The Apres Ski Retreat is a spectacular setting for your Steamboat vacation. The mountain and Yampa Valley views from the balconies and inside this top floor unit are unforgettable. It lives like a single family home (only shared with downstairs rental) and is perfect for multiple and extended families or up to 5 couples (it will comfortably sleep 13 adults). You are right up the hill from the gondola/base area skiing, restaurants, pubs, shopping & more (.7 mile) and a block to free bus route (5 minute bus ride to ski).
You enter the unit though the beautifully updated kitchen, which features cherry wood cabinetry, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and is well appointed with everything you would need to cook and serve a meal.
Connecting the kitchen and the living area is fantastic dining area with a gorgeous wood dining table, 4 chairs and booth seating. There are also 3 bar stools at the kitchen counter, offering ample seating, but 2 more chairs and a leaf to extend the table are available if desired.
Kick back in the living area and take in the amazing views of the mountains and Yampa Valley, while warming up by the wood fireplace and watching the large flat screen TV. There is plenty of comfortable seating on a sofa, loveseat and recliner.
Enjoy outdoor hot tubbing, lounging and dining on the numerous decks around the property. We also have sleds and snowball makers in the garage for you to use during your stay.
This cozy, mountain retreat has updated decor, wood doors and trim throughout.
There are three bedrooms on the main level. The master suite has a king bed, amazing view and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom includes both a walk in shower and a seperate tub shower combo as well as two vanities.
Bedroom two also has a king bed and fantastic view.
Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and nice view.
Bedroom 2 and 3 share a full bathroom with a tub shower combo.
The top floor offers the 2nd living area, the 4th bedroom and a full bathroom with a tub shower combo.
The 2nd living area has a large flat screen TV. The bedroom has a bunk bed, full on bottom, twin on top and another full bed and can sleep 5 people.
All bedrooms have very comfortable beds.
Attached spacious 2-car garage on the left side of the bottom level, and one parking space on the driveway.
Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.

Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.
Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.
