La Hoya is a fantastic BHI home that has it all. Both Shoals and BHI clubs are available for temporary memberships, multiple porches to enjoy a meal or just relax with a good book, 3 bedrooms with in-suite bathrooms and bunk room that is perfect for the kids. La Hoya is ideal for either a large family or 2 smaller families to have that island vacation everyone will enjoy. You can also bring your best friend, the family dog!
You will have many choices every day at La Hoya. With 3 carts your group can have different destinations throughout the day – beach, restaurant, shopping, hiking and much more island fun. Explore the winds by bike or relax on one of the 5 porches and have a meal, read a book in the hammock or play a game while listening to the many song birds.
Nestled in the forest against a protected dune, you will enjoy peace and quiet with exceptional privacy yet be close to all the amenities Bald Head has to offer. The main house has 4 bedrooms and the newly renovated crofter above the garage has a bedroom with its own bath. The large kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools to make that great family meal or grill outside. Beach chairs and cooler are provided so load up the carts and head to the beach for the day. Short walk to the nearest beach access with amazing sunset views.
Do not look further, the summer calendar has just been released so do not hesitate to book now. You will not be disappointed with La Hoya, it is a great Bald Head Island Home.

***At "La Hoya" there is access to Shoals Club or Bald Head Island Club Temporary Memberships. You must join as a temporary member. Temporary membership fees will apply.
**Please keep in mind the BHI CLUB is now capping registration for their guest memberships. If you wish to attend the club during your stay please apply ASAP. Please visit the BHI Club website to see and review their NEW rules and fees for the 2023 year. Keep in mind there are new rules regarding what days you can attend the club and what activities guest members can use, please refer to their site or call them for more details****

***This is a DOG FRIENDLY HOME: A non-refundable Pet fee of $250 will be added to your rental if you choose to bring your dog. And for 2 Dogs the Pet Fee is $350 (2 Dog Maximum) *No dogs allowed on furniture or beds.
**Please make yourself aware of our cancellation policy. Insurance is highly recommended.
**Maximum Occupancy: 12 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.
**Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.***
* Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.
* Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.
* No events or parties- If determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict
tenants and guests with no refund given.
*Bikes are available but not guaranteed
* If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions!
* No uninvited guests without permission
*Please note that there will be a watering man that comes 3x a week to water the plants*
*Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Limited Damage
