On a private dead end street with a beach path just across, you'll have amazing views of this JUST renovated beach house, perfectly designed for large groups with plenty of room to spread out. By taking a set of stairs to the front door, (this home is raised and has sweeping views of the beach and marsh from every window and porch - you'll find that no detail has been overlooked, especially the kitchen!
Sandy Clydesdale comes complete with double ovens, large fridge, dishwasher, and is fully stocked equipment and utensils to accommodate preparing a big meal for a big group. With a huge island plenty of prep space and offering even more seating, this home is well-suited to a traditional New England clambake, Lobster-fest or hire a personal chef (we can assist) and enjoy a fine dining experience. There is a wetbar area for additional entertaining in the living room, complete with a large smartTV and plenty of games and stuff for the kids.
Perfect balance of luxurious modern and traditional cape house charm, this house has 3 private bedrooms and a bunk room that all have flat screen smart TVs on the wall. It sleeps 12 people comfortably in beds, with room for 14 with a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. You'll also have a full wet-bar, complete with an icemaker and plenty of bar glasses. Happy hour anyone? There are plenty of games and things to do within the closet of the living room to bring the family together on the gigantic L-shaped sectional.
Open up the patio door to the grill area and a set of stairs to take you to the roof deck with even more amazing views, lounge chairs, and patio furniture, you can hear the ocean and all the beautiful marsh birds. We've even had guests "work from home" up here. Outdoor shower to be installed by Summer 2024!

- Parking is in driveway for up to 6 cars
- Please NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS, OR BANDS ARE ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. Please be respectful of the neighbors at all times!
- Charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on the property
- PLEASE NOTE: There are security cameras on the premises outdoors - front door and driveway.
- These are all separate causes for eviction with no refund and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability.
**Please Note - this is a private home that sleeps 12 comfortably in bedrooms and can accommodate 14 people due to the queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room and trundle bed in the bunk room. Tenant and guests agree to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant and guests found the premises to be upon check-in, normal wear and tear expected.

Beds should be stripped of linens and placed in a pile in each bedroom for housekeeping. Towels should be placed in the bathroom on the floor.

All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles.

The maximum number of occupants shall not exceed 14 people, not including a child in a crib.

Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.

"No pets" policy must be observed. Pets are not allowed on premises.

Smoking is not allowed in the unit.

Parking is provided and details are included in the check-in instructions. If the property provides parking passes and they are lost or not returned, a $50 charge per pass will result (cost of replacement of the pass).

Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).

Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Massachusetts, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Massachusetts or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
