THE SPACE

✔ Bedrooms: The master/primary bedroom has a King-size bed, a flat-screen TV, gulf-front patio access, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and a full-size bed, a closet, and a flat-screen TV.

✔ Bathrooms: The primary/master bathroom features a vanity and tub/shower combination. The second/guest bathroom has a vanity and a walk-in shower.

✔ Living Room: This spacious living room features a sofa and loveseat with built-in recliners, plus a flat-screen TV for family entertainment or relaxing evenings.

✔ Kitchen: This stunning, newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped to prepare all your favorite meals. There is seating at the bar for two, as well as a dining table with seating for six.

$300 FREE Activities: Guests will receive one complimentary admission to each of our select activities per day. You can attend all of these activities every day, and one person will be free each day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to play a round of golf in the morning (one person is free) and then enjoy a Dolphin Cruise that afternoon (one person is free). Alternatively, you may choose to visit WonderWorks with the kids in the morning (one person is free), while your husband can play golf (one person is free). Then you can meet up that afternoon for the dolphin cruise (one person is free). You may participate in some or ALL of the select activities every day, and one person from your party is free each day!

**CANCELLATION POLICY**

If you need to cancel your reservation, please note that cancellations must be made at least 30 days before your arrival date. If you cancel 30 days or more before your arrival, all payments will be refunded, except for a $100.00 administrative fee.

Guests who do not cancel within the specified time frame will be charged the full amount of their reservation. Please be aware that there will be no refunds for early departures unless authorities mandate evacuation due to a hurricane. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.

**RULES AND REGULATIONS**

Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. - 8 a.m.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises unless otherwise stated in the property description.
Vandalism: Vandalism is illegal and will be reported to local authorities. iTrip is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles or personal property.
Outdoor Grilling: No outdoor grilling is allowed on balconies, including ground floors.
Prohibited Items: The following items are prohibited within the unit: open flames, fireworks, firearms or weapons of any kind, and illegal drugs as defined by the State of Florida.
Language: Foul language is not tolerated. Please be respectful to others.
Balcony Safety: Do not throw any items off balconies. This is a felony offense, and violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and may face immediate eviction.
Hanging Items: Towels or clothing may not be hung over railings.
Feeding Wildlife: Seagulls are not to be fed from balconies.

Compliance with Florida Laws: Tenants and their guests must comply with all state and local laws while on the premises. Failure to adhere to these rules or the laws of Florida may result in the tenant being asked to vacate the premises, with the potential forfeiture of all paid rent and security/damage deposits.

This is the best resort and condo. We come back year after year. The condo is clean, all necessities in the condo and so convenient being on the first floor. The beds are comfortable and the recliners in the living room are perfect for watching tv. The commodore resort has a wonderful pool and hot tub. Beachfront is easy access with beach loungers. We had an incredible experience from start to finish! The booking process was smooth and personal, everyone we spoke with was kind and helpful. I especially appreciated the prompt text responses to my questions before arrival. On check-in day, Gerald called to let us know our rental was ready and made sure we had everything we needed. His attentiveness didn’t stop there, he even helped us locate a lost item on check-out day! The home itself was beautiful, well-stocked, and in a fantastic location. The condo was great!! Very clean and very well set up! Had everything we needed in kitchen. Being on the fist floor was great. We could just walk out and go to the pool or the beach which made it really nice. The people that work there were all very nice and helpful! We had a wonderful time!

This unit was perfect my boyfriend and two daughters. We had the best week. We had everything we needed ane more! It's the perfect location to the beach and pool. The beds are comfortable, everything works as it should. It's so convenient also having a full size washer and dryer. The AC was great, there's even a dehumidifier to keep the air clean and dry. Can't recommend this place enough! We hope to come back next year !

This place was perfection! You can walk out right to the ocean or pool. You have a lovely garden view and the unit is updated and beautifully decorated. Easy check in. No problems. In the middle of everything we wanted in Panama City including right by the State Park! We are definitely coming back as soon as possible!

The Commodore is in a great location. Close enough to restaurants and entertainment without being rushed get in the thick of it. Loved having condo on bottom floor for ease of access to beach and pool. Kitchen was well stocked. Communication between management company and us was clear and timely.

The condo was nice and we had an enjoyable stay! The photos did however look a little different than the actual condo. We enjoyed the condominiums, being on the bottom floor and having the sliding glass doors. We were a little shocked that there was no deadbolt to add extra layer of security from the inside. The area felt safe, but having small kids inside, it’s nice to be able to lock the door from the inside. Overall we had a great stay.

Amazing, quiet, but fun family Spring Break! Our family of 5 (2 adults, 1 teen, 1 tween, and a 9 year old) was in need of a vacation and this met every expectation! Upon arrival the gate guard was so nice and welcoming; our condo was immaculate and ready to go by 3pm as promised. This condo had plenty of dishes for cooking and a large capacity washer and dryer that were great for our beach towels. We had plenty of space inside and outside. The view of the beach and pool was amazing and very relaxing. We loved being on the first floor and walked right to the beach and pool everyday without any worry. We were concerned that it was going to be noisy being right next to the pool; it was not at all. This condo has everything you need inside and out; including a water spicket to wash off boogie boards, sand toys, etc. We rented beach chairs and that was easy and a great price as well. We were walking distance to local restaurants and shops and only a 5 minute drive to the grocery store. We will definitely be booking this condo again in the future. Very well updated, decorated, and maintained.

We enjoyed our stay. The ground level condo made it very convenient for accessing the pool and beach (just a short walk from the room), especially since one of the elevators was not working. It's a nicely appointed condo, with nice beach decor. One disappointment was how dirty the floors were. Our feet were black after walking on the floors for just a few minutes. I used every swiffer pad that was at the condo, and the floors were still dirty. Not the way i wanted to start my vacation. The place seemed clean otherwise.
