PARKING:

There are two driveways for parking with enough room for a trailer or an RV. There is no parking on the homeowner's grass. However, there is an area across the street where you can park in the grass during the day.

PETS:

All Pets must be pre-approved before bringing them into the home. This home accepts pets 40 lbs and under. No more than two. Pets must be on a leash when outside. Owners must bag pet feces and put it in the outside trash can. Pets must be up to date on their shots. Pets are not allowed on any furniture or in the pool. If the pet is left inside alone, it must be crated. If evidence of a non-pre approved pet(s) is found in the unit or on the premises you will be charged the pet fee, and an additional cleaning fee will be charged. The Tenant is responsible for any damage caused by a pet on the property.

- Boating is popular in nearby Lemon Bay and around Boca Grande.

as it is only a starter set.)

- All beds are ready made for you with freshly laundered sheets & towels

Please NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ARE ALLOWED AT ANY TIME at our home! No smoking/vaping. The maximum occupancy throughout all times of your stay is 6 people. These are causes for eviction with no refund and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a quiet residential neighborhood -- please be respectful of the home's neighbors at all times.
