HOUSE RULES:

It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us! We also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the House Rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation.

* Minimum age policy is 25 years old to book. Valid photo ID will be required, as well as names and ages of all your Guests.

* Self Check-in. Check-in is 4 pm | Check out is at 11 am. Unique Door codes will activate at check-in.

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS - 6 people only (including infants and toddlers) ** Extra Guest Fee of $75 per guest per night for any unapproved Guests.

The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.

NO SMOKING - Outdoors Only. Smoking is allowed outside only. If any trace of smoke, ashes, etc are found inside the home, there will be a strictly enforced $500 fine and the cost to eliminate residual odors.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - due to the City of LA's strict ban of illegal parties of large groups we need exact headcounts of your guests at all times. This property is equipped with NoiseAware technology. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip Los Angeles in writing prior to the arrival date.

PET FEE $75 per pet fee. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds. You agree to pay additional pet damages or pet stains.

NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS

Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $250 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.

CITY OF LA NOISE ORDINANCE: 10 pm – 8 am. No Outdoor Music or Loud Voices during this time.

Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. The property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and our whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep. We are dedicated to protecting our guests and neighbors from bothersome levels of noise. In an effort to do so, this property is equipped with NoiseAware technology. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property.

Accommodations were excellent. The house was in great shape very clean very inviting for a family of 4+ mom. It is in short distance to food for less and a ton of eateries like Wingstop panda McDonald’s, and a few others. I can’t even remember, but that was a plus. The kitchen cabinet was filled with leftover spices as we left a few spices of our own for incoming guest. I always think that is a plus and the main reason we chose this place was because it was in short distance to Universal Studios, Santa Monica pier, Hollywood Boulevard, and Burbank airport.
