LOCATION! LOCATION! Beautiful classic New England home in the heart of historic downtown Plymouth. Ocean views from the front yard with a short distance to Plymouth Harbor, restaurants, and shopping. Features a lovely grass yard and firepit and an additional fenced-in area which makes this home dog-friendly! Large driveway with space for 3 cars with off-street parking. The home sits elegantly above Plymouth Center and is a prime spot to watch the Annual 4th of July fireworks and 1 block from the route of all the traditional holiday parades.

Less than 1 mile to Nelson St. Beach and 1.5 miles to Plymouth Long Beach. This traditional 4 bedroom has finished hardwood floors throughout with a country kitchen and tons of charm, everything in this home had been thoughtfully curated to host your next vacation. There's lots of natural light and modern touches in all the right places!

You'll access the property from the driveway in the back, you'll pass a few nice outdoor seating areas and BBQ grill. There is a table and chairs in a nice covered area, additionally there are some nice lounge chairs and ottomans to enjoy. There is a dog waste station, equipped with plenty of waste bags and a rake and scooper. You'll also have access to a large dog crate and leash/collar, in case you forgot yours!

Enter through the heart of the home, the kitchen and 1st family room with a smart TV and comfy couches. The kitchen has all modern appliances and the refrigerator has a water dispenser and ice machine. There's also a microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, along with plenty of cookware and eating utensils. You can enjoy meals at the counter, in the little breakfast nook, or at the table in the dining room.

There's a laundry room and half bathroom off the dining room and then you head through to the 2nd family room with a huge L shaped couch and another smart TV. Take another walk through this living room to discover an adorable reading nook/office space with a great view and Seabreeze!

Heading upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms on this floor (2 with queen beds and 1 with a full), we provide sheets and comforters for all bedrooms. Each bedroom has an air conditioner installed for the Summer months. There is also a full bathroom on this level with a shower tub combo. We also provide bath towels, hand towels, and facecloths.

Keep going! There's an additional bedroom on the 3rd floor with a queen bed, it's pretty private up here. There is also a window air conditioner and a skylight up here.

- Pet friendly home is for a DOG only. Owner is severely allergic to cats. This home allows 1 dog with a nightly Fee. With owner approval, a second dog may be considered for an additional fee.

- No smoking/vaping indoors

- Charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on the property

- Please NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS, OR BANDS ARE ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. Please be respectful of the neighbors at all times!

- These are all separate causes for eviction with no refund and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability.

  • Tenant and guests agree to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant and guests found the premises to be upon check-in, normal wear and tear expected

  • ​Beds should be stripped of linens and placed in a pile in each bedroom for housekeeping. Towels should be placed in the bathroom on the floor.

  • All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles.

  • The maximum number of occupants shall not exceed 8 people, not including a child in a crib.

  • Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.

  • Smoking/vaping is not allowed in the unit

  • Dogs are allowed with the payment of the required pet fee. The owner is severely allergic to cats and they are not allowed on the premises. Non-disclosure of pets will result in the tenant being asked to vacate the premises and forfeiting all rents and security/damage deposits. Dogs need to be crated/kenneled at all times when alone in the house. You are responsible for any damaged caused by the pet. You take full responsibility for your pet and hold JJWood Property Management, LLC (iTrip Boston & South Shore) and OWNER harmless and will defend any lawsuits resulting from the actions of your pet. Also, the pet is considered personal property for the purposes of this agreement. 

  • You are required to dispose of your dog's waste and a receptacle has been provided.

  • Parking is provided and details are included in the check-in instructions. If the property provides parking passes and they are lost or not returned, a $50 charge per pass will result (cost of replacement of the pass). 

  • Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).

  • Primary renter must be 25 years or older, identification may be requested to verify age

  • Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Massachusetts, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Massachusetts or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits
