Welcome to the Layover in Lakewood. This large comfortable home is located West of Denver in the City of Lakewood. The city is easy to reach and provides spectacular views of the Rocky Mountain foothills.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! The Layover is located near I70, RT470 and RT6 is one of the most walkable neighborhoods in Denver metro and just minutes from downtown Denver, Red Rocks and world class hiking trails.

The Layover provides its guest with a TWO fully stocked kitchens, a TWO large living area, 5 bedrooms and three full baths, off street parking for 2 cars, ample street parking and a large back yard with a covered patio and hot tub.

This large, fenced backyard area with a beautiful view. Lots of trees for plenty of shade in the front and back of the home.

You will love sitting in the back yard sipping your morning coffee, while to map out your day of exploring the city or heading out for a mountain adventure.

No pets allowed with prior approval.

No parties or events without prior written approval.

Check-out: 10:00 am

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We follow a cancelation policy that requires a 30 day notice to receive a full refund.

If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a $100 administrative fee. GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL WITHIN THE 30-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED.
