This Gulf-view condo at Ocean Ritz features four bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms offer stunning Gulf views and direct access to the large private balcony, one of the largest in the area. The balcony includes seating for outdoor dining, making it the perfect spot for enjoying morning coffee while curled up with a book or for family dinners. This outdoor space will surely be the center of activity during your stay in this fabulous rental.
The resort offers a variety of amenities, including a large, seasonally heated pool with Gulf views, a hot tub, a fitness center, and a sauna/steam room. Guests can enjoy BBQ grills, direct beach access, elevators, and a sun deck surrounding the pool area. Parking is available for one vehicle in the garage and an additional parking spot in the open lot just across the street from the resort.

✔ Bedrooms: The condo includes two master suites with direct balcony access, each with a king-size bed, an en suite bathroom, a flat-screen TV, and stunning views of the Gulf. The third bedroom features a queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the guest bathroom. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and a private en suite bathroom.
✔ Bathrooms: The first bathroom is located off the first master suite and includes double vanities and a jetted tub/shower combination. The second bathroom, attached to the second master suite, features a vanity, a tub/shower combo, and a closet. The third bathroom has a tub/shower combo, a vanity, and a front-loading washer and dryer; it can be accessed from the first guest bedroom or the main living area. The fourth bathroom is an ensuite connected to the second guest bedroom and includes a tub/shower combo and a vanity.

✔ Guests are not permitted to have pets on the property.
✔ The reserved garage parking spot cannot accommodate large vehicles. The open lot operates on a first-come, first-served basis. For additional parking, there is a city lot located just past the open parking area, which charges $6.00 per day. Guests can pay using the Passport Parking app on their smartphone.

**CANCELLATION POLICY:**
If you need to cancel your reservation, please note that cancellations must be made at least 30 days before your arrival date. If you cancel 30 days or more before your arrival, all payments will be refunded, except for a $100.00 administrative fee.
Guests who do not cancel within the specified time frame will be charged the full amount of their reservation. Please be aware that there will be no refunds for early departures unless authorities mandate evacuation due to a hurricane. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.

- Smoking Policy: Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
- Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises unless otherwise stated in the property description.
- Vandalism: Vandalism is illegal and will be reported to local authorities. iTrip is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles or personal property.
- Outdoor Grilling: No outdoor grilling is allowed on balconies, including ground floors.
- Prohibited Items: The following items are prohibited within the unit: open flames, fireworks, firearms or weapons of any kind, and illegal drugs as defined by the State of Florida.
- Language: Foul language is not tolerated. Please be respectful to others.
- Balcony Safety: Do not throw any items off balconies. This is a felony offense, and violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and may face immediate eviction.
- Hanging Items: Towels or clothing may not be hung over railings.
- Feeding Wildlife: Seagulls are not to be fed from balconies.
Compliance with Florida Laws: Tenants and their guests must comply with all state and local laws while on the premises. Failure to adhere to these rules or the laws of Florida may result in the tenant being asked to vacate the premises, with the potential forfeiture of all paid rent and security/damage deposits.
