Rockies 2138 is a X floor, 2 bedroom plus loft, 2 bath condo in an amazing location, walking distance from the ski area for most (maybe not if you are hauling skis or have kids hauling skis) and right on the free bus route. It also offers Emerald Mountain views and makes a fantastic vacation rental.
Enter the property into the beautifully and recently remodeled living area including fabulous new flooring and furniture.
Kick back and relax on the brand new, comfortable sleeper sofa (Queen Bed with a NEW memory-foam mattress), watch the large flat screen TV and warm up by the gas fireplace (which keeps the unit extremely toasty in the Winter).
There are a few options for meals, drinks, playing a game or doing a puzzle. There is a sizable desk that opens up to a full sized dining table with four chairs, plus three bar stools at the kitchen counter, as well as a large coffee table in front of the sofa. Combined with high speed wifi, this gives you a great place to work remotely.
The upgraded full kitchen off the living area features stainless appliances, granite countertops and has everything you will need to stay home and make a great meal.
Enjoy the beverage of your choice, the incredible mountain vistas and some outdoor living space on the private deck, also right off of the living area.
The downstairs bedroom also has a great views, a queen bed with a NEW memory-foam mattress, flat screen TV and lots of storage with a closet and dressers.
There is a full bathroom downstairs with a tub shower combo.
The second bedroom, loft area and second full bathroom (with tub shower combo) are upstairs.
The upstairs bedroom also has a queen bed, flat screen TV and lots of storage with a closet and dressers.
The loft area has a sleeper love seat, chair and flat screen TV, offering a second living area.
Enjoy a soak or swim in the year-round community hot tubs and pool, work out at the fitness center, hang out by community fire-pit or play at the Volleyball court (Summer only) or Ping Pong Table.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.
Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.
Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.
