This gorgeous pool home is bright, and newly furnished with an ideal location on the first fairway of the Mission Hills North Gary Player course.
INTERIOR SPACE
Step into a spacious, over 4000 square feet. Resort-style living with a well-lit living room offering stunning views of the golf course and pool area. The open living concept is luxurious & spacious with a grand media room that includes a bar, formal living room, dining area, and kitchen with views of the Gary Player Golf Course. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your meal prep needs. The dining table comfortably seats eight adults, and the kitchen breakfast bar is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. Additionally, the kitchen provides ample cabinet storage, granite countertops, and a small countertop table with a computer screen for those who like to work while enjoying the golf course views. Moving down the hall from the kitchen, you'll find the TV room, which features seating for 6 adults on the sofa and an 82-inch Smart TV – the perfect spot for enjoying your favorite movies and sports games!
SLEEPING QUARTERS
The main bedroom is situated on the left (west) wing of the house. It boasts stunning golf course views, direct access to the backyard, a king-sized bed, a seating area, a 60-inch Smart TV, walk-in closets, and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious walk-in shower featuring two showerheads, a jet tub, and dual vanities.
The front bedroom is also located on the same side of the house, and it includes a queen-sized bed, a ceiling fan, dual nightstands, large windows, and a dresser (not shown in the photos).
Moving to the right side of the house (east wing), you'll find two additional bedrooms. Bedroom #3 features a king-sized bed, a large closet, and an en suite bathroom with a shower-tub combo. Bedroom #4 includes a queen-sized bed, a ceiling fan, dual nightstands, a large closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower-tub combo.
OUTDOOR SPACE
Relax and catch some sun or splash around in the saltwater pool. The backyard is on the golf course and faces the north side, providing ample shade in the warmer months. It also offers a 180-degree view of the mountains & golf course with a built-in misting system for the hotter days. Situated on the backyard patio is a dining table accommodating eight adults, a fire feature to catch sunsets with a glass of wine under the outdoor heating lamps on cooler nights, and a four-burner BBQ island for the grill masters. The gated community features tennis courts, pickleball courts, a community pool, and a community grill. Community amenities are first come, first served. Mission Hills North Gary Player Signature Course is a public course, and guests are welcome to book a tee time.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES
Guard gated community (24 hours security) - Very safe and private, Community Pool with Jacuzzi, BBQ area, Tennis and Pickleball courts. Access to 3 golf courses, the Mission Hills North Gary Signature, Rancho Las Palmas Country Club, and Desert Island. 3 Full-size car garage (smallest garage can hold a golf cart) Electric car charger in the garage.
THINGS TO DO
Located close to popular hiking trails, restaurants, shopping, golf, and tennis, the house is an easy 10-minute drive to El Paseo, Whole Foods, Target, Trader Joe's, and much more! Downtown Palm Springs and Palm Springs International Airport are easily accessible, approximately 7 miles away.
An exterior entry security camera is present. It is not monitored and is only utilized when the home is vacant.
POOL HEAT
Pool heating is an optional amenity and not included in the nightly rental rate. Pool heating may be added during the booking process. Daily pool heating fees are based on natural gas prices in California and on size of the pool.

Frequently Asked Questions
Maximum OCCUPANCY limit is provided in the property listing. Two people per bedroom.
No excessive or unreasonable NOISE is allowed beyond the property. If a complaint is received by the management company, the guests may be required to vacate the property. The City prohibits renters from using sound devices (radios, sound systems, etc.) and musical instruments outside the rental property between 10 p.m. and 10 a.m. Failure to comply will result in a citation, fines, and removal from the property.
One CAR is allowed per bedroom. Assigned parking spaces may apply for properties located within an HOA. Guests must use garage parking and driveway parking first. No street parking is allowed.
If a property is not PET friendly, we may allow a pet under certain circumstances. Please inquire prior to booking. For pet friendly properties please disclose if you will be bringing a pet at the time of reservation inquiry. A non refundable pet fee of $250 is required. Unauthorized pets will result in additional fee of $500.
SMOKING of any kind is prohibited at the property. Any smoke smell or odor found post departure authorizes the property management company to remediate the smoke smell, and the main guest will incur a fee of $2,000 for remediation.
UNINTENTIONAL / ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE must be reported to the property management company. Accidental or unintentional property damage is covered up to $1,500 by Limited Damage Waiver Fee included in your booking fee. If accidental damage is not reported during the stay, it will be treated as intentional damage and the cost of the damage will be charged to the Main Guest reservation.
POOL AND SPA use is at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. Use of Pool, Spa, and Pool Area amenities can cause serious injury, including death. The occupants accept this risk when booking the property.
POOL HEATING is not included in the rental rate for 27-day or longer stays from October through April. Pool heating may be added to your booking please reach out to us for pool heat inquiries and rates.
Guest Bookings 27 days or longer require a Security Deposit of $2,500.
AFTER booking confirmation, the property manager may request a copy of the main guest ID prior to check in. Main guest may be required to sign and execute additional agreements including HOA Rules prior to check in.
HOLD HARMLESS - Palm Desert Vacation Properties, iTrip or the Owner, do not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does the owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.
