This luxurious estate, set on over 5 acres above the Glen Oak Hills community, offers unmatched views from every angle, with spectacular sunsets over Lake Skinner and vineyards stretching below. Ideal for extended stays, this spacious, fully furnished villa provides the ultimate blend of comfort and sophistication.
Enter through the grand foyer into a sweeping open-concept family room, gourmet kitchen, and dining area designed for relaxation and entertaining. Flowing from the main living space, an enclosed sunroom—tinted for comfort—guides you to the expansive backyard, truly an entertainer’s paradise. Here, you’ll find a newer pool, a grand covered BBQ island, plenty of seating, games, and a cozy gas fire pit. After the sunset, gaze at the stars from the beautiful outdoor lounge area.

All outdoor amenities are fully functional for your use, including the BBQ and round fire pit. These propane-powered amenities are connected to the main house propane system and do not require individual tanks. The hot tub by the pool is operational.
The pool can be heated, and we offer remote access for guests to control the pool’s heating settings. Guests are responsible for covering propane usage fees related to heating the pool. Please note that fireplaces on the property are NOT available for use.
Plants in the home are watered weekly to ensure they stay healthy.
The kitchen sink is equipped with a filtered water faucet for your convenience. The refrigerator water filter was last replaced in July, and the HVAC filters were also changed in July.
Trash bins are located at the bottom of the driveway. We ask that you drop off the trash on your way out. No additional service is needed for managing the bins.
There is no special monitoring required for the solar setup, as it is functioning as intended.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a $100.00 administrative fee. GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL WITHIN THE 30-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. There will be no refund for early departure unless authorities request mandatory fire evacuation. Vacation Insurance is recommended.

Government ID & Local Guidelines
As required by Riverside County, we must keep a copy of your government-issued ID and confirm that you have watched the "Good Neighbor" video. The responsible renter must be 25+ years old.
Pets (Dogs Only)
Dogs allowed with PRIOR APPROVAL via a Pet Addendum at $150 per dog, max 2. Tenants must clean up after dogs. Aggressive behavior, excessive barking, or unauthorized pets will result in eviction without a refund. The homeowner is not liable for any illness or injury to dogs or humans. No other animals allowed. Paid directly to iTrip Temecula.
Housekeeping
No daily maid service. Linens and towels must not be removed from the unit. An initial supply of essentials is provided. One-time cleaning fee is included. Extra fees apply for unusual cleaning, including excessive pet hair.
Noise & Quiet Hours
No outdoor/amplified music AT ANY TIME. Violations may result in $1500 fines. Quiet hours: 10 PM - 7 AM. No outdoor activities, firepit, or pool use during these hours. Noise monitoring devices and security cameras are in use on this property. Do NOT tamper with these devices to avoid additional fees.
NONSMOKING Property - FIRE ZONE AREA
Smoking is strictly prohibited. $250 fine plus carpet cleaning/deodorizing fees will apply if evidence of smoking is found.
Septic System
Do not dispose of solids, grease, or non-biodegradable materials down drains. Only human waste and toilet paper may be flushed. Additional fees may apply for septic damage.
Parking & Property Use
No street parking. Park inside the property only. Max 4 vehicles. No party buses, RVs, trailers or outdoor camping/sleeping in vehicles.
Pool & Spa Heating (where available)
Pool heat optional, heating to 75-83°F. Notify 48 hours before arrival. Pool heating charged for entire stay. Spa heat: $100/day.
Seasonal heating rates:
Winter: $195/day + tax
Spring: $150/day + tax
Summer: $125/day + tax
Fall: $175/day + tax
Rentals Over 30 Days
Rentals of 30 days or more are responsible for propane usage during their stay.
Additional Guest Rules
- Report any damage immediately.
- Dispose of all trash in exterior receptacles.
- Inspect property upon arrival and report issues. Reporting doesn’t entitle refunds.
- Guests are responsible for excessive electrical usage. Cryptocurrency mining is prohibited.
- Follow all posted rules and local laws. No amplified music indoors/outdoors.
- Notify us of maintenance issues immediately; damages caused by neglect will incur fees.
- No alterations to property (furniture, decorations, nails).
- No subletting or assignment of the rental agreement.
- Breach of rules may result in eviction without refund.
- Guests are transient lodgers; owners retain possession and access rights.
- Leave premises in the same condition as found, normal wear expected.
Maintenance & Refunds
Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us, and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, internet access (Wifi), appliances, televisions, and electronics.
Additional Cleaning Fees
Excessive trash, dirty grills, unwashed dishes, spills, stains, smoking, or excessive pet hair may incur additional fees.
