About iTrip® Tampa Property Management

Kathie Wild owns and manages iTrip Tampa along with the support of Katie Wingad as Director of Operations. Together, they provide owners and guests a positive, memorable experience through personalized short-term property management services in the greater Tampa area. The team serves Apollo Beach, Bayshore, Channelside, Davis Island, downtown Tampa, Harbor Island, Hyde Park, MacDill, Oldsmar, Seminole Heights, South Tampa, Temple Terrace, Westshore and Ybor City.

Kathie has held several senior executive roles in the past 25 years including Regional President of a major retailer with responsibility for the southeastern U.S. and Chief Development Officer with American Red Cross. Florida has been her home since childhood, and the Tampa area captured her heart in 2010.

For the last 20 years, Kathie has also managed her own investment properties and traveled extensively both domestically and internationally. She understands the needs of those away from home and the value of a personal touch – whether travel is for business or leisure.

Katie worked in the retail industry for more than 20 years but recently joined the real estate industry. Her time in retail shaped her supportive instincts and ability to listen to others, which helps her success in real estate. She has sold homes in Hillsborough, Polk, Manatee and Pasco counties, and is knowledgeable in all Tampa Bay area markets. Katie grew up in the Tampa area and has lived in north, south and central Florida. She is originally from Cleveland, Ohio, and relocated to Tampa with her family in 1991.

Kathie and Katie bring years of customer service experience in the real estate industry to iTrip Tampa. As local residents and property managers, they ensure every owner and guest receives timely and professional care.
