Tucked right up on Snowmass Mountain, the Shadowbrook condos have an amazing location offering great access to shops, restaurants and mountain activities. Unit 202/203 has been remodeled into one spacious 5 bedroom vacation rental. A unique offering in slope side accommodations in Snowmass, your group will really appreciate the space and convenience this condo has to offer. Gather your family and/or friends to come and create long lasting wonderful memories in this special vacation rental. Ski-in Ski-out access.

This condo is located all on one level with 3 bedrooms on one end and 2 on the other, with a spacious living/dining/kitchen area in the middle. You will enjoy relaxing in the welcoming living spaces with comfortable furnishings, gas fireplace and flat screen TV. The large dining table is the perfect spot to enjoy meals together or for a night in playing your favorite board game. The new remodeled kitchen has two islands, ideal for meal prepping or socializing over a quick bite to eat. Two balconies over look the seasonal pool and hot tub area with a view of the surrounding mountains. Each has an inviting patio table and chairs where you can relax and enjoy the Colorado sunshine year round.

Each of the five bedrooms has an en-suite bath creating privacy and convenience when sharing this spacious rental. Two bedrooms are appointed with one large bed and a twin bed, offering great sleeping options for friends or family traveling together. The in-unit washer and dryer will certainly come in handy!

This condo is located on the second level with easy access by elevator. Two covered parking spots are available with additional parking in nearby lots if needed. The shuttle stop is located just at the end of the drive so vehicles are not necessary. The free shuttle can take you to the grocery or main transit station to catch a shuttle to ski any of the other mountains in the Aspen Snowmass area. If dining out or shopping is on your agenda, the Snowmass Base Village or the Snowmass Mall are just a short walk away where you will find a number of great restaurants and a variety of shops to choose from.

Due to the convenience of the Shadowbrook condos in Snowmass, this unit books up quickly year-round. Guests have enjoyed the location, quality and amenities so much they return year after year. We hope you will be come a repeat guest as well!

Portable AC units for the bedrooms are available for rent. Limited quantity available - please check for availability before confirming your stay if AC is needed.

*If you are booking a stay in April, May, October or November please check with us with to be sure the pool and hot tubs are operational during your stay if this is an important part of your vacation.

There is shared ski storage in the upper and lower Shadowbrook buildings near the stairs. There is also lockable storage right outside the unit front door.

***Fall 2024, the pool area is open until September 30th based on occupancy and weather then reopening at Thanksgiving. There will be no refund or discount if the amenities are closed due to weather or HOA policy change***

Guests are required to sign a rental agreement and manager may require proof of age.

  • Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. 
  • All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles at check-out. If the home is left in an excessively unclean manner please note we will charge $50/hour for additional cleaning time needed after your departure.  
  • The maximum number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises are grounds for eviction.
  • Check-in time is after 4pm, may be as late as 5 or 6pm in peak winter and summer season.  Check-out time is 10am.
  • No open flames are permitted on balconies or in the unit with the exception of fire contained within a wood burning fireplace. Do not dismantle smoke detectors. Use the overhead stove fan when cooking to avoid accidental activation of smoke detector alarm.
  • There is no daily maid service.  Additional maid service can be arranged for a fee. Please contact us in advance for pricing.  A starter supply of paper products is provided.  Any additional needed during your stay is your responsibility.
  • "No pets or emotional support animals" policy must be observed. If evidence of a pet(s) is found in the unit or on the premises you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent or damage deposit.
  • Smoking (cigarette and marijuana) is strictly prohibited inside the unit and on any outdoor patio or balcony. Your damage deposit will be forfeited or you will be charged a $1000 fee if you opted for damage insurance as smoking is not covered under the insurance.  You will incur an additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if any evidence of smoking is found.  This is also grounds for eviction.
  • Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am.  Any violations will result in a fine of at least $150.  Repeated violations are grounds for eviction.
  • If your vacation rental requires a parking permit for a vehicle, this pass must be left or returned per your rental instructions, or there will be a fine of $200 per missing pass.
  • Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25). We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age! Any violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
  • Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).
  • Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and stereos.
  • iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.
  • Tenant hereby acknowledges that if the premises they have reserved includes a community pool and hot tub or private hot tub and the undersigned agrees and acknowledges that the community pool, hot tub and patio/deck can be dangerous areas, that the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and that injury may occur to anyone who is not careful. With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings,Tenant accepts and assumes all risks involved to Tenant and all of Tenant's guests in or related to the use of the community pool, hot tub and patio areas.
  • Tenant, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges Owner from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and causes of action by reason of any injury, loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.
  • Any violation of posted rules at property that incur a fine will be the responsibility of the tenant. Examples include access outside of pool and hot tub hours, improper disposal of trash, smoking, excessive noise, parking violations.  
  • By signing this agreement you agree that your rental is transient in nature and does not provide you with tenant rights.  Transient accommodations or “short term rentals” are also subject to applicable Colorado Sales, county and city taxes which are added as a part of your total payment. Should the laws change regarding applicable taxes, we will adjust your booking accordingly.  We are required by law to collect all applicable sales taxes.

Perfect family vacation

Our three-generation family including grandchildren aged 3, 2 and 1 had the privilege of staying at the 5 bedroom 5 bath Shadowbrook 202-203 ski-in/ski-out condo overlooking the Snowmass slopes. From the moment we arrived, we enjoyed the views from the open living area, kitchen and balconies. This spacious condo is owned by a multi-generational family and it is well thought out. The living area is very comfortable, and the adults didn't have to worry about children's safety or about them messing up the owners' furniture. Our family of nine enjoyed the bedrooms with en suite baths. There were plenty of spotless bed linens and towels. Our family cooked many meals in the well-equipped kitchen and took full advantage of the two islands and large dining area. The benchs with hooks and cubbies was very helpful. Skiing couldn't have been easier from our location. We walked down the stairs and skied down to multiple lifts and gondolas. The 3 and 2 year old were walked down to ski school within sight of the condo. Everyone could come home for lunch or enjoy restaurants. We often walked down to the free Sky Cab and rode up to the mall area. Itrip property management took wonderful care of us. The property was clean and ready for us including rented high chair and pack-and plays. They checked in to make sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. They proactively asked if we had any maintenance or other issues. They came by to make a repair but made sure it was convenient before doing so. They helped us arrange a babysitter for a date night. They went above and beyond when our flight home from Aspen was cancelled and found us lodging at one of their properties within minutes of my call. Thank you to Audrey for your speedy work on lodging. They could not have done more for us!

Best location & perfect multi-family setup!

This was our 2 families’ 2nd year in this condo! We love the ski-in, ski-out access, easy walk to the bus and the setup is so perfect for our two families! We each took one side of the condo and shared all of the kitchen, dining and living space. It’s the perfect amount of space and togetherness for our group of 12 (4 adults, 8 kids ages 8-18). The new washer/dryer combo is a great update from last year’s visit! We’d stay here again but it’s time to go explore a new mountain next year. If you’re thinking about booking this unit- do it! You’ll love it!

Great Location! Double wide condo is a great layout to hang out with the family and have friends over. Outdated decor and horrible cooking pans and pots, horrible outdated oven, no dual fridge, limited room for groceries, no formal pantry, expected a gourmet kitchen for this cost!!!! ….but we made it work between the grill and cooking stovetop We paid half as much same time period last year for a gorgeous HOME (not second floor condo) ski in ski out in Beaver Creek Pain to half to take everything up and down from second floor location, it a workout Thank you!

Did your family not use the elevator? One of the best amenities at the Shadowbrook is the elevator as there are so many properties in Snowmass without one! This owner has made many updates in her condo over the past year so it is surprising to see you mention that the decor is outdated. The fridge is large and the oven is definitely on the high end. It is unfortunate this vacation rental did not meet the expectations you had as we do have many photos and a walk through 3D tour so that our guests can get a really good feel of the property before confirming their reservation. Amazing Condo and Hosts

Not only was the condo huge, beautiful and clean but iTrip was SO accommodating. I had to set up for my friends bachelorette party and they allowed me an early check in of 12:00 pm (unheard of!!). They also let us check out at Noon for a late check out. During the trip some of the lights in a bedroom weren't working. I sent iTrip a text (loved texting with them for communication purposes, it was so easy) and they sent someone within a half hour to replace the lights. The condo, pool and hot tub facilities exceeded my expectations. 100% recommend iTrip. Thank you for a great stay!

Our trip to Snowmass for a family wedding in late June- we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location was quiet, but close enough to walk to snowmass mall, take the gondola to basecamp, or catch the shuttle to the grocery. Perfect location on the ski run with pool and hot tub. Management company is top notch with responding and needs. Easiest check in and check out ever. All amenities are accurate and we could not have been happier with our stay and trip! Highly recommended to all that want a large nice condo literally on the mountain! Also near the Snowmass mall (about 40 yards) and same to the Snowmass base. Just lovely!

This condo was close to perfect. My husband and I went with our 3 grown children, all of whom have 1 small child each. Also, 2 other adults stayed with us. The five bedrooms with their own bathrooms let everyone have their own private space. The living area was spacious enough to accommodate all of us at one time. The kitchen was well equipped with very nice cookware. With such a large crowd, we cooked a lot. Ski in and ski out was great!

Best family ski week yet!

We were two families (total of 8 kids and 4 adults) in the unit for a week in February and it was THE BEST! The location is unbeatable... we were right on the slopes and it was an easy ski to lessons and to the Village Express & Gondola and home at the end of the day or to walk up or down the hill a bit to the two Snowmass Villages. The unit is plenty big for 12 and we had plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably, store their gear and relax. The kitchen was well-equipped and we made good use of the games, the washer & dryer, boot dryer and sleds & snow toys. The pool & hot tubs were a short walk and felt great at the end of the ski day. The management office was very helpful in storing our gear for a few hours and answering our questions/troubleshooting any concerns. We had the best week!

This unit was terrific. It accommodated our family of 11, including four young grandchildren. It was great having 3 bedrooms on one side for the families with young children, and 2 on the other side for the adults. The large kitchen is fabulous. The best furnished kitchen area ever. The refrigerator doors didn't close the best but there were so many pans and utensils, it was a great space to cook. The location can't be beat! The kids could ski down to ski school and we used the gondola to return home. The pool and hot tubs were a big hit. And the staff was very responsive and helpful. Loved it.

We loved this condo. It was well stocked and perfect location. We easily dropped off kids at ski school, walked to the base and mall for meals and entertainment and the kids favorite was sledding on the slope right outside. We enjoyed the hot tub as well. Great Stay!

We loved Shadowbrook! Great location, beautiful views, nice pool and hot tubs. The condo itself is very large, great for our group of 6. Loved the large kitchen and each bedroom having an ensuite bath! Will definitely stay here again!

Condo was very nice. The kitchen is great and well equipped. Great location. The staff with ITrip are very nice and accommodating. We needed fans, due to the heat, and ended up buying two strong box fans and leaving them at the condo. One small suggestion is to have patio furniture that is a better quality. We enjoyed this unit and having a larger space.

Excellent large family space

We truly enjoyed our stay and the location is well placed between both the Snowmass village and the Snowmass mall. You can walk to either and take the gondola between them. The home has every thing we needed while there and enjoyed all of the games that are in the closets. Don’t forget the great pool and hot tubs.

The place is beautiful the proximity to village express lift is extremely convenient. Enjoyed every second of our stay. Totally recommend this place. You can’t bit the location, and the accommodations especially a 5 bedroom with 5.5 bathrooms is such a rare find.

Perfect Mt home

We stayed in 202/203 for a girls trip and had a wonderful time. The condo was in the perfect location. Every morning just walking out the door and jumping on the slopes was just what we wanted. We could also relax by the fireplace and watch the skiers come up the chair lift and ski down the mountain. Breathtaking views to wake up to with your coffee was also a highlight. Easy to get around without a car, the free city bus ride into Aspen was also very clean. The condo was large, very clean, and had all the kitchen amenities you could think of. The beds were comfortable. It was the perfect cozy place to stay.

Fantastic trip!

We used iTrip for the first time (Oct 2020) and could not have been happier! Orderly, efficient, timely, responsive, nothing but good things to say about them! It helped that we had a great place to stay (Shadowbrook 202/203, Snowmass Village), which was perfect for our family. Great location, lots of room, well organized, we'd definitely stay there again. To be completely candid, the furniture is a bit dated (but you're on vacation, so who cares?), the separate ice maker and balcony heater didn't seem to work, but none of this took away from having a great time. Both Itrip and Shadowbrook 202/203 deserve two thumbs up!

Great Vacation Spot for Fly Fishing

Weather and views from the patio of the condo were incredible. Really enjoyed the location and ease of access to many rivers to fish on.
