This bright condo has an ideal floor plan, perfect for a vacation. The updated kitchen features new appliances, new cabinets, and a breakfast bar. It has everything you need to prepare all of your meals. The kitchen transitions to the living room, where you and your loved ones can sit and enjoy the 50-inch Smart TV with local and national channels and a variety of streaming apps. The living room comfortably seats 6 guests. This condo also features a new washer and dryer, along with two parking spaces, one of which is covered.

SLEEPING QUARTERS

The main bedroom features a king bed, a 43-inch Smart TV with cable, a ceiling fan, an en-suite bathroom, and a large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom features a king bed, a ceiling fan, a 43-inch TV, a large walk-in closet, and views of the green belt. Beth bedrooms have ample lights from large sliding glass doors.

The patio is a beautiful spot that overlooks a lush green area with the community pool and spa just 60 yards away! It's equipped with a 5-burner BBQ grill, a dining table for 4, and a fire feature for cooler nights. You can soak up the sun or relax in the shade under the patio umbrellas. Palm Desert Resort Country Club offers an 18-hole golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, 20 pools & spas, and a Clubhouse. The tennis and pickleball club is independently operated and owned and is not associated with Palm Desert Vacation Properties/Itrip Palm Desert. Super nice home

In all the years we have come down to Palm Desert, this has been the loveliest home we have stayed in, and one I haven't been doing repairs in, and one that hasn't had the AC fail or been infested with insects. Yes, we have had more than our share of nightmares, so imagine our surprise to see how lovely this home was. I had a feeling we were in good hands when the owners left us a welcome card and a bottle of wine upon our arrival. CLASSY! Everything was clean and thoughtfully organized. Even the large back patio was in great condition including the BBQ ( the only fault found was the igniter was broken but we found a lighter). The furnishings were probably the reason I chose this property as I thought it indicated the owners had some class and would take care of their property and I wasn't disappointed. We would definitely recommend and return to this lovely home again.

We stayed at this lovely 2 bedroom home for 6 nights. Loved the floor plan- 2 big bedrooms with bath each with their own patio entrance and a nice kitchen/ living area separating. Patio was great for entertaining other family members. Minor issues- broken coffee pot and a few ants were dealt with quickly and pleasantly by Palm Springs Vacations. Just amazing service. We loved our stay. It was great. It was a little hot, but the AC worked perfectly. This club offers public golf; it is great to just play in the morning and use the pool in the afternoon. We enjoyed our stay.
