasure Island has to offer, while being offset enough to not be bothered by the bright lights and loud nightlife of the island. We love everything about this house, from the front porch to the back deck and everything in between... Of course the hot tub flowing over into the pool, pergola water misters and stone fire pit help us love it even more;-) This was our second year staying at the Tipsea Toes house and we're already counting down the days until next year!

We rented the beautiful home “Tipsy Toes” for a week to celebrate our son’s birthday and a “get away” from it all. We celebrated on the large back deck with the gas fire pit and high top tables The house is in a perfect area, walking distance to the beach, quiet neighborhood and close to Fort Fisher State Park, and the Saturday am local craft fair Tipsy Toes is a dream, with the large back deck, pool and hot tub, ample deck chairs, lounge chair, the night lighting creates a wonderful atmosphere The inside of the house is well maintained, great kitchen, living room with the large TV and the three bedrooms are the perfect sizes Relaxing on the front porch late afternoon with a book, or just listening to the sound of the waves Can’t wait until we get back there Thank you for renting your beautiful home

The home really does have it all. Spacious beautiful layout inside, a beautiful pool, Jacuzzi, and a fun back deck creates a great vacation vibe! The beach access is a short walk away, plus Ft Fischer and Kure Beach are just minutes away. We will be back!!

We stayed at this home recently. The outdoor area is amazing. We really enjoyed having our own private pool and fire pit. Outdoor area had everything we needed and the owner even had a storage garage full of everything you could possibly think of for the beach. We didn’t need to bring anything. It included beach toys, chairs, beach cart, pool toys, surf boards. They really had everything. It was very impressive and probably our favorite part! ITrip was a pleasure to work with and very responsive. They made sure we had everything we needed and that everything was going well during our stay. Fast responsiveness and excellent communication. It was an extremely convenient walk to the beach. We had loads of fun here.

The house was outfitted with anything you could possibly need to have a great beach vacation: fully equipped kitchen, TVs, grill, toys and fun for the beach or pool, and then there was the great deck, pool, & spa. The beach access was only a short walk (however on our trip, the closest one was under construction) but they had a cart we used to load up all our necessities. The beds were firm and of course, everything was very clean! Would definitely stay there again!
