*This is a non-smoking unit. NO PETS

**Community pool is seasonal and opens/closes as weather permits. **We do not guarantee the pool to be open during the time of your stay** Pool may open or close due to COVID, weather, or construction at any time. There will be no refund or discount if the pool is closed **

**Please make yourself aware of our cancellation policy. Insurance is highly recommended.

*Maximum Occupancy: 8 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib. If we determine you have more than 8 people, we will charge a fee of $100 per person, per night.

* Must be 25 years old to reserve the home. Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age.

* Manager and owner of rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.

* Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.

* No events or parties- If determined that a party/event is taking place at the property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given.

* If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guests will be charged $500, no exceptions!

* No uninvited guests without permission

iTrip NC Beaches Cancellation Policy

North Carolina Beaches

Cancellation 60 days or more before your stay will receive a refund less the cancellation fee of $350. Cancellation 60 days or less before your stay will not receive a refund unless the same dates are re-booked. If that occurs you will receive a refund less the cancellation fee of $350. Additional details with regards to cancellation policies and procedures may be found in Section #15 of the Rental Agreement as provided at checkout.

We had an amazing stay at Top Deck in Carolina Beach! The condo was updated, very clean and well stocked. The views of the ocean were amazing! We loved both balconies the condo has to offer. The furniture on both levels were very comfortable and clean. The top balcony was perfect for viewing the fantastic fireworks display on Friday night as well as observing the beach and beautiful lights on the boardwalk.

We returned to Top Deck this summer for our third stay there. The place continues to be our favorite place away from home. As always, it was immaculate when we arrived. And the view continues to take our breath away. The owners clearly take great care in maintaining the place, as we haven't seen any sign of any wear and tear since it was renovated 3 years ago. They also pay great attention to detail, with things like conveniently located USB outlets and a supremely well-equipped kitchen. The location is fantastic, with a bunch of restaurants and activities within easy walking distance. iTrip was also great to deal with. They reached out proactively when there was a tropical storm threat, and were very responsive throughout out stay. We can't wait to come back next year!

This was our 2nd year staying here, and once again it was the best most relaxing vacation. One of our favorite things is parking the car, and not moving it again until we leave. We walk everywhere. Beds are super comfortable and the view is breathtaking! We will definitely return in the future.

This condo is absolutely perfect and I try to rent it every time I visit Carolina Beach! It's very nicely appointed with all you need, has amazing views of the ocean with it's living room and rooftop decks, is within a couple minutes walk to the boardwalk, and the property management are incredibly friendly and are great at working with you to accommodate requests. Just a fantastic experience every time I stay!

This property is a one of a kind. Great layout with beautiful beach front views. My wife and I loved the master suite and the view of the beach. We also loved the security of the property with key codes needed for entry into the stairwell and elevator. Great location! Walking distance to the boardwalk and so many great restaurants! Property owners were responsive when needed and always kind and respectful. We look forward to hopefully staying here at Top Deck again!

The condo's location is fabulous with beautiful views of the water from the living room and rooftop decks. It is nicely Pointed, has everything you need, and is only a couple minutes walk from the boardwalk. The property management are very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. I can't say enough good things about this condo!

Top Deck was such an amazing place to stay! Very clean, everything we needed in the kitchen, elevator, bathroom in every bedroom and then the views!!! We loved the deck, we loved the upper deck and then I loved the well placed mirrors so even when doing dishes you still had a view. Also being an end unit the extra window over looking the Ferris wheel was a big hit. We only found two hiccups- I wish we would have had a chair for the beach since I was traveling with an 87 year old. The other was the lighting in main living are was rather dim. However they were minor and did not really impact our trip or the way we enjoyed Top Deck!

Our family returned to Top Deck after a previous wonderful stay there. It was every bit as good as we remembered. I can't say enough about the incredible view of the beach. We especially enjoyed watching the beach from the new padded rocking chairs on the balcony, and watching the fireworks and the stars from the roof deck. The unit was immaculate when we arrived, and was well equipped. The beds were super comfortable and there was plenty of seating to take in the huge tv in the living room. The iTrip team was very responsive and made the rental and check-in/check-out process a breeze. We can't wait to return for another stay!

This place has it all, close to the boardwalk & right on the beach. Place is exactly as pictured & the kitchen was well stocked for us to cook our meals. The inside space offered our 2 adult sons & their wives their own space & enough room for all of our infant grandsons stuff to be strategically placed in case of a meltdown. The balcony & rooftop are my favorite spots, you can hear & see the ocean AND the balcony did fit all of us to hang out at night, we brought 2 folding camp chairs that fit perfect for the extra seats. We will definitely rent here again.

We stayed for 5 day for our girls trip and it was amazing! Beds and furniture were comfortable, the condo was spotless, and the views were amazing. It was so great to relax on the patio and have cocktails on the roof top deck. Just to sit and listen to the ocean was so wonderful. It was in a perfect location to walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, and shops. The only thing to add to the condo supplies would be a cooler and umbrella to take to the beach. We had a great time at this beautiful unit. I would definitely book this condo again.

We have stayed at many places and rented with lots of companies….this is hands down the BEST CONDO ever and iTrip is wonderful to work with! Any questions have been answered so quickly, the linens were lovely, the unit was the cleanest ever and the communication has been great! This condo….wow where do you even start. It’s amazing from top to bottom. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, amazing TVs for movie watching, the decks are incredible and the location unbeatable. We enjoyed a wonderful family vacation in "Top Deck" at Carolina Beach, N.C. The expansive ocean views and sunrises from both our 4th-floor balcony and the rooftop deck were breathtaking. The attention to detail by the owners was impressive, with monogrammed towels, lovely decor throughout the unit, binoculars, puzzles & board games, and beach chairs & sand toys provided for guests' enjoyment. All three bedrooms boasted comfortable beds and pillows, ensuring a restful sleep. The fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances made cooking meals a breeze, and everything was spotless and new. The direct oceanfront location was perfect, within walking distance of the boardwalk, and numerous shops & restaurants. We took advantage of nearby attractions including mini golf, hiking at two national parks, a golf driving range at a nearby resort, and mani/pedis at a nearby nail salon. We highly recommend this property, along with the exceptional iTrip property management company, for anyone seeking a refined, top-notch beach vacation.

This was a great place to stay. Location was perfect for the beach, entertainment and restaurants. The condo was very beautiful, well maintained, and had everything we needed that was listed. This condo was the perfect spot for a few days of relaxation. It was comfortable and extremely well stocked and the views were unbeatable! We enjoyed taking in the sunrise with coffee in the mornings and watching birds and dolphins from the bay window in the afternoons. The weather was pretty chilly during our stay, but on sunny days we were able to soak up some sun on the balcony while being sheltered from the wind. Beach access was easy and we were within walking distance of restaurants. We are looking forward to staying here again in the future!

We have stayed in rentals up and down the coast and this condo was, by far, THE BEST place we have ever stayed. The condo was so comfortable and cozy, and it was clearly professionally designed. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, and the views were amazing. I wouldn't change a thing - the owners have thought of EVERYTHING! The location was perfect - a short walk to the boardwalk and many restaurants/bars/coffee houses. When you go, be sure to spend some time on the Top Deck - a feature only available on these top floor condos.

I have booked many airbnbs over the years and I have to say by far this was the best one yet. The property was not only stunning but impeccably clean, well stocked with the essentials and the process from beginning to end was as smooth as butter. This was our second time visiting CB, and the first time in this condo. Everything was fantastic! The condo was super clean, really well decorated, and couches and beds were very comfortable (we love memory foam!). We loved hanging out on both decks (although we probably used the bottom one more) as well for the view, fireworks, and just general chill time. There was one very minor issue with one of the sinks not draining properly, but iTrip was very responsive to my text, and maintenance came out very quickly to fix it. So much stuff is within walking distance, so take advantage of that! In terms of noise from around the area, you can't hear *anything* from outside while you're inside with the doors and windows closed which was amazing. We could sometimes hear the people in the condo next door, but only if you were in the master bedroom, and it was pretty faint. Running the fan masked that pretty well. I just wanted to comment here since that was one of my questions. We definitely would want to stay here again if we come back to the area!

As soon as you open the door, you are greeted with the most beautiful view…nothing but ocean as far as you can see! Then you notice how spotless this rental is, so clean and comfortable. The beds were the best we have slept on, especially when on vacation. You can tell these owners have put thought into their renters comfort level. We enjoyed parking our car and not moving it all week, we walked everywhere. ITrip makes the renting process super easy. Love the communication when needed, every question I had was answered promptly.

We have rented many places over the years. I can honestly say this is the cleanest place we’ve rented and would absolutely love to come back here. It’s fully stocked with everything you need, great views and plenty to do. We will be back for sure.

We visited this location last week prior to the 4th of July and could not have been happier with the location, cleanliness of the condo, and amenities within the condo. Location was right on the beach, had a fantastic pool for times where we were tired of the sand, and we were literally steps away from the Boardwalk area where the kiddos like to hang out in the evening. The rooftop section was killer as it provided us with fantastic, sunny beach views during the day and spectacular night view of Carolina Beach and the Boardwalk area. This also made for a great place to watch the Friday fireworks show all by ourselves without having to deal with the crowds. The only drawback(s) in my mind was there was no place to store all the sandy items when returning from the beach, i.e. beach chairs, beach toys, body boards, etc. and there was only 1 parking pass available and we had 2 vehicles. We will definitely look this place up again as we come to Carolina Beach once a year and this definitely was a great place to stay! Thanks for being very helpful with the booking process, check-in process, and check-out process!!!

Would give more than 5 stars if I could. Condo was immaculately cleaned and we loved the modern look while still having a homey feel with great views. The top deck was beautiful and very comfortable. So convenient to Carolina Beach restaurants, bars, and much more. We have stayed at other condos in Carolina Beach and nothing compares! We plan to come back year after year.

This is above and beyond what we expected, we beach vacation yearly and this place has been the best. The views, best place to watch fireworks, so clean and plenty of room. Top floor is walking distance to the boardwalk and restaurants. I really cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed it and will return and also recommend. Thank you for sharing your place with us

This is our second trip to Carolina Beach but our first time staying in this unit. Top Deck by far exceeded our expectations. The view, comfort and amenities of the unit along with the cleanliness were top notch! We look for to returning in the future and will most definitely be re booking in the exact same location. Top Deck has amazing views from every room and a great location. Less than two blocks from the boardwalk you are super close to food and shopping. The TVs are ridiculously large. We enjoyed watched several movies. Kitchen is modern and well stocked. Beds are comfy. Balcony is spacious and blocked from wind. Rooftop deck has wonderful 360 degree views.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Top Deck. The unit is spectacular. When you walk in, you are immediately greeted with incredible views of the beach out the large front window and of the Boardwalk through the side window. The windows provide great natural light in all of the rooms. The unit was immaculate when we arrived. The beds were made and the bathrooms were equipped with ample towels/washcloths. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the owners had added a small dining table in front of the front window. We loved having meals while gazing out at the beach. They also added a reclining love seat, so there is ample seating for everyone in the living room to enjoy the massive TV. Aside from being huge, the smart TV came with an impressive array of apps, giving us ample options to choose from. The kitchen was well-equipped and the appliances were brand new (like everything else in the unit). All of the beds were super comfortable. They are memory foam, which I usually don't like, but these gave my back plenty of support while still feeling plush. The owners have also paid a ton of attention to the details, like providing a number of USB charging outlets, having remote controls for the ceiling fans in the bedrooms, and including alarm clocks in each bedroom. Outside, the main balcony offered tremendous beach views, and the namesake "Top Deck" was our favorite place to hang at night (at least when the bugs weren't biting). It comes equipped with a table and 4 chairs, plus 2 reclining chairs. We enjoyed several meals up there, had a great view of the fireworks each Thursday, and saw numerous shooting stars. The unit also comes with a small storage closet across from the front door with a few beach chairs. It was a very convenient place to store our beach stuff without bringing sand into the unit. The building has recently been fully renovated. The beach access could not be easier, and it was great to be in short walking distance to the boardwalk and a bunch of restaurants. iTrip was a joy to work with. They were super-responsive from day one. Right after we made the reservation, they reached out with information and to answer any questions we might have. Shortly before the reservation, they provided several emails with all the information we would need for our stay (plus a bunch of great local tips). During the stay, they were super responsive, and quickly addressed any issue that came up.

Our vacation in North Carolina with friends and family couldn't have been better, and our condo on the beach played a large part in our enjoyment. Access to the beach couldn't have been more convenient. The place was light, sparkling clean, and very comfortable. Management was welcoming and accessible. Restaurants, shops and beach attractions were all within walking distance. We are already dreaming of a return visit next summer.

I was lucky enough to vacation at a newly renovated Carolina Surf condo, Top Deck. Everything is new, very modern anf extremely comfortable! It's refreshing to have everything provided. The bed I slept in is better than the Marriott bed, which I love. The views from the 4th floor are spectacular with beautiful windows; the deck is spacious and there is a "top deck" which is great for sun bathing or just relaxing while enjoying unobstructed views of the beach and ocean. I love the close by restaurants--Britts Donut Shop became a morning must!I definitely will be coming back to vacation here as often as I can. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Top Deck is hands down the best place we have stayed on the coast. The views are breathtaking, and the sounds of the surf are amazing from the 4th floor top location. The rooftop deck provides unobstructed views of Pleasure Island and is incredibly peaceful at night. The beds are the most comfortable we have slept on and the large smart TV’s made relaxing in the evenings so much more enjoyable and we loved all the furnishings throughout the unit. The location is awesome as it is in walking distance of the boardwalk and some of our favorite restaurants. We will most definitely stay here again.

What an awesome place. I had the pleasure of being one of the first to stay here after a remodel. Great job on getting premium mattresses. We had compliments from other guests about them too. I loved hanging out on the roof top deck. Nothing like the Penthouse! And the corner one at that. Great view of the boardwalk, and a short walk over to get some Britts donuts. Big TVs in the condo, looks like new floors and furnishings, and the views are spectacular. I hope to rent again later this year. Hopefully we found our new home away from home.
