Meet the iTrip® Maui Team

Michelle “Mic” Zoodsma and Rosanne Nitti – owners and managers of iTrip Maui – have known each other since kindergarten! Both have extensive experience in the hospitality and property management industries, and have deep-rooted, enduring ties to Maui. Rosanne moved to the islands shortly after high school, and Mic first came to Maui with her sister who married into a local generational family.

Rosanne has decades of experience in rental management on both Maui and Oahu, as well as the mainland. She is a licensed real estate agent and broker in several states, including Hawaii. Roseanne also has a strong creative side. As an accomplished artist and fine-art photographer, she serves on the board of the Sawdust Art Festival and has exhibited there as an artist since 2009.

Mic also has decades of experience in hospitality and property management (both commercial and residential), and more than 12 years of managing short-term rentals on Maui. She worked hand-in-hand with the previous iTrip Maui owner prior to taking the helm. Mic brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in pricing and marketing, publishing, owner relations, and elevating the guest experience.

The iTrip Maui team prides itself on attention to detail and personalized customer service for both owners and guests. They are one of the first iTrip locations to deploy private-label, in-room amenities for quality and consistency -- all customized with that special “only in Maui” design. Elevating the guest experience even further, iTrip Maui partners with Xplorie (one of the only property managers on Maui to have this partnership), offering a selection of free activities to owners and guests every day of their stay. Luaus, dinner cruises, snorkel cruises, ziplining, tours, beach gear and more! The company continues to innovate their operations, so owners and guests benefit from technology advantages and automation, while maintaining that boutique local experience that is so important on this island paradise.

Culture and pride run deep through all who live on Maui. The aloha spirit is a way of life … to help, to conserve, to be thankful for the beauty of the world around you. Mic and Rosanne are committed to honoring that aloha spirit by focusing on being a continuing force for good in the local community. Even after natural disasters such as the August 2023 wildfires, the team has devoted countless hours to outreach, providing housing options, working with visitors who want to “give back”, and assisting vendors and industry partners who work with iTrip Maui.
