Enjoy a spacious living room and kitchen in combination with a TV and two comfy couches. The dining room seats six and is open to the living room and kitchen. We've also included WIFI and cable for your convenience. This ground-floor unit offers easy access and ample parking nearby.
The community boasts two heated pools, spas, lighted tennis and basketball courts, BBQ grills, and a kids' playground. The clubhouse features billiards, pool tables, WIFI, a library, a large-screen TV, and a computer spot with a printer.
Golfers will appreciate the numerous nearby golf courses, including one directly across the street. We're also close to IMG Academy.
You'll find a fully stocked eat-in kitchen with dishes, stemware, and basic appliances. The unit also has a stackable washer/dryer combination. For your beach days, we've provided 2 beach chairs, a small cooler, and a beach umbrella. Relax on the private enclosed lanai with a table, chairs, and a beautiful view of the pond and fountains.
Our professional cleaning team ensures the unit is cleaned and sanitized per CDC guidelines between each guest stay. **Please note:** For stays of 60 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean by our cleaners. A team member will contact you after booking to coordinate the fee and scheduling.

This cozy two-bedroom condominium is located in the convenient and safe Shorewalk Vacation Villas development in West Bradenton. The private master bedroom features a large walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with a shower stall. The second bedroom shearing with a queen and twin bed, ample storage space, and is adjacent to the hallway bathroom with a shower stall. The fully stocked eat-in kitchen includes dishes, stemware, and basic appliances. The community offers two resort-style pools and a fitness center. The serene outdoor private balcony overlooks the pond and is the perfect spot to unwind.

West Bradenton's prime location puts you just minutes from the white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island and several nearby wildlife preserves, ideal for hiking and biking. Frequently Asked Questions
1. Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. Beds should be stripped of linens and placed in a pile in each bedroom for housekeeping.
2. All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles. Please place trash bins in the dumpster in front of the condo before leaving.
3. The maximum number of occupants shall not exceed the number of people, not including a child in a crib.
4. Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
5. NO PETS, if evidence of a pet is found you will be subject to eviction without a refund.
6. Smoking is not allowed in the unit.
7. Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
8. All four community access key cards are to be left in the unit. If one is missing it will be a 10.00 charge for each one missing.
