Tucked right up on Snowmass Mountain, the Shadowbrook condos have an amazing location offering ski-in/out access. This condo has one of the best locations in the complex. The convenient location features a walk-out patio to the seasonal pool and hot tub area and is also just steps from the ski slope. Large floor to ceiling windows in the living room look out to the pool area. The sun streaming in the windows and the view of the pool beckon you to head outside and enjoy the beautiful Colorado day. The kitchen area was remodeled with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and conversational seating. The kitchen opens up to the living area where the comfortable living room furniture and wood burning fireplace create an ideal space to relax when spending time indoors during your stay.

This two bedroom plus den/3 bath condo is ideal for family or friends traveling together. Each sleeping area offers an en-suite bath for added privacy. The master bedroom has a large king bed and newly remodeled en-suite bath with a double vanity area and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. If you are traveling with children there is also a trundle bed, perfect for the little ones in your group. The den/dining area becomes a third sleeping area when the accordion door is closed. There is a comfortable day bed with a pull-out trundle bed as well. Guests staying in the sleeping den will really appreciate the private bathroom with separate vanity area and walk-in shower.

Guests staying at the Shadowbrook will enjoy the mountain side seasonal outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. This condo has a great outdoor patio with gas grill. You can relax by the pool and take in the view of skiers or hikers enjoying Snowmass Mountain while you grill your dinner and enjoy and apres ski/hike beverage. If dining out is your preference the Snowmass Base Village or the Snowmass Mall are just a short walk away where you will find a number of great restaurants to choose from. The free Snowmass shuttle stops just 50 yards away if you need to make a trip to the grocery or the transit center to catch a free shuttle to one of the other ski mountains.

Due to the convenience of the Shadowbrook condos in Snowmass, this unit books up quickly year-round. Guests have enjoyed the location, quality and amenities so much they return year after year. We hope you will be come a repeat guest as well!

Portable AC units for the bedrooms are available for rent. Limited quantity available - please check for availability before confirming your stay if AC is needed.

*If you are booking a stay in April, May, October or November please check with us with to be sure the pool and hot tubs are operational during your stay if this is an important part of your vacation.

There is shared ski storage in the upper and lower Shadowbrook buildings near the stairs. There is also lockable storage right outside the unit front door.

***Fall 2024, the pool area is open until September 30th based on occupancy and weather then reopening at Thanksgiving. There will be no refund or discount if the amenities are closed due to weather or HOA policy change***

Guests are required to sign a rental agreement and manager may require proof of age.

  • Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. 
  • All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles at check-out. If the home is left in an excessively unclean manner please note we will charge $50/hour for additional cleaning time needed after your departure.  
  • The maximum number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises are grounds for eviction.
  • Check-in time is after 4pm, may be as late as 5 or 6pm in peak winter and summer season.  Check-out time is 10am.
  • No open flames are permitted on balconies or in the unit with the exception of fire contained within a wood burning fireplace. Do not dismantle smoke detectors. Use the overhead stove fan when cooking to avoid accidental activation of smoke detector alarm.
  • There is no daily maid service.  Additional maid service can be arranged for a fee. Please contact us in advance for pricing.  A starter supply of paper products is provided.  Any additional needed during your stay is your responsibility.
  • "No pets or emotional support animals" policy must be observed. If evidence of a pet(s) is found in the unit or on the premises you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent or damage deposit.
  • Smoking (cigarette and marijuana) is strictly prohibited inside the unit and on any outdoor patio or balcony. Your damage deposit will be forfeited or you will be charged a $1000 fee if you opted for damage insurance as smoking is not covered under the insurance.  You will incur an additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if any evidence of smoking is found.  This is also grounds for eviction.
  • Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am.  Any violations will result in a fine of at least $150.  Repeated violations are grounds for eviction.
  • If your vacation rental requires a parking permit for a vehicle, this pass must be left or returned per your rental instructions, or there will be a fine of $200 per missing pass.
  • Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25). We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age! Any violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
  • Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).
  • Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and stereos.
  • iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.
  • Tenant hereby acknowledges that if the premises they have reserved includes a community pool and hot tub or private hot tub and the undersigned agrees and acknowledges that the community pool, hot tub and patio/deck can be dangerous areas, that the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and that injury may occur to anyone who is not careful. With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings,Tenant accepts and assumes all risks involved to Tenant and all of Tenant's guests in or related to the use of the community pool, hot tub and patio areas.
  • Tenant, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges Owner from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and causes of action by reason of any injury, loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.
  • Any violation of posted rules at property that incur a fine will be the responsibility of the tenant. Examples include access outside of pool and hot tub hours, improper disposal of trash, smoking, excessive noise, parking violations.  
  • By signing this agreement you agree that your rental is transient in nature and does not provide you with tenant rights.  Transient accommodations or “short term rentals” are also subject to applicable Colorado Sales, county and city taxes which are added as a part of your total payment. Should the laws change regarding applicable taxes, we will adjust your booking accordingly.  We are required by law to collect all applicable sales taxes.

We stayed at Shadowbrook 403 again and it did not disappoint! The convenience of the condo is the absolute best for ski in/ski out!! We loved the amazing views of the lifts and seeing skiers go by is always so enjoyable! This time we enjoyed the hot tubs as well, which was such a cool experience for our daughter. The condo itself is impeccably clean, cozy (yet spacious) with comfortable furniture and even more comfortable beds. The boot/glove drier is a huge plus! We absolutely love this place and will be back later this season!! As always, iTrip staff was supportive, extremely kind and fun to see again!

We had a wonderful stay in Shadowbrook 403. Could not have been a better location on the mountain! I was impressed with how clean the condo was and it was stocked well for our one week stay! We were able to cook dinners in most nights easily with the well appointed kitchen. We did not have a car and were easily able to navigate the bus/shuttle system just steps from the condo front door! We will definately stay here again on our next trip to Snowmass.

We love coming here every year for the past five years. The rooms are spacious. Great for our multi generational family. 2 Grand parents. Two parents and 4 child. The unit is well equipped for lodging from 2 to 7, and we experienced all variations between 2 & 7 with various family members during our 8 night stay. Comfortable and well located for ski in - ski out, hot tubs & pool, and an easy walk up or down slope for shops and restaurants. The itrip staff support is great, pleasant and promptly attentive to any issues...and there were very few and minor issues, mostly our questions. This was our second year at Shadowbrook and we plan to return. Highly recommend.

Great summer stay!

Terrific stay in this unit. Quiet location even though conveniently adjacent to the pool. Comfortable beds, newly renovated bathrooms and cleanliness were all appreciated. Well stocked kitchen though we enjoyed nearby restaurants instead of cooking! Loved that there was a working ice maker and filtered water dispenser in the fridge. Like most mountain units there was no air conditioning but fans were provided in every room (we used in bedrooms). Doing laundry was easy with 3 washers/dryers in the shared laundry facility. Assigned parking spot was big enough for a large vehicle. Excellent location half way between base village and mall. We would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

One of the best getaways ever! The Snowmass cottage is everything promised, charming, sunny, comfortable and meticulously clean. The hosts are gracious and took care of everything. We hope that many more get to enjoy the peace and quiet of this quaint little Snowmass cottage. Perfect parking facility. Nice clean number pots and Pan we cooked number of days without any issues. Washer and dryer. Is any tithings are missing they provided in couple of hours . I highly recommended. Five star services.

There is nothing better after a long hike than getting into a nice pool or hot tub. It felt like our home away from home - I highly recommend staying here!

We stayed at Shadowbrook 403 last year then again last week. We could not have asked for more perfect accommodations! Truly ski-in/out on Snowmass, the best ski mountain in the world! Wood burning fireplace, well equipped kitchen, pleasant staff helped us find firewood. Shared hot tub and pool just outside our door. We were 5 guys and we weren't that crowded. Perfect for 2 couples plus kids. We had a car, which we used to go to Aspen one night and to grocery, liquor store, etc., but could have gotten by without a car.

The Shadowbrooks are very well maintained and managed. We loved our stay. Everything was perfect. The many updates were excellent. It was a very special trip for us, as my parents managed the property from the late 60's through to the 90's. To bring my Dad back there triggered lots of memories which was super special. I also got to share the this special spot with my adult children who have heard lots of stories but hadn't had the opportunity to see the village. Thank you for a great trip!
