Meadowlark 324 is a spacious, two level, two bedroom plus loft, one bathroom, second floor condo. It is only a 1/2 mile walk to skiing, hiking restaurants and pubs and only steps from a free bus stop to the resort or town. It can comfortably sleep six adults, but has sleeping for as many as eight, if four people slept in the two full size beds in the loft.
Enter the unit into the open living area, featuring vaulted ceilings, warm colors and comfy furniture. Kick back and relax after skiing, snowboarding, biking or hiking and watch a movie or show on the flat screen smart TV or warm up by the gas stove fireplace. Play one of the provided board games or dine at the table, that has seating for six. The fully stocked kitchen farmhouse style kitchen has everything you will need to stay in and cook a meal.
The living area also has access to the covered deck that has mountain views and a bistro table and two chairs from the living area.
The two bedrooms are the on the main level and both offer comfy queen beds and closets. The master also has a dresser and desk for your remote working needs.
The open loft is on its own upper level and has two full size beds as well as a desk for your remote working needs.
The full bathroom is located downstairs in the hallway and has a tub/shower combo.
There is a washer/dryer combo in the unit for your convenience.
Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.
Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.
Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.
