Meet iTrip® Lakes of Central Florida

iTrip Lakes of Central Florida is owned and operated by Charles and Kim Gauthier. They serve homeowners and guests in the Brandon, Dade City, Lakeland, Land O’Lakes, Wesley Chapel, Winter Haven and Zephyrhills areas.

Prior to moving to Florida, Charles and Kim lived abroad in Dubai and had the opportunity to travel to different countries and experience different cultures and customs. They moved to the area in order to be closer to their two daughters and family who live in Florida.

Charles launched iTrip after 30 years working in the corporate world. He is originally from Quebec City, Canada, and earned a bachelor's degree in Marketing at Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. He began his professional career in the energy industry where he has held Human Resources leadership positions. In addition, Charles has worked and lived in Texas, Alabama, Brazil and just relocated from Dubai to Wesley Chapel, Florida. Charles has traveled extensively throughout the world and acquired a wealth of knowledge by experiencing various resorts and properties.

Kim served the legal industry as a court reporter for 17 years, and then began a new journey as they lived abroad in Brazil and the UAE. During that time, she was able to enjoy and experience different cultures and customs from friends and coworkers she met along the way. Kim also worked at the American School where she assisted new families moving into their school and Dubai community and connected with others.

As owners of a rental property for several years, Charles and Kim have witnessed what it’s like to work with a vacation rental management company and the expectations they have. As short-term property managers in central Florida, their priority is to ensure that not only guests receive a great vacation, but also that homeowners feel secure knowing their property is in capable hands. Charles and Kim are also active in the community, love meeting new people and want to share their area with others.
