The perks at Trailhead Lodge are endless. It all starts with its tremendous location, where you are steps away from the property's gondola that takes you directly to the base area. You are only 3 miles from downtown and can easily get there or other locations within Steamboat with an on-call shuttle (winter only).

You won’t find better amenities in the boat. The pool area is one of Steamboat’s best, offering a large, heated pool and 3 rocky mountain style hot tubs, all with gorgeous mountain views. You’ll also have access to a state of the art fitness center, game room (with a pool table and foosball table) and a beautiful community grilling area with 2 large gas grills and a fire pit.

Trailhead Lodge 2112 is perfect for a couple, small family or even two couples. The unit itself features mountain modern, high-end fixtures and finishes throughout and offers comfortable seating. Sit back and relax by the gas fireplace and/or the flat screen TV on a cushy sectional and eat, drink and play some cards at the dining table. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and everything you’ll need to cook a meal. There is a private balcony off the living area. The master has a king bed and it’s own flat screen TV.

There is a full bathroom, accessible from the master bedroom and the living area that has a double vanity and a tub shower combo.

A washer/dryer is in the unit for your convenience.

During the summer, you have central air conditioning! A rare find in Steamboat.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.

Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.

Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.

Tenant agrees to leave premises/contents in same condition as found upon move-in, normal wear/wear expected

Max number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding/using premises for illegal activity/causing damage to premises or neighboring properties and other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.

No open flames. Candle burning not permitted on balconies/in unit with exception of wood burning fireplace. Do not remove smoke detectors. Use stove fan when cooking to avoid smoke alarm activation.

There is no daily maid service but can be arranged for fee.

"No pets" policy must be observed (unless noted as pet friendly/fees have been paid). If evidence found you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent/deposit.

No smoking in unit. Damage deposit will be forfeited/you will incur charge of $1000 if you opted for damage insurance as smoking is not covered. You will incur additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if evidence of smoking.

Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as person under age of 25. We require one member of party to be 25. Violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.

Owner/owners agents may enter premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary repairs/alterations/improvements/supply necessary services/show premises to prospective purchasers/renters/contractors. Owner will provide at least 24 hrs notice of intent to enter (except in case of emergency)

Report maintenance needs, we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating/air conditioning/appliances/televisions.

iTrip or Owner, do not assume liability for loss/damage/injury to persons/personal property nor accepts liability for inconveniences/damage/loss/injury arising from temporary defects/stoppage of water/gas/cable/wifi/electricity/plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions/natural disasters/acts of God/other reasons beyond its control.

Tenant acknowledges if premises reserved includes a community pool, the undersigned agrees and acknowledges pool/patio/deck can be dangerous, the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and injury may occur if not careful. With full knowledge of above,Tenant accepts/assumes all risks involved to Tenant/Tenant's guests related to use of pool/patio areas.

Tenant fully releases/discharges Owner from all liabilities/claims/demands/causes of action by reason of any injury/loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any guests as result, or connection with occupancy of premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.

Any violation that incurs a fine will be tenant responsibility. Examples include improper trash disposal, smoking, excessive noise, parking violations.

Truly enjoyed our stay. The unit itself was clean, well maintained, and well stocked. The complex itself was also clean and well maintained. Pool and hot tubs are fantastic . Game room is fairly standard but could see spending an hour so with the family in there. 10/10 would stay again!

Our recent 3-night stay at Trailhead Lodge in Steamboat Springs was nothing short of spectacular. This gem offers the perfect blend of convenience and natural beauty, situated just minutes from both downtown and the base. The lodge itself is a haven of comfort. Our room was spacious and immaculately clean, featuring a cozy fireplace and a private balcony. From there, we watched breathtaking sunsets paint the sky and, to our delight, witnessed hot air balloons launching in the crisp morning air - a truly magical sight! Trailhead Lodge's amenities are outstanding. The outdoor pool area, complete with three hot tubs, became our favorite spot to relax after exhilarating days on the trails. It was the ideal place to soothe tired muscles while soaking in the views and meeting other guests. Our daughter loved that there were lots of other kids her age to swim and play with. She also loved the small game room. Location is a massive plus. Being just minutes from the base meant maximizing our time hanging out at the great restaurants and riding the gondolas up to the top. Downtown's shops and restaurants were equally accessible by car, bike, or shuttle, allowing us to easily explore Steamboat's charm. Music lovers will appreciate being a mere two blocks from the renowned Strings concert series - a cultural treat we hadn't expected! The host’s warmth and knowledge enhanced our stay significantly. They provided excellent communication and ensured our every need was met. Trailhead Lodge offered us the perfect mountain getaway - convenient, comfortable, and brimming with natural beauty. We're already planning our return to this Rocky Mountain paradise!

Thank you Itrip for a great stay at Trailhead Lodge! Communication with your team was top notch! Key pickup at the Itrip office was easy. It was a short visit to Steamboat (too short:) but I enjoyed Trailhead Lodge. Great spot close to town and it has amazing amenities (really nice pool, 3 beautiful hot tubs, a wonderful gym and garage parking (key in the winter). The Lodge offers complimentary coffee, tea and popcorn during certain hours. Nice touch! I walked the Burgess Creek Trail (paved) up to the mountain base area and it was so quick! Less than a mile and took less than 18 minutes. There is a great pizza spot (Brick) next door to Trailhead Lodge which is so convenient. Can’t wait to come back in the winter and take advantage of the Wildflower gondola that sits next to the Lodge and takes you up to the base area! The 1bedroom unit I was in was very comfortable - bed was just right and having the refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker (with complimentary coffee) was perfect for me. Can’t wait to get back out there!

Our stay was so great. We loved the close access to the gondola to get up to the resort, the complementary shuttle service is fast and easy, and the unit itself was great - high pressure and spacious shower, nice gas fireplace, full kitchen, very comfortable and large bed, two TVs, porch. The Hot tubs were great as well. I am already looking at flights to come back!

This condo is located right next to the Wildhorse Gondola that takes you right to the base area. It is very convenient and nicely decorated. It was nice to come home to the cozy fireplace at the end of the day. The pool, hot tub and fitness areas are great amenities and there is also a free shuttle. We would absolutely stay again.

Loved the location with the private gondola access to the base. Property was great and condo was well appointed and decorated. I loved having a full size washer and dryer in the unit as it came in handy. Parking garage was handy and so was ski storage. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

The lodge was very nice and being adjacent to the Brick and the passenger gondola was convenient. The shuttle on call, using your room number also worked very well during our stay. The checking in, when you don't have a car, was not so convenient. The lodge staff cannot check you in but they were very considerate in storing our luggage while we shuttled back to town to a) get our key from the iTrip office and b) pick up some grocery & drink items to bring back. That inconvenience, right off the bat, takes away one star. If I could, I would have taken off another 1/2 star when we discovered, within minutes of arriving in our room, that the balcony door would not lock. We messaged iTrip immediately, as per their request to report maintenance items, but as "Steamboat is very safe", it did not get repaired during our 5 days. (If iTrip is reading this, they might want to check the door as I've just outed its security, or lack thereof). You pay a pretty penny to stay and play at Steamboat. Would say that overall, we were 75% to 80% satisfied. BTW: the cost to shuttle to the Hot Springs for a few hours is well worth it.

Great stay at this Steamboat property. A couple problems with access to parking but this time of the year was not a crisis. Staff at front desk gave us the gate code and problem solved. Bed is very comfy with high quality linens, kitchen stocked well for our needs. Condo was very quiet and comfortable. Would love to stay again.

Our stay at Trailhead Lodge was exactly what we expected from the photos on the website. One unexpected bonus was the 3 jacuzzi pools lofted higher above the pool that we didn’t see in the photos. The pool area was great! Our room was very clean! Soaps for washing machine and showers were very nice. The couch was very comfortable and lots of seating if you expect any visitors.

Loved our stay here. It was very clean, bed was comfortable (and we are picky), bathroom was HUGE, and we enjoyed our view off the balcony. The pool was warm and very nice. Great location- we walked to the Wild Plum Grocer and our dinner one night at Cafe Diva. Air conditioning was a big plus!!! Only negative was the tiny spots on the garage. Hard to park a truck. Would stay here again.

The condo was perfect for the the two of us. A great unit within a few steps from the Gondola. 3 hot tubs and a large pool. The condo had all the comforts of home big enough yet cozy. iTrip was great to work with and took care of a slight issue we had right away. We could not get our car unpacked in the time it took them to get to the condo.

Dear property owner, your place is fantastic and the location is perfect. But, you have the B team managing it. Due to flight/rental car delays, we arrived well after midnight. We weren't worried because in iTrip Vacations' emailed instructions, they say that they leave the key in a key drop. When we rolled into town, we were quite excited because it was a 6" powder night. Well, that ended when we realized they didn't leave the key. I called the number to see if they had an emergency line, but the message just said to leave a message. So, after looking around till 2am, we found a hotel room. Next morning, we tried to get up and ski, but were too tired to get any real day in. We had already rented skis and bought lift tickets. Pretty soon after talking with iTrip Vacations the next day, they started accusing us of being irresponsible for not leaving a message that night and getting a hotel before speaking to them. I get that everyone makes mistakes, but leaving a key is the only reason we need this company. They ended up repayng us for the hotel, but nothing about missing the first night in ski in/ski out, or any of the other expenses we burned. We won't stay here again if they continue managing the property.

We spent a long weekend at Trailhead and it was a very well appointed unit in a upscale building. The pool and hot tub had reservation openings all day so we were able to go when we wanted. The unit itself had everything we needed to cook dinner and the couch and bed were comfortable. Having games available in the closet was a nice bonus. We felt this unit had more amenities than most rentals we have stayed in such as king size bed, laundry, no stairs, extra cleaning supplies, organic toiletries, etc. The company we rented from was very professional, friendly and helpful. We prefer supporting local small business when we travel and were not disappointed. I highly recommend a stay here or any rental with this company when you visit Steamboat!

Our accommodations and facilities were very nice. This was a great time of year as the lodge wasn't very busy. The hot tubs were just opened up, but it was still difficult to get a reservation before the list filled up each morning. It is really close to the public tennis courts. Picture 6 of the private balcony hides the fact that you look out over the main entrance and are right above the entrance to the parking garage - so the deck isn't a great view.

Great condo. Bring your own pillows as they were pretty flat/not supportive. Pool was only available when signing up daily for a one hour time slot, one hour sign up per family per day. You could sign up for a waitlist on other times though. That was not made apparent before our trip. Hot tubs closed because of Covid but we knew that going in. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful time in the condo after having to cancel a trip due to Covid! Booking was very easy. We had a couple of issues that were solved quickly. The first night our sofa bed had no sheets and someone brought a set over within 25 minutes even though it was after 10pm. The sofa bed was also nearly impossible to fold back up. I called the company in Steamboat and someone came over to fold it back up for us. He had trouble as well but eventually got it out back together. Thank you for a great weekend!

Trailhead Lodge is perfectly located in Steamboat Springs. You will be a short, private gondola ride into the heart of the ski village, as well as have your vehicle safely and warmly parked in the Trailhead Lodge garage for a short drive into town, if needed. There is even a shuttle into town, if you prefer not to drive or do not have a car. The unit is awesome, with a full modern kitchen and high end appointments throughout. Your gas fireplace will keep you cozy and warm as you lounge on your huge sofa and relax watching satellite television on a large flat screen monitor. The comfortable king bed and pullout sofa ensure will wake rested and ready for a great day in this beautiful town.
