Looking for that perfect beach cottage in the perfect location? Sandy Toes is it! After you pull into the driveway, you are torn - should we walk 1 block to the Carousel, 2 blocks to the beach, or head into the newly renovated beach house?
The location is amazing! Head down a dead end street to the expansive sands of Salisbury Beach - often voted a top 10 beach. Head down the street to the all-new Carousel area and the main entrance to Salisbury Beach. Catch free concerts and see the fireworks. Stop into an arcade or grab some beach food: ice cream, pizza, or fried dough! Win those precious prizes! Ahhh vacation memories - does it get any better than this?
Are you catching a show at Blue Ocean? Sandy Toes is a 2-block walk to Blue Ocean Concert Hall and Sea Glass Restaurant. That perfect date of fine dining with a great show - all an easy stroll from Sandy Toes.
Enter the front door and enjoy a light, bright open living space. A wall-to-wall window looks out to the beach. Sink into the comfy L-shaped couch and turn on the Huge Smart TV - the perfect set-up for movie night! Dine at the peninsula on the 4 bar stools. The well-appointed kitchen includes full sized appliances: fridge with freezer, stove with large oven, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker.
Down the hallway, you find the 2 bedrooms and 1 bath.
To the right enter the perfect kids room with bunk full beds (2 Full Beds). The kids hangout space has a couch, coffee table, and a big screen Smart TV. Under the side window is the workspace, comprised of a desk, desk chair, and large monitor. Catch up on email of have a workcation! There's plenty of storage: drawers under the bed and a closet with shelves and cubbies. Kids can watch their shows while the adults watch theirs in the living room.
The 3/4 bathroom includes full size laundry. The Bathroom provides a walk-in shower with a hand-held spray and toiletries (body wash, shampoo, and conditioner). Full-sized front-load washer and dryer are tucked behind the door.
At the end of the hall is the master bedroom. A queen-sized bed with underbed storage, a huge Smart TV, and chair.
Head out the backdoor to the deck with dining table for 6, gas grill, and Adirondack chairs. The backyard has a gathering space with seating for 4.

During peak season, Sandy Toes has a strict No Pets Policy.
Beds are made with freshly laundered linens. Clean towels for each registered guest are placed on the beds. Please bring your own beach towels. Each accommodation comes with starter pack of 1 roll of paper towels, each bathroom will have at least 1 spare roll of toilet paper. A starter pack of coffee, cleaning supplies, and hand soap is also provided.
Items you should bring with you: Extra paper products, beach towels, beach chairs, sunscreen, toiletries, food, beverages, and any other essentials and assundries to make your vacation enjoyable.

- Pay by phone, through the Passport Parking App, available on these Play Store and Apple App Store.
Free parking lots are at the Train Station and 2 Blue Lane Road on Rt 127.
During the winter, meters and kiosk parking is free. All seasons, on-street parking outside of the meter and kiosk areas are free.
Guests are expected to honor our House Rules to be Good Neighbors and Respectful Visitors.
Good Neighbors honor the right of Sandy Toes’s neighbors to peacefully enjoy their homes. iTrip North Shore's guests will:
- Respect Quiet Hours: Quiet Hours are dictated by local rules and ordinances. Unless specified otherwise, quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM.
- Not Host Events or Parties: without express written approval from iTrip North Shore, do not host any parties or events.
- Follow the Law: do not do anything illegal.
- Respect Boundaries: Do not encroach into the neighbors’ space, including but not limited to yards, gardens, decks, patios, and parking spaces. Do not use neighbors’ amenities or take neighbor’s property, such as: furniture, grills, pools, spas, etc.
- Follow Parking Instructions: Please follow all parking instructions and only use those spaces allotted to Sandy Toes.
- Prudent Use: instructions on how to use appliances and amenities are provided. Please use all items for their intended purpose and per instructions. Please contact iTrip Vacations North Shore Massachusetts if you have any questions.
- Be Neat and Caring: please do pick up after yourselves; put trash and recycling in proper bins, do the dishes, use coasters, and leave the furniture where it belongs.
- Park in Designated Areas: Please do park in driveways, parking pads and garages. Please do not park on lawns or in gardens.
- Do Not Smoke or Vape: smoking or vaping of anything: cigarettes, pipes, cigars, or marijuana, requires special remediation to remove the aroma.
- Do Not Tamper with Safety Sensors: iTrip North Shore homes come equipped with a variety of safety sensors, such as: exterior cameras, noise monitoring, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and more. Respectful guests do not tamper with the owner's safety sensors.
- Be Careful: where there are wet area amenities such as waterfronts, docks, pools, or hot tubs, please take care to secure the areas and take appropriate precautions.
- Return Keys/Passes/Remotes: please return items as described in Check-out instructions.
