PARKING:
Sand Castles West is not responsible for damage to or theft from vehicles.
Condominium Building B: parking is permitted within striped parking spaces in the common areas
and under building B and is limited to one vehicle per unit. Vehicles must always display a current parking pass.
Any unauthorized vehicle is subject to towing, without further notice, at the vehicle owner’s expense. Passes are only available from your rental agent.
No watercraft, campers, motor homes, buses, or oversized vehicles shall be allowed on the property except for loading and unloading.
VEHICLE OPERATION:
A. The speed limit within the property is ten (10) miles per hour.
B. Operators of all vehicles within the property must be at least sixteen (16) years old with a valid state
motor vehicle operator’s permit for the type of vehicle being operated.
C. Do not drive or park on any grassy or gravel area
***A parking pass will be provided for every reservation and will be located inside the until upon arrival.
- Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. - 8 a.m.
- No SMOKING anywhere on premises except designated areas on the paved parking lot. Discard butts appropriately!
- Pets are NOT allowed.
- Vandalism is punishable by law. Anyone caught vandalizing will be reported to local authorities. iTrip assumes no responsibility for theft or damages to vehicles or personal property.
- No Outdoor Grilling of any kind on balconies including ground floors.
- Prohibited items: Open flames, fireworks, firearms or weapons of any kind, and drugs that are illegal in the State of Florida are prohibited in the unit.
- Foul Language is NOT tolerated. Be nice.
- No Throwing anything off balconies. It is a felony offense. Violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law & subject to immediate eviction.
- Towels or clothing is not to be hung over the railings.
- Seagulls are NOT to be fed from balconies.
- Florida Laws Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Florida, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Florida or the above rules may cause tenants to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
TIPS AND TRICKS:
- Please bring beach towels for your personal use.
- The property is set up with one starter set of amenities: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, and detergent. Guest are responsible for supplying their amenities beyond these as supplies are not replenished during your stay.
- Linens and bath towels are furnished in the unit but will not be exchanged during your stay. A washer/dryer is provided for your convenience. Please do not remove towels from the condo.
- Please do not leave the balcony doors open for an extended amount of time. This causes humidity to build up in the condo and the air conditioner to freeze up and not work properly. If a service call is required due to the balcony doors being left open and the air conditioning unit not cooling guest will be charged for a service call.
- Luggage carts may be available for your use. Please do not take carts inside the condo.
- Please wait to arrive at the condo after 4 pm. The door code will not work until exactly 4 pm. If used before 4 pm, wait for it to stop blinking red completely before trying again after 4 pm. It could have a 3-minute delay if used before 4 pm.
