This is a quiet, relaxing home to spend time with the family.

The main living room is an open space that the entire family can use to enjoy the house and serves as the main throughway to the rest of the house. The living room has a flatscreen TV so you can keep up with the game or the news. The TV will allow you to log into your Netflix account! Just a few steps from the main living area is patio door to backyard. There is a second living room that is designed to allow others to relax and watch TV, we think of it as a Kid's living room. The TV has an extra HDMI port if someone brings a gaming system.
The kitchen and dining areas serve as a central meeting point. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking/dining gear. You can choose to cook your meal on the outdoor grill or in the kitchen! The main countertop serves as both prep and dining space. You'll be sure to enjoy the kitchen if you decide to eat in and make a great meal during your vacation. Adjacent to the dining room is a "prep" or laundry room.
All of the bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms. The main master bedroom has a large TV and an expansive closet and bathroom. This master bedroom is on the opposite side of the home and is very quiet. The master bedroom has a king bed and has a private patio that opens up to the pool area.
The second master bedroom has a king bed and a large en-suite bathroom and is located adjacent to the living room. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have comfortable queen beds. A closet with ample space for clothes and their own private bathrooms.
Please be aware that this is entirely a non-smoking property.
PARKING: Muitple cars can park in the front of the home.
Check-in time: 3:30 p.m. on the arrival date
Check-out time: 10 a.m. on the departure date
While we don't allow the property to be rented for commercial purposes, we are open to renting our home to bridal parties, baby showers, or small scale special events with a minimum nightly rental. In such cases, the prep room can be used for caterers. Events must be approved in advance.
Please note that our properties may have electronic devices installed such as electronic locks, front door cameras, or noise monitors. There are no video devices inside the property.
We have implemented CDC Approved cleaning. Using additional sanitizing and anti-bacterial products, especially on "high-touch" items. Staying in a vacation rental can be safer than hotels and you control your environment.

Monday morning is trash removal day, place bins on the street after 7pm on Sunday evening and bring them in after the trash has been collected.
Trash bins are located on the side of the house (right side, if you are looking at the house from the front)
If you are departing on Sunday or Monday, we ask that you remove trash from the home and take the bins out to the curb.
Please feel free to park in the driveway. Please do not park on the street.
DOOR ACCESS
2-3 days prior to your check-in you will recieve an email with the front door access code.
CHECK IN / OUT TIME
Check-in time is 3pm local time. Check-out time is 10:00am.
CHECK-OUT REMINDER
Plan your time the night before checkout and the morning of checkout so that you can finish on time. Late checkout results in additional charges to us, and may result in additional charges to you.
To avoid an extra $50 cleaning fee, please make sure all trash has been removed, linens have been removed and placed in a pile, and the dishwasher is loaded and turned on.
INTERNET ACCESS
Internet access is provided. Please use the iTrip App or the Guide Book in the home for WIFI network name and password.
CLIMATE CONTROL
This property has a heater only and AC. There are fans throughout the house in the event of a above average heat.
NO SMOKING
Smoking (both traditional, 420, and electronic) are not allowed inside or on the property at anytime. Violation of this house rule WILL be cause immediate removal without any refund.
PETS
We are a no pet property. However, assistance dogs, depending on size, are allowed only with prior approval.
TRASH PICK-UP DAY: Monday is trash removal day, place bins on curb in front of garage after 7pm on Sunday evening and bring them in after the trash has been collected.
AMENITIES
- Beach towels are provided for pool use and beach trips.
- A supply of paper products has been provided to last 3-4 days. Extra rolls are kept in the cabinets and laundry room. Additional needs beyond this are your responsibility.
