Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.

Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.

Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.

** In March 2020 when the resort shut down, we gave refunds for any unused nights and would do that again.

Unit is conveniently located, stop for the shuttle to the gondola is right on the corner and only 3 miles from downtown. Very clean, fully furnished kitchen and very confortable. Good value for the price.

Enjoyed our time. Used the grill and deck. Woke to Mountain View’s from the bedroom. Fans all got significant use during heatwave. Would appreciate covering options for door and sidelights as it lets in significant sun and limits privacy after dark.

Wonderful Spot
5/5 stars
We were so pleased with this townhome! Everything was clean and well stocked upon arrival. The beds and pillows were some of the most comfortable ones I’ve encountered at rental properties. There are no assigned parking spots in the parking are, but there was plenty of space for our two cars. The bus that takes you to the base of the mountain was clutch, and bonus points for it literally being at the edge of the road that the condo complex is on. Would stay here again!

Great Home
4/5 stars
A great home for anyone looking to ski or explore the rockies. Steamboat is minutes away by car, foot, or bus, and the area is nice. Everything inside was clean, working, and well-maintained. My only gripe is that it sleeps 7 adults and "linens are included" but there was only one bath towel for our group of 6 guests. Sheets and hand towels were there, but it's a real bummer getting back from the mountain to realize that you cannot shower/use the hot tub due to lack of towels.
- Andrew

The cleaners normally put extra towels under the sink and in closets. If you did not see them there we wish you would have texted us, our phone number is all over the guestbook and check in email and we are very responsive and would have had them to in an hour or less as we normally stock about 11 sets of towels.

The good: Booking and check-in was a breeze; the rooms were clean, kitchen fully equipped, and it was reasonably priced. We also liked the deck. The bad: The washer/dryer combo is not user friendly and takes hours to complete and I mean hours. Based on the pictures I thought there would be a beautiful view, however, nothing but parking lot Overall, the good wins because it is what folks are looking for, well kept, good location and great price. I would rent again.

Glad you enjoyed your stay. The photos are of the slope views from the deck and bedrooms.

Great place to stay with your family
4/5 stars
I stayed at Whistler home with my ex husband and three kids. The townhouse was nice and clean. It is a little bit smaller from what I expected from pictures but sufficient enough to accommodate our needs. There were a plenty of household supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, etc. - obviously I am writing my review during COVID-19 time. The clean kitchen had everything I needed to cook a simple dinner once in a while. The washer works great but is inconvenient, as the washer has a dryer option and it takes longer than usual to do the laundry. The huge porch area in front of the building with a gas grill is amazing. That’s where we spend our evenings and ate most of the times.

Great Place

We loved our stay in Steamboat. The condo was very clean and matched the description in the posting. Was spacious enough for the three of us plus all our ski gear. The kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect

The townhouse was adorable with plenty of room and everything we needed at our fingertips. We especially loved the fireplace and the comfort of the living area. The location has easy access to the mountain and a good amount of storage space for our ski equipment.

Steamboat condo
3/5 stars
Overall, the condo was okay. I was very frustrated by the washer/dryer combo unit, because having a dryer that cannot be run on its own is impractical in a winter climate, especially with kids. Every night our gloves, boots, hats, etc. would be wet and it would be have extremely helpful to be able to put them the dryer. I was also frustrated by the lack of space and particularly the lack of storage in the master bedroom. Although there was a closet that had a couple of shelves, the closet was difficult to get to with the lack of space in the room. This resulted in us having to live out of our suitcases for 9 days.

Great experience, everything is new. Easily accommodated : adults + 2 kids. Safe easy environment for kids. Had family and friends in and out- with room to spare. Quiet townhome. Would stay again. ITrip Steamboat responded immediately to a few things we had questions on.

Great Stay

Had a great time. The unit is clean and accurately described in the Airbnb write-up. The decor is very well done and tasteful. I would stay again. It was also an advantage that it is not in the crowded downtown area.

Good trip
4/5 stars
Good trip, great place, nice flow to the layout, decent finishes for the price, all newly redone. Good location, good pool. iTrip was responsive though not particularly friendly. The pool code on the itrip email was wrong and they didn't apologize for that error, frustrating not being able to get in and having to be given the code by neighbors. Also I would prefer if they sent the keycode for the condo to airbnb and to email, it was difficult to dig up the email, would be far simpler to use if it was sent on airbnb as well.

Perfect vacation townhome!
5/5 stars
What a great place! Spacious, updated, well-equipped & comfortable! The front patio was new, huge & had great views of the mountain. We loved how convenient it was to the mountain and right on the free bus line. Beds were so comfy too! And the quick walk to the hot tub, pool area is great. We’d love to come back soon!

Excellent, updated condo
5/5 stars
We stayed as a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids. Plenty of room. Beautiful condo. Updated finishes. 2 stories with kitchen, dining room, living room, fireplace and bathroom on main level and 2 bedrooms with full bathroom on upper level. We appreciated the indoor storage closet for all of our shoes, coats and gear. 2 minute drive to the mountain or bus stop for the free bus (green line) is right across the street. The management company has been excellent to work with. We will stay here again!

Loved Whistler #32 - Highly recommend
5/5 stars
Loved our stay in the Whistler town home #32. The place is newly remodeled, tastefully done, and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked and the fireplace makes a cozy living room. There is a beautiful view of the mountain and it's only short walk to the free bus stop that takes you straight to the mountain. The iTrip team came by and shoveled the snow every couple of days. Thanks for wonderful accommodations. We will be back

I had the most wonderful stay at Whistler Townhome #32. It was so clean and beautifully updated. The location was so close to the mountain and all amenities Steamboat has to offer. Super Little Place
4/5 stars
This is a really nice little place, it is great for our family of four. Very clean and nicely decorated. It's really close to bus stop that you can take for free to the resort. I only have two complaints and/or suggestions: 1) the air freashen thing that is plugged in the wall is totally overwhelming!! The fragrance slaps you in the face the minute you walk in the door. This sweet little place really doesn't seem to need that much "odor covering" or whatever they were trying to do. 2) it would be nice if there were a couple games for the guests. That's it, over all nice place and Steamboat is REALLY great!

Fantastic and Relaxing Stay
5/5 stars
We really enjoyed our stay at the town home. It was very comfortable and clean. The home is beautifully remodeled and the decor is gorgeous. The complex was conveniently located to the mountain and town and we utilized the bus that stopped across the street to go to the mountain. The condo was quiet and we slept well each night in the comfy beds. We also enjoyed the clean hot tubs each evening. We love Steamboat and visit frequently and would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic condo
5/5 stars
The condo was beautiful. It is on the smaller side but has all that you would need for a ski vacation. We stayed with another couple and found it to be roomy enough. Great ski storage space. Hottub was clean and quiet. Right off of the bus route for the ski mountain, which was a quick and easy ride. Owners/managers were lovely!

Great place! Great location!
5/5 stars
The townhome was remodeled and looks brand new! It has quick and easy access to the free shuttle which stops right in front of the place, very convenient to ride it to the sky resort and to town where they have great bars and restaurants. We were 6 people and it accommodated everyone nicely. We had plenty of hot water, towels, cooking utensils etc. It was just perfect. I would recommend it to anyone!
