Meet the iTrip® Charleston Beaches Team

Sarah Goodwin is the president and owner of iTrip Charleston Beaches, managing vacation property rentals in Folly Beach, Kiawah Island, Seabrook Island and the historic downtown areas of Charleston, SC.

After several years as a successful corporate attorney in New York City, Sarah and her husband, Steven, relocated to their favorite city - Charleston - nearly 10 years ago to pursue a more relaxed lifestyle with their new family.

Sarah continued to work with her family’s 150-year-old real estate business and began looking for vacation properties to acquire in the Charleston area. Frustrated by the high management fees charged by many resorts, she discovered iTrip and their market-leading, integrated technology that delivers higher revenues, higher conversion rates and a better overall return for vacation home owners. Excited by the opportunity to bring this advanced system combined with the outstanding customer service that iTrip is known for to homeowners in Charleston, Sarah bought the iTrip Charleston Beaches franchise.

Steven Goodwin has more than 25 years of experience in hospitality and real estate and was formerly Managing Director, Hard Rock Hotels & Casinos; CEO of Hard Rock Park; and served on the boards of directors of Universal Orlando and Universal Studios Japan. He is excited to help Sarah bring the iTrip experience to the millions of Charleston visitors every year.

When not managing vacation rentals in Conde Nast's No. 1 vacation destination in the world, Sarah and Steven can be found relaxing at the beach with their two young girls, checking out one of Charleston’s great restaurants or enjoying the beautiful Lowcountry scenery and fresh air on one of the area's many trails!
