Pool coming soon! We are excited to be able to offer a pool on property in 2025. The pool is currently under construction on the South side of the complex. This does not impact guest use of the porch or beach access which is on the North-East side of the house.

The premiere feature of the beautifully appointed Turtle Dunes Beachfront Retreat is the VIEW of the Atlantic Ocean which can be enjoyed all day long from the living spaces, most bedrooms, deck, and balcony! Enjoy a morning cup of coffee while watching the sunrise over the ocean, or an evening sunset over the intracoastal from the west-facing balcony. Best of all, take an easy stroll across a private boardwalk right onto the gorgeous white sands of Crescent beach to relish the natural dunes, wildlife, surf, and wide spaces to walk, play, or just relax in the sun with family and friends.
With two expansive levels of indoor space connected by an open staircase and elevator, Turtle Dunes has been thoughtfully furnished as a vacation paradise, featuring a fully stocked, gourmet kitchen with all the "bells and whistles" including a huge island and breakfast bar, stainless appliances such as double ovens and induction stove, and specialty items like a countertop ice machine, beverage cooler, and quesadilla maker. The open-concept primary living areas and outdoor spaces offer plenty of room for the whole group to gather during meal prep and dining, and to relax while watching a movie, playing a board game, or listening to music on the WiFi sound system all while enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean.
Downstairs, a handy kitchenette, second dining space, and a large living space are conveniently located next to a game room and back patio, perfect for coming in from the beach for a quick snack, game of ping-pong, or vintage arcade! An outdoor storage closet is stocked with beach chairs, towels and gear, and an outdoor shower makes rinsing off a breeze. The lower porch features high-top dining, adirondack seating, and a sofa swing.
Throughout the home, comfortable furnishings and soft beach hues will enhance your relaxation. Sleeping options abound in 8 bedrooms, 6 of which feature a king bed and en suite bathroom. One suite is accessible for guests with mobility issues and an elevator makes moving around easy. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs and outfitted with crisp, white linens. There is plenty of room for the whole family to shower and freshen up in the 8.5 bathrooms stocked with soft white towels and shower amenities.
Tucked away from A1A by a long, private driveway, Turtle Dunes Beachfront Retreat is surrounded by Florida's natural beauty, and offers the perfect beach vacation getaway, no matter the season!
Just a few minutes away, enjoy fishing or swimming in the beautiful Matanzas Inlet, take a free water taxi ride to the Fort Matanzas on the intracoastal, or spend a day exploring Marineland and Washington Oaks Gardens State Park, one of Florida's hidden treasures of history and nature!

Startup bathroom, kitchen, and laundry supplies are provided with each booking.
25 year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.
Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.
No smoking or vaping on the property. $500 fine for rule violation.

We hope you enjoyed your stay! Check Out Time is at 10:00 AM! But before you leave, be sure to:

Please empty the refrigerator.

Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the cleaning cycle.

Please do not strip sheets but leave beds unmade.

Pile all dirty towels in the bathroom or laundry room.

If you have rearranged any furniture or placed any items out of sight, please put them back as they were when you arrived.

Minimum $500 Fee for House Rule Violations
MAINTENANCE
Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to the us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and stereos. Check out instructions as provided must be complied with.
HOLD HARMLESS
Tenant and all other occupants willingly occupy these premises. In exchange for being allowed to occupy the premises, Tenant, on behalf of himself, his heirs, assigns, and descendants, agrees to the fullest extent permitted by law, to release and forever discharge iTrip or the Owner from any and all injuries, costs, damages, loss, death, or other claim or injury suffered of any nature whatsoever arising out of Tenant’s own negligence or gross negligence; the negligence or gross negligence of the Owner or iTrip or any of its employees, managers, principals, owners, representatives, agents, authorities, leaders, or other person affiliated with it in any way; and the negligence or gross negligence of any other occupant in connection with the stay whether that be prior to, during, or immediately after the stay. By agreeing to these terms, and in exchange for being allowed to stay on the premises, you further agree that you will indemnify iTrip and the Owner and hold iTrip and the Owner harmless for any and all injuries, costs, damages, loss, or other claims made by all other occupants other than yourself arising out of or in any way caused by your actions undertaken in the course of your stay on the premises. Tenant understands that he/she does not have to stay on the premises and that without agreeing to these terms whereby he/she chooses voluntarily to waive any liability of iTrip and the Owner under the above terms, he/she will not be allowed to stay on the premises.

If your property shares a common indoor or outdoor space, please be respectful of the other tennants in conduct and language.
