A spacious, well-equipped 2 bedroom/2 bathroom home that has a cozy retro feel with a modern twist and views of the red rocks. The back patio is great for entertaining with a gas grill, seating and dining area, and ambient string lights while the front patio area is great for relaxing. Large 6-person hot tub with red rocks views situated on the side of the house that does wonders for those sore muscles after hiking and biking around town all day. Awesome home for a family or group of friends to spend some time together!
Nestled in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, this home will allow you to relax while enjoying the views of the red rocks during a beautiful evening sunset. Within walking distance to Chapel of the Holy Cross, a short 10 minute drive to downtown Sedona, and easy access to a multitude of hiking and biking trails, this home is sure to entice you to go on an adventure or two! Or, if you want to stay in, there's plenty of space inside the main part of the house to spread out. There's also a game room/sleeping area with separate entrance off the back patio that can give you some quiet alone time or fun game time, your choice!
Dogs (2 max) are also welcomed with paid pet rate. Please note no pitbulls/aggressive breeds are allowed, and the backyard is only partially fenced. Two leads with anchors are available in the backyard, and a large dog crate (35.5" L x 22" W x 24.5" H) is also provided for when you are away from the home.

- All linens and towels are provided. Any lost or damaged linens and towels will be charged to the guest.
- Must leave home in substantially the same condition, neat and tidy, as it was found.
- Using the property address as a mailing address is strictly prohibited. Any tenant that needs to receive mail while staying at the property will obtain a private mailbox elsewhere to receive their mail.
- No compensation given for temporary outages of electricity, gas, water, cable, and/or internet service. All efforts will be made to restore as soon as possible.
- Report any maintenance issues. No refunds will be made for maintenance including, but not limited to, heating/AC, appliances, and TVs.
- Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises under the following circumstances: in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services; or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owner’s intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).
- iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property nor does the owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond their control.
