The Boulevard in Old Town is not only one of our newest listings, it is one of our most modern and luxurious. This pristine Steamboat setting with spectacular views is perfect for your next mountain getaway, located in a quiet neighborhood downtown, yet only a half mile from the heart of Steamboat including shopping, restaurants, pubs, biking on Emerald Mountain, skiing or more at Howelsen Hill, biking or walking the Core Trail, tubing or fishing the Yampa River and more. Relax at home with family, friends and even your furry canine companions, or take a quick stroll to the main part of downtown and/or utilize our free private shuttle service anywhere with the Steamboat city limits in the Winter.

In the Summer, jump on the bus for a free ride to the base area of the mtn and the Steamboat resort, and you are only a short walk away from the Saturday Farmer’s Market where you can shop local and eat delicious food from local restaurants.

The spacious, two level, four bedroom, two and a half bathroom single family home is situated on about half an acre, but it feels like much more as it affords a vast amount of green space and privacy from neighbors.

The spacious and recently remodeled interiors are both stunning and immaculate, spread out on two levels. The roomy main level highlights include fabulous flooring, fixtures and finishes, as well as alluring lighting and lots of windows, and offers an abundance of sensational natural light.

The superbly-designed, fully stocked kitchen features Thermador® stainless steel appliances, including a top of the line four burner gas range plus griddle. It also has a fantastic farmhouse sink, magnificent quartz countertops and everything you will need to cook a meal.

There are numerous main level options inside and outside to sit, relax, eat, drink and more. In the living area, kick back on the sofa, love seat or lounge chair and while warming up by the gas fireplace and taking in an amazing view of Howelsen.

Dining options include a beautiful table with six comfortable chairs as well as three more chairs at the substantial kitchen island.

The living area also offers an office area, complete with a sizable desk and comfortable chair. Combined with his speed WiFi, this makes The Boulevard in Old Town perfect for your remote working needs.

There is more outdoor seating and dining on not one, but two separate decks. One has an outdoor dining table, chairs and an umbrella, along with the gas grill. The other deck has an Adirondack chair and an Adirondack rocker and the aforementioned scenic vistas.

The main level also has a powder room and mud room including shelves, hooks, a bench and is ideal for your coats, boots and more.

The master en suite is also on the main level, but very private and secluded down a hallway. Highlights include a king bed with a Tempur-Pedic® mattress, flat screen smart tv, a huge walk in closet with a large dresser and tons of shelving and hanging space, and an incredible private bathroom with dual vanities, a walk in shower and separate soaking tub.

The downstairs, which is at street level, is where you will find the second living area, three more bedrooms, a full bathroom, laundry room and more outdoor living space.

The large living area is an inviting space to unwind, complete with a sectional sofa and large flat screen smart TV to stream your favorite shows, movies and sports. There is also another dining table and chairs, a perfect place to play a game or do a puzzle.

The three bedrooms are dispersed far apart for added privacy. All are big rooms with closet and dresser storage. One bedroom has a king bed and twin bunk bed (photo coming soon), another a queen bed and one has a full sized bed (photo coming soon).

The full bathroom downstairs has a walk in shower.

There is also a laundry room on this level that has a full size washer and dryer, plus a bonus room for more storage.

There are two separate outdoor areas on this level, both provide chairs, one area has a wood burning fire pit (requires shoveling in the winter).

The one car garage and carport provide two covered parking spaces as well as storage for your gear. Three to four additional parking spaces are available on the large driveway.

Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.

Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.

Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.

** In March 2020 when the resort shut down, we gave refunds for any unused nights and would do that again.
