Ocean Ritz is a small complex located in a fantastic central area. The resort provides one reserved parking spot in the parking garage, with additional parking available in a separate lot. The resort pool features a covered shallow end, perfect for little ones who want to swim but need a break from the sun. Next to the pool is a beach-view hot tub, making it an ideal spot to relax in the evening.
There is also an on-site grilling area where you can enjoy cooking burgers or fresh, local seafood. At Ocean Ritz, you’ll be within walking distance of great options for shopping, dining, and entertainment, including Ripley's Believe It Or Not, Coconut Creek Mini Golf, the Grand Maze, and more.
Additionally, you’ll find Saint Andrews State Park, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, marinas, golf courses, and much more just a short drive away.

1) The property has one reserved parking space that will not accommodate large vehicles.
2) Ocean Ritz has overflow parking across the street from the building, which is first come, first serve.
3) Additional parking is available in the city parking lot just past the overflow lot for $6 per day using the Passport Parking app that must be installed on a smartphone. 4) The parking lot at 9941 Thomas Drive allows weekly parking at $42 per week. This lot can generally accommodate boats or large vehicles such as RVs.

**CANCELLATION POLICY:**
If you need to cancel your reservation, please note that cancellations must be made at least 30 days before your arrival date. If you cancel 30 days or more before your arrival, all payments will be refunded, except for a $100.00 administrative fee.
Guests who do not cancel within the specified time frame will be charged the full amount of their reservation. Please be aware that there will be no refunds for early departures unless authorities mandate evacuation due to a hurricane. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.

- Smoking Policy: Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
- Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises unless otherwise stated in the property description.
- Vandalism: Vandalism is illegal and will be reported to local authorities. iTrip is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles or personal property.
- Outdoor Grilling: No outdoor grilling is allowed on balconies, including ground floors.
- Prohibited Items: The following items are prohibited within the unit: open flames, fireworks, firearms or weapons of any kind, and illegal drugs as defined by the State of Florida.
- Language: Foul language is not tolerated. Please be respectful to others.
- Balcony Safety: Do not throw any items off balconies. This is a felony offense, and violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and may face immediate eviction.
- Hanging Items: Towels or clothing may not be hung over railings.
- Feeding Wildlife: Seagulls are not to be fed from balconies.
Compliance with Florida Laws: Tenants and their guests must comply with all state and local laws while on the premises. Failure to adhere to these rules or the laws of Florida may result in the tenant being asked to vacate the premises, with the potential forfeiture of all paid rent and security/damage deposits.
